  Featuring a private garden with direct beach access, this modern apartment also offers a terrace with a barbecue and sun loungers. The bright living-room has a sofa, HD satellite TV and CD-DVD player with USB port, as well as board games and books in English, German and Spanish. The well-equipped kitchen comes with a dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob and oven. There is a spacious double bedroom including an private bathroom with a shower. The twin bedroom is connected to a children’s bedroom with bunk beds and toys. The apartment also has a second bathroom with a shower. The apartment comes with a free parking place. • Susanne (9/5): Super - Geniale Lage. Traumhafter Ausblick. Ausstattung war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Lüftung im Bad sollte repariert werden. Lüftung im Bad sollte repariert werden. Fliegengitter an Fenster und Türen wären praktisch. Kaffeemaschine müsste mal entkalkt werden.
• kamila (10/5): - The accomodation is right on the beach so you fall asleep with the sound od waves. It is very calm place. It is a short walk to restaurants/bars. The appartment is fully equiped and comfortable. Some equipment is older but functional. I would recommend.

• Gabriele (9/5): Es war ein entspannter Urlaub. - Die Lage ist einzigartig und ausstattungsmäßig fehlte es an nichts. Die Betreuung vor Ort war vorbildlich. Einzig die Badezimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und müssten renoviert werden inclusive der Waschmaschine. Darum geben wir dieser Unterkunft auch nur 9 Sterne.

• Joachim Jansen (9/5): Urlaub mit rundum Sorglos Paket. - Perfekte Lage direkt am Strand. Super Ausstattung, alles für die Küche war vorhanden. Alles war sauber und sogar zusätzliche Handtücher für den Strand wurden bereitgelegt. Das zweite Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss ist ein Durchgangszimmer ohne eigenes Fenster, das war ein bisschen schade. Aber nicht wirklich schlimm da es ja nur zum schlafen genutzt wurde und eine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist.

• Baiba (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect place for family with kids! We love to stay there. Open the garden door, and you are on the beach! In the kitchen were all the tools that you needed for cooking, beds were comfortable, some books to read. We really think about next year to return 😊

• Andreea (10/5): A place to return! - Everything, view, beach, utilities, space. Perfect for families. A place to return. There was a little problem with the fridge, plus some drain smell in one of the bathrooms. But nothing to keep us from having a perfect holiday.

• Pamela (10/5): Lovely stay in beautiful well maintained property. - The property itself was really well equipped with lots of added extras. There was plenty of storage and right on the beach. Parking was very safe with electric gate. The main bathroom had a smell of drains but the second bathroom was absolutely fine.

Shopping centers in Sabinillas 2km, bigger seaside town Estepona 9km, charming mountain village Casares 13km. We enjoyed out stay. Traffic noise, but it didn’t bother us too much.
• James (10/5): Just as the name suggests, a perfect vacation retreat right on the beach ! - This is our second stay at this property, 6 years apart, and it was just as brilliant as six years ago! Perfectly located by the beach, beautiful ocean views from the property, fully equipped kitchen, and generally everything a young family needs. Several supermarkets within easy reach by car (Lidl, Mercados) and only an hour from the airport. Our host Mayte is very accomodating and friendly and we look forward to spending some more quality time here in the future.
