• Stoil (8/5): Отлично място за семейна почивка - Комплексът предлага разнообразие от активности, зеленина, простор, голяма плажна ивица. Има всичко необходимо за една отлична семейна почивка. Аниматорите допринасяха за настроението. Персоналът беше учтив и любезен, млади и старателни. Материалната база на места изглежда доста амортизирана. Храната, като на повечето all inclusive, може да е по-добре, но определено е над средното.

• Maria (7/5): - Идвали сме и друг път в коплекса и като цяло много ни харесва близоста до плажа, забавленията и храната.Но специално Пеликан не препоръчвам Асортимента в ресторанта е много малък,не като в другите ресторанти от комплекса.Като е лошо времето няма достъчно места за всички в ресторанта.Няма бутилки с вода като в другите хотели от комплекса.Кафемашините все не бяха заредени с мляко

• Hanna (8/5): В любом случае я уверена что это лучшее место среди Созополь и Бургас . Рекомендую - Мне нравится расположение и инфраструктура, красивые отели, бассейны, сады, пляж. Еда тоже хорошая. Ухудшение качества чистоты посуды, даже что уронили на пол положили назад в чистые вилки(( Куприна на гриле была с кровью а картофель недоваренный. Питание однотипное каждый день. Шоу программа такая же как в прошлом году, это скучно заново смотреть.

• Yoana (2/5): Never again! - Room housekeeping ladies, their kindness and willingness to make you feel comfortable and happy when staying there. Thank you, ladies! The Pelican Hotel is highly criticized. The staff is unhelpful and unable to answer any questions. At 9:30 pm, when dinner ends, the staff smokes cigarettes in front of the guests before the food has even been cleared away.. However, the women who cleaned the rooms were fantastic. They were sweet, kind, and made us cute figures out of towels during cleaning. I thank the women of the cleaning staff. They were the only good and adequate thing in this hotel. That's why my rating is not 0, only because of these great women. The most shocking thing in this resort was the inadequate, unpleasant, and greedy people from the so-called medical center. A minute of poking at a little child's finger, without any actual need for treatment, cost me BGN 100. Unscrupulous, greedy Bulgarian businessmen. Our children are Bulgarian citizens though. If yours are not, their "care" may cost you more. I will never go to this place again, nor will I take my child there. Our children are not money boxes! Horrible place with horrible people! Don't give them your money unnecessarily. Go somewhere else where they don't see you and your children as walking ATMs!

• Veselka (7/5): Good - The resort was very green, the hotel location was good and the room size was good. The alcohol is free and some guests seem to be there just because of this. Some were drinking from the morning. Many people were there with their kids, so not really a good educational example. In addition, this makes price higher for everyone even for those that do not drink or drink just a glass of beer during the lunch and dinner time. Maybe, the resort can change a bit its politics about the alcohol consumption, e.g., putting some limits per day etc.

• Elitza (7/5): Great quality for Bulgaria, should resume marketing to Western Europeans - Best resort for cost in Bulgaria by far. Big property, good food, great location in secluded bay but close enough to Sozopol if you want to go into town by taxi (5 km away). Entertainment could use variation and the daily schedule was the same. I’ve been coming here since 2008 when the property was managed by an Austrian hospitality company. This, most of the tourists were Western Europeans mainly from Germany and Austria. A few years ago the management transitioned to a Bulgarian company, and as a result, the majority of tourists are now Bulgarian and Romanian. I find the majority of them to be loud and rude (no concept of waiting in line at the buffet), reserving lounge chairs, etc.

Lack of wifi and bad connectivity within the complex. Even wifi that is available in the lobby is extremely slow. In 2022 the placement of the hotel is not a excuse, considering 4g working okay. Jakuzy and pool are not getting warmed, so you're heavily depending on the weather conditions. In vacation that's critical, every day matters.

We enjoyed the sea, but smoking and drinking is an issue and needs to be sorted out - The whole complex site is very nice, with beautiful plants and clean paths in between the different hotels. No passing traffic. The beach is really nice. The beds have not been changed for the whole stay of 7 days. The food is often too fat. People are smoking in the restaurant all over. It is extremely annoying. We would propose to forbid smoking everywhere in the complex. Alcohol is served the whole day, which attracts some specific group of tourists, which are not always very pleasant to have around. It also creates somewhat bad atmosphere, especially bad when many of the tourists are families with small children. In addition, it makes it expensive for everybody since in the context of all-inclusive the people who do not consume strong alcohol are paying for the ones who drink the whole day. Maybe it is an alternative to have only beer and wine part of the all-inclusive formula. The people who want to drink strong alcohol need to finance it themselves.
