- Erika (10/5): - Great location. Very clean. Owners are very nice and hospitable. Good experience. Towels were a bit rough.

- Simone (8/5): - Struttura molto bella, personale molto cordiale...
Colazione ottima! Grazie Andava tutto bene. Consigliato!!

- Plamena Hristova (10/5): Una struttura eccellente vicino a Villa Torlonia - Tutto : posizione in contesto signorile, stanza ampia, pulizia, zona tranquilla e silenziosa, staff gentilissimo, ottima colazione Niente da segnalare
Letti comodi, ambiente pulito, silenzioso e rilassante.

- Selina (7/5): nice - cute garden, nice and friendly staff uncomfortable bed, breakfast could be more various
- Sara (8/5): Charm that made our stay extra worthwhile. - Beautiful building and setting, calm neighborhood, lovely and flexible hosts (especially for welcoming us with a big smile even though we arrived later than announced and for preparing breakfast at the time that suited us), charming & clean rooms that were tidied daily. The rooms are not very soundproof so you can hear other guests easily. Luckily, all guests were polite and considerate so it did not lead to any issues.

- Angelina Zhang (10/5): - Our stay there was exceptional, thanks to the atmosphere and the people who run the B&B.
It was our first time in Italy with my mom, so we had an extended visit to the capital. I was looking for a quiet and peaceful residential area to stay where we could rest after all the exploration without being disconnected from the city center - and Villa Paganini B&B was a perfect match.
Clean and accomodating facilities + tasty breakfast + friendly and helpful owners and staff + beautiful garden + subway & bus stations nearby + city center in about 30 min of walk (for walking lovers like us) + located in a nice residential area.
This place really felt like home, and I would like to thank the owners and the staff for making our vacations unforgettable.

- Burkhard (6/5): Alles in allem okay. Gute Lage. Frühstück und Badezimmer haben Potenzial nach oben. - Gute Lage und sehr ruhig gelegen. Toller Garten.
Duschkabine winzig
- Andrea (9/5): Very pleasant place to stay in Rome - Proprietario e personale cordiale e disponibile, molto carina e familiare la colazione in giardino sotto la veranda, nel cuore di Roma a pochi passi da Porta Pia. Le finestre sul cortile limitano la privacy
- Maik (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft, nette Gastgeber, köstliche selbstgemachte Marmelade, - Sehr familiär, sauber , ruhige Lage , freundliches Personal.
Ci torneremo presto perché è come sentirsi a casa

