• Marin (10/5): Awesome! - The hotel feels very luxurious, the location is very good, very close to the beach and walking area. Stavi is super friendly and helpful! The balconies are separated by glass, there is little privacy. I think if the glass separators were a bit higher, it would have been super cool!

Are parcare Management minunat Check-în foarte bun și late check out. Stațiunea în sine rămasă la nivelul anilor 2000 Preturi ok, și multe activități faine dacă ai mașina închiriată.

• Adela (10/5): Above expectations. We would gladly return! - Very clean and comfortable! The staff was very friendly and willing to help. Probably one of the best places to stay in Paralia (we have tested several and none come close). I'd recommend staying at SKS and we would gladly return here if the opportunity arises. This is just personal preference - the mattress was a bit hard for me, my husband slept like a baby on it. If you like a firm mattress you will have no issues 😉

• Божидар (10/5): Чудесен - Много добра локация, близо до главната търговска улица и плажа, но пък много по-тихо. Всички са много усмихнати и отзивчиви. Изключително чисто с ежедневно почистване. Може би банята която не е затворена с врата, но зависи от гостите, на някои може да им допада.

• ΔΗΜΗΤΡΙΟΣ (10/5): - Η υπεύθυνη κ. Σταυρούλα και η ρεσεψιονίστ δεσποινης Μάγδα χαμογελαστές και πολύ εξυπηρετικές. Φυσικά να μην παραλείψω το προσωπικό καθαριότητας που είχε άψογο και καθαρό το δωμάτιο. Επίσης το δωμάτιο όπως τις φωτογραφίες,και το ψυγείο μεγάλο και με σωστή ψύξη. Τέλος το ξενοδοχείο διαθέτει και πάρκινγκ για το αυτοκίνητο.

Începem prin a le mulțumi lui Stavi și Magdei din suflet pt ca ne-au întâmpinat cu multă amabilitate, profesionalism și grijă față de oaspeți. Ne-am simțit cu adevărat bineveniți și apreciați pe tot parcursul sejurului. Condițiile din hotel au fost excelente: camere curate, spațioase și bine întreținute, facilități moderne, iar atenția la detalii a fost evidentă în fiecare colț. Totul a fost gândit pentru confortul și buna dispoziție a oaspeților. Recomandăm cu încredere acest loc și cu siguranță vom reveni cu plăcere! Ne-a plăcut absolut totul.

Despre hotelul in sine,amplasare,facilitati servicii nu are rost sa amintesc pentru ca cei ce au trecut pragul acestei locatii si-au materializat impresiile in nota generala de pe Booking.com,iar eu ar trebui sa va plictisesc.Cu laudele ! Umila mea parere este ca SKS este una din cele mai bune locatii din Paralia Katerini,sub toate aspectele. Cand spun asta ma refer bineinteles si la Stavi,cea care face ca intreg mecanismul SKS sa functioneze cu exactitate si fiabilitate in asa fel incat toti musafirii sa fie super multumiti si sa se bucure pe deplin de "ZOARA" Nu se poate explica in cuvinte sensul acestui termen venit din greaca veche, este o stare pe care va o poate descrie doar un grec care simte,traieste si gandeste precum Stavi. Nu-mi permit sa recomand nimic nimanui,gusturile difera iar fiecare dintre noi are propriile criterii dar,un sejur la SKS poate fi memorabil. Incercati ! nu este cazul

Łazienka bardzo źle przemyślana na taką przestrzen! Wygoda na misce WC dla żony ok,dla grubasa jak ja a ni trochę! Uważam że mężczyźni grubi lub wysoki będą niezadowolony przestrzenią. Bateria w kabinie jest,zamiast na krótszej ściany,zamontowana na środku dluszej ściany,co też bardzo przeszkadza przy braniu prysznica (oddzielna ocena na łazienkę 6/10). Słaba izolacja akustyczna,pod koniec naszego pobytu w hotelu zameldowało się dużo ludzi, dopiero wtedy zauważyliśmy.

Mi-am găsit ceasul spart în cameră, iar reacția hotelului a fost lipsită de interes. 😞Mă așteptam la mai mult profesionalism și respect față de bunurile personale ale oaspeților. Ignoranța cu care a fost tratată situația m-a dezamăgit profund.Păcat, pentru că locația și condițiile ar fi putut face șederea una plăcută. Din păcate nu voi reveni.

The atmosphere is luxurious yet cozy. The owners were exceptionally kind, welcoming us warmly and making us feel truly at home. The rooms are slightly compact, but everything is impeccably clean and well-maintained, so it didn’t bother us at all.
