- Alexandra (6/5): Hotel mit guter Lage - Das große und wirklich saubere Zimmer. Die Betten sind sehr bequem gewesen zudem ist es sehr leise gewesen. Das Hotel befindet sich im 4 Stockwerk des Gebäudes und ist mit dem Fahrstuhl erreichbar. Die Lage ist perfekt gewesen zur Waldbühne. Mit der S3 zwei halte Stellen. Das Frühstück ist ok gewesen aber auch nicht mehr als 15 Euro wert gewesen Überhaupt nicht gefallen hat uns der Empfang. Die Tür ist zunächst verschlossen gewesen, nach zweimaligen Klingeln wurde uns geöffnet. Eine Dame fragte was wir wollten teilten mit ein Zimmer gebucht zu haben. Die Dame die dann zu uns gekommen ist, sollte ihren Job bitte einmal überdenken. Kunden mit Händen in den Taschen und zerzausten Haaren wie nach einer Mittagspause zu begegnen ist sehr verwirrend. Nachdem wir der Dame ebenfalls mitgeteilt hatten, dass wir gebucht haben bekamen wir zur Antwort erst ab 14 Uhr und wir sollten unsere Koffer solange an die Seite stellen es gab keinen Kofferraum, somit hätte jeder an die Koffer gehen können. Wir teilten der Dame mit, dass wir direkt zur Waldbühne müssten Antwort Check in ist bis 21 Uhr. Wir teilten dann freundlich mit, dass wir dann noch nicht zurück sein werden. Anmerkung die Rezeption ist nur bis 21 Uhr besetzt. Somit ging die Dame um den Tresen nachdem sie ihre Bluse gerichtet hatte in der Hose knallte ihr Telefon auf die Ablage und meinte na dann den Zettel ausfüllen diesen legte sie auch weniger freundlich auf den Tresen. Als Kommentar gab es dann noch dann kommen ja noch mehr früher. Also abschließend muss ich sagen, wir haben schon viel erlebt und sind in vielen Hotels gewesen aber so etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Wir hatten das Hotel eigentlich für einen weiteren Aufenthalt gebucht diesen aber Stoniert schade für die freundlichen Mitarbeiter

- Bernd (10/5): Ein tolles Hotel in guter Lage - Ich wurde freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war groß und gut ausgestattet. Mit Fenster zum Hof war es sehr ruhig. Es gibt ein reichhaltiges und köstliches Frühstück, bei dem es an nichts fehlt. Besonders gut haben mir die bequemen Betten gefallen. Alles war sauber. Zur Messe und zu ÖPNV ist es nicht weit. Das Hotel war ein Glücksgriff! Kann nichts bemängeln

- Lukas (10/5): - Úroveň hotelu nás pozitivně překvapila, čekal jsem běžnou 3*, ale tento hotel bych klidně označil za 4*. Hotel je v docházkové vzdálenosti od metra. Pozdní check-in nebyl problém přes uzamykatelnou schránku uvnitř budovy. Pěkné vybavení pokoje a koupelny, vše nové a moderní. Pokoj je prostorný s výhledem do vnitrobloku, takže tichý. Velmi pohodlná postel. Vše čisté. Ochotný personál. Dobrá snídaně se vším co se dá očekávat.

Allerdings konnten wir eins der Zimmer dann auf Nachfrage noch bis 11 Uhr nutzen, das war allerdings dann tatsächlich das Limit. Und die Kopfkissen sind deutlich zu dick, jedenfalls für drei von vier Reisenden.

Restaurants und Bars sind bequem fußläufig erreichbar. Die Zimmer sowie die Rezeption liegen in der 4. Etage und sind komfortabel per Aufzug zugänglich. Die gesamte Einrichtung wirkt modern, freundlich und sehr gepflegt; insbesondere die Sauberkeit ist hervorzuheben. Unser gebuchtes Zimmer war ausgesprochen geräumig und bot ausreichend Stauraum, auch für längere Aufenthalte. Der Empfang war äußerst freundlich, und auch der Service beim Frühstück sowie beim Check-out ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Frühstücksbuffet überzeugt mit einer vielfältigen Auswahl, sodass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei ist. Da wir ursprünglich mit Hund anreisen wollten, fanden wir im Zimmer bereits einen Napf mit Unterlage sowie ein Leckerli vor – ein besonders aufmerksamer Service, den man nicht häufig erlebt. Der Aufpreis für Hunde beträgt lediglich 15,00 € für die Endreinigung und ist damit sehr moderat. Leider war die Mattratze sehr weich und schon etwas durchgelegen.

Wir waren sehr überrascht, da dies Hotel mit Menschen die einen Inklusion Hintergrund haben bewirtschaftet wird. Es funktioniert alles reibungslos und freundlich. Ganz toll war das liebevoll angerichtete Frühstück. Falls wir mal wieder in der Nähe sind, werden wir sicher dieses Hotel wählen. Keine Aussage

- Rene (9/5): Sehr empfehlenswert! - Gepflegtes Stadthotel im Zentrum Berlins. Perfekte Lage in Nähe zum ÖPNV, gute Ausstattung und eine feine Auswahl zum Frühstück. Für einen Trip in die Hauptstadt nahezu perfekt. Das freundliche Personal rundet den sehr guten Gesamteindruck ab. Noch ist der Stadt nicht aufgefallen, dass die Parkplätze vor der Tür umsonst sind. Das ist ein extra Bonus… Mir fällt nix wirklich negatives ein…

Ce qui est très bien. Mon directeur avait l’impression d’être dans une chambre de maison de repos. Certes très propre et lit très confortable. Une meilleure distinction entre les chambres d’hôtel et les chambres réservées pour des séjours de revalidation devrait être indiquée. Merci

Die Heizung fiel in der 1.Nacht aus, aber es wurde umgehend eine Firma bestellt welche das Problem schnell löste. Das Personal entschuldigte sich dafürr und war wie gewohnt sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Da fällt mir nichts ein.

- John Bauman (10/5): - Location: For our purposes, being West of the city center was important, but the BVG connections from the Hotel Vita to all other parts of Berlin were excellent. To have such a modern, clean, and comfortable hotel with a friendly, helpful staff and an outstanding breakfast was a bonus we hadn't counted on. We can't think of a thing.
