• Denis (9/5): Definitely our favourite spot in Sandanski - Great hotel, spa and facilities, everything is convenient and a good infrastructure inside the hotel. Will definitely come back again. The position of the hotel is a bit outside, so walking for a dinner out is complicated. Parking was full, but outside it is possible to park too.

• Martina (9/5): A great hotel with unfortunately awful customer experience from reception - this is a great hotel in a beautiful setting, breakfast buffet is very good, housekeeping service is top, very nice pools, playground for kids, room size good for this kind of a hotel, the reception staff is AWFUL!!! for any kind of a hotel..... Our welcome by Vasxxx lady was that check in is at 2pm. Repeated it 2x and it looked like she is done with how she welcomes guests..... Then she finally offered to leave bags there, or go for a coffee etc. Check out was a very similar awful situation when they gave me a paper with an amount I shall pay. Our stay was fully pre-paid, they couldn't see it. Our bad is that we don't speak Bulgarian, the staff who we dealt with had bad English and really doesn't make you feel welcome. Awful. We avoided reception whenever possible. Very sad as they are the first and last representatives of the hotel. they allow people in the outside pool smoke, while they are actually in the pool (disgusting, but maybe the guests just didn't respect the rules)

Не се отстраняват видими дефекти - неуплътнена врата на душ-кабината в банята, счупено стъпало във вътрешния басейн, петна от влага и мухъл на терасата. Някои от тях са от години (това не ни е първо посещение)

• Igor Dashkovsky (10/5): Прекрасный отель и SPA в парковой зоне курорта Сандански - Прекрасный отель в парковой зоне, рядом лес и бегущая речка. Для желающих был шатл в центр города. Прекрасное оформление отеля, много цветов, оригинально оформленные уголки. Отличный SPA комплекс, работает 8-20 часов. Очень понравилось. Приедем снова и порекомендуем друзьям. Понравилось абсолютно все.

• Guest (10/5): - Всичко беше фантастично! Персоналът е на изключително ниво. Релаксът е гарантиран. Около закрития басейн без джапанки се пързаля като е мокро. Без да тичам, разбира се, паднах и ударих ръката си. Трябва да се предупреждава боси да не ходят хората.
• Jenny (9/5): - Das Pirin Park Hotel Sandanski ist eine wunderschöne Anlage mit komfortablen Zimmern. Das Frühstücksangebot ist sehr reichhaltig, auch wenn manche Eierspeisen etwas zu kalt waren, da sie vorgefertigt bereitstanden. Insgesamt war das Essen jedoch sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker: tagsüber konnte man flexibel an verschiedenen Stationen bestellen (Pool, Bar, Mittagstisch), und abends gab es sowohl ein Buffet als auch à-la-carte-Optionen – beides auf sehr gutem Niveau. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und professionell – von der Rezeption über das Restaurant bis hin zum Reinigungsteam, das gründlich und aufmerksam arbeitet. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die engagierten Damen im Kidsclub, die mit kreativen Angeboten für viel Freude bei den Kindern gesorgt haben. Die Umgebung ist aktuell leider durch einige Baustellen beeinträchtigt, was die Idylle etwas schmälert. Unser Zimmer lag zudem zur Parkplatzseite, sodass vorbeifahrende Autos in der Nacht manchmal störend waren. Für den nächsten Aufenthalt würden wir ein Zimmer mit Waldblick bevorzugen. Positiv aufgefallen ist auch, dass die Kommunikation problemlos funktionierte – sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch. Die vielfach kritisierten Sprachbarrieren konnten wir nicht bestätigen. Fazit: Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit hohem Komfort, freundlichem Service und leckerem Essen. Kleine Abstriche bei der Zimmerlage und das Frühstücksangebot, aber insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert!

• Димитър (9/5): Nice. - They cleaned the rooms daily and staff was very nice. A great choice of swimming pools. Most of the time not crowded at all. Not very close to places you can eat- 30 min. walk. But walk was through the park- good for digestion.

Staff at the SPA and housekeeping are great. Breakfast was excellent Upon arrival the receptionist didn’t tell us anything about the hotel - where are the restaurants, pool or spa, time for breakfast, check out etc. Food at the restaurant was very bad - mussels and pork were dry and overcooked - dry mussels! Was impossible to eat. After the first night we went eating at the city. The waiter offered terrible service. Bed mattresses were extremely hard was very uncomfortable to sleep.

• Iva (10/5): Хубава почивка - Аз и моите приятели останахме много доволни от хотела,от персонала,от чистотата и тишината в хотела,басейните много добре поддържани,спа зоната също.Ресторанта има вкусна храна осоцено обедното меню-готвят много вкусно.Много кме доволни,че ни се паднаха стаи от към реката-тишина,зеленина,чувасе ржмжла на рекичката,прохлада и пэлна почивка.Сменят хавлиите и халатите всеки ден и банята е много удобна защото има и вана и отделно душ кабина.Т.е. двама могат спокойно да се изкъпят ,без да си пречат или изчакват.Да не губят време.И е многоудобен хотел за хора с домашни любимци.В България са молко,а тук това е важно поне за нашата компания.Имат и прекрасно отношение персонала към животните.Идеална почивка! Мисля,че вече е време за леко освежаване на някои шкафчета ,портманто ит.н.Нж вникакъв случай не са зле.Просто са започнали да им личи употребата от хората.

• Maria (10/5): - the quiet room with the stream flowing at the back of the hotel was pure joy,the spa centre was great,the massages and treatments were wonderful,breakfast and dinner buffet was satisfactory but food in the dinner menu was delicious,staff was mostly friendly and attentive,the hotel is ideal for peace and relaxation in late august!! Dinner buffet can be improved,some old furniture and carpets in rooms can be replaced although everything is well maintained

• Stanka (10/5): Препоръчвам този хотел. Не съжалявам за престоя си там. Бихме го посетили отново! - Хотела е страхотен, чист и поддържан. Разположен почти в парка, чист въздух, река, природа. Басейните са с топла вода, подходящи и за плуване и за по- продължителен престой в тях. Шезлонги имаше достатъчно за всички. Чистотата е на ниво. Всеки ден се подменяха кърпи, халати, почистваше се стаята. Самата стая беше голяма, Банята и с кабинка и с вана. Много зеленина в коридорите и отвън. Красиво, приятно и чисто. Закуската може да се разнообрази малко, макар че имаше доста различни артикули. А вечерята на свободна консумация ни излезе доста солена, заради подбраните в менюто скъпи ястия. Но пък край басейна се предлагат пици и сандвичи, питиета и сладолед.