- sergio (8/5): - Posizione
- Michael (9/5): - Clean and beautifully kept facilities. Friendly staff. A really enjoyable stay
- Elina (10/5): - Kauniisti remontoitu vanha Villa Paganini on todella luksuskohde rauhallista paikkaa etsivälle.
- Vikul (9/5): Overall a pleasant experience. - Cleanliness
Staff Smaller shower.
- Feroz (8/5): Very good - Nice house with great garden
- Rohonczi (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect, nice location, beautiful garden, very friendly hosts and very good breakfast every morning. I can recomend it. :)
- Albert (10/5): Best oasis in Rome. - It has the most beautiful garden, it seems like an oasis in the middle of Rome. I highly recommend it. I like it all, there is nothing I would change.
- Keeva (8/5): Beautiful B&B. Italian Only - The whole place was beautiful and so homey. Good location close by to lots of restaurants a park and the main city and sights. Wish we could have stayed longer! It was really difficult to get in contact with the hosts. They didn’t speak any English only Italian and there was no way to communicate except via phone call. The message property booking never worked and they didn’t seem to have WhatsApp. This posed a huge issue for our stay as we were unable to communicate about checking out, storing our bags, returning our key etc. Breakfast is made by the host themselves so you have to schedule a time to eat. Again a little unclear due to language barrier. Unsure if they had any translation means such as a google translate. Due to our short travel time and early start to our days we never had breakfast here.
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- Oleksandr (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shelby (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mariam (10/5): Exceptional -
- Janna (10/5): Exceptional - Breakfasts in the garden were a lovely start for the day. The location of the villa was perfect, we loved the quietness of the surroundings.
- Amanda (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice and heartwarming elderly couple.
- Andrei (10/5): Exceptional - Excelent!
- Carmen (10/5): Beautiful stay at Villa Paganini - The hosts were so nice, they made you feel at home. The room was super comfortable and clean. The Villa is well located with a walking distance to the bus stops that takes you to the centre of Rome. Breakfast was good, Veronica made sure you had a nice breakfast, she makes the jams and bread herself. We will definitely book again on our next visit
- Perrie (9/5): Superb -
- Sarah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alice (10/5): We had the best stay. Loved our hosts and we wish we could have stayed longer! - Beautiful garden and home. Located in a stunning neighbourhood with great restaurants close by. Nothing
- Liudmila (10/5): As I said before - fantastic acomodation I recommend to everyone. - Fantastic location and owner. Amazing room and breakfast. Lovely place, clean, quiet with many possibilities like fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. Also outside green aria for relaxing.
- Supanki (9/5): Lovely stay - Lovely hosts- we didnt speak italian, they didnt speak english but it didnt matter with google translate! Veronica was so attentive and welcoming.
Close to bus stop to get you to most areas in Rome
- Kiara (9/5): Superb -
- Janette (8/5): Very good - Room was clean, bed was comfortable, air con was appreciated, hosts were friendly and accommodating and wifi was good. Even though it is out of town the transport links are good. The room description says private kitchen but it's a shared kitchen with other rooms on the same floor.
- Anete (10/5): Loved our stay, would definitely choose this villa again. - The location is a bit off the city centre, however, this did not bother us, as the public transport is available all through the city and taxi apps work excellent here. I absolutely loved our hosts, as they both went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. The breakfast is served in a wonderful garden's patio, the hosts awaited us to prepare delicious toasts and eggs. If we ever returned to Rome, this would be the only place we'd stay again. Thank you so much! There is nothing I did't like. The rooms were excellent, the service (including towel change and room cleaning) was outstanding. Even the clothes that were thrown on a chair were neatly hanged in the closet.
- Vakis (9/5): Superb - The hostess miss veronika really knows how to be warm.and house- welcoming, great service from her..it was like home.
- Andrew (10/5): Excellent! - Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent - fresh and home cooked. Room was great and mattress very comfortable.
- Vojtěch (10/5): Exceptional - It was very cosy place in nice and quiet part of the city
- Stella (10/5): Lovliest B&B in the great neighbourhood of Rome - Nice breakfast served outdoors. Sandwiches, coffee, tea (upon request), pastries.
The care given by the owners was heartwarming !!!
Very very sweet people.
Spotless and beautiful house. Luckily we were on the main floor - no need to carry our heavy suitcases far. Beautiful outdoor space. One of the best part of the city. The communication via Booking was strained/confusing.
Yet once I reached a person at Booking - he too was outstandingly helpful.
- Jana (9/5): Superb - Cosy and clean apartments, calm part of the city, good access to the city centre, tasty breakfast
- Barry (10/5): Beautiful villa in family neughborhood - Beautiful villa with very helpful owner/staff. If you wondered what It would be like to live in Rome this is it. Local vibe with cafes within walking distance. More locals than tourists.
- Johnathan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mukino (10/5): I love that place - Breakfast is good and comfortable home... Every thing is OK..
- Johnathan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brandon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Olga (9/5): Pleasant stay - Our stay at the villa was wonderful!
The charming garden and quiet location near the park provided a peaceful retreat. With bus stations and great local eateries within walking distance, convenience was never an issue. While the facilities were well-maintained and clean, individuals with larger frames might find the shower space somewhat restrictive.
Although our stay at the hotel was enjoyable overall, we encountered a slight discrepancy regarding the late check-in fee. While we had been informed via text message that the fee would be 20 euros, upon arrival, we were charged 30 euros instead. This unexpected difference was a minor inconvenience, and we suggest ensuring consistency in communication regarding such charges in the future.
- Jo (10/5): Lovely Older villa B&B in quiet neighborhood; easily accessible by public transportation. - Perfect in every way. Lovely older villa converted to a 3 room B&B. We had the corner room with 2 huge corner windows. Huge room. Very clean. Bathroom is a little tight but has everything you need including a bidet. The shower is very small but good pressure. Plenty of room for the luggage in the room and good storage closet and shelves. Daily room servicing. Veronica is the best hostess and is a superwoman to be sure (I called her "Super Dona" and she loved it); she's maybe in her late 50's- early 60's? (didn't ask). She carried our two 33 lb suitcases up the front steps without our knowing it. She tidied up our room even moving the backpacks into the closet. She speaks no English but Roberto is sometimes there to help with more difficult matters more than the normal "what time do you want breakfast?", etc. She works so hard to please. Breakfast is a feast with juice, coffee, croissants, toast, homemade jams, eggs, yogurt. If the weather isn't too cold you're served outside under the cover of a little building. We were early in arriving from the ship but she greeted us with juice while we wandered and relaxed in the garden til the room was ready. We had an early departure with a car coming at 7:30 a.m. to take us to the airport and she had breakfast ready in the little dining room inside before we left. The villa is in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of a very, very busy downtown Roma. Public transportation is easy to use. Be prepared to do a lot of walking although the public busses are really only a few blocks from the villa. There are two restaurants nearby but they are very popular gourmet sites and a little bit pricey. We didn't eat there as they were completely reserved and full on the Sunday we arrived and we never went back because we always ate downtown. It was so nice to feel safe walking late at night in the quiet neighborhood full of older villas and apartments. Everything was perfect. Didn't take a taxi anywhere. Use the busses and Veronica will arrange for a private car to take you to the airport. It's 60 Euros.
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - Veronica instantly made us feel at home. Excellent breakfast every morning, friendly people, and great location. Our only regret is we wish we stayed longer!
- Sarah (10/5): Exceptional - This little BnB exceeded our expectations. The hosts were kind and generous. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast was delicious and included Croissants, yoghurt, sandwiches and eggs.
It's nestled in a quiet neighborhood about 2km from the tourist area, but super close to the bus stop and easy to access the station. Wonderful restaurants and gelaterias nearby. Would 100% recommend. Nothing - it was superb.
- Marine (10/5): Perfect ! Thank you - The personnel, the breakfast, the room The plane just above the house, from 7 in the morning to 10 in the evening
- Korinna (10/5): Lovely accommodation with great staff. - Such great hospitality, and good location. Staff were super friendly and very hospitable. N/A.
- Vaida (10/5): Lovely stay near the city center - The property is located in a pleasant area of the city, away from all the hustle but still very close to the city center. The room was simple but with all the necessary things for the stay. The hosts are amazing people, extremely helpful and welcoming. We loved the breakfast they served and felt just like at home! Note that they don’t speak English but that was not at issue at all. Nothing!
- Nicholas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Zofina (10/5): Beautiful stay. Comfortable and kind amenities and hosts - The property owners were absolutely wonderful. Made our whole stay
- Phoebe (10/5): Great room, service and breakfast - Comfortable stay with a beautiful garden and kitchenette area. The breakfast was fantastic and owner is really lovely. Public transport will need to be used to get to the main tourist sites which was easy enough. It was nice to be staying a bit further away from the touristy areas. Heaps of supermarkets and food places nearby. Would recommend!
- Anonymous (10/5): Perfect Place - This place was perfect! The owner only speaks italian so it was a little hard to understand her but she was so sweet! The rooms were clean and she gave us breakfast!! The garden was cute and it was very close to everything!
- Mariia (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great! The property is located in a beautiful area of Rome, metro is easily reachable by foot. The room was always clean and tidy. We particularly appreciated delicious breakfasts with homemade jam. Veronica and Giovanni are awesome hosts! Overall, I can totally recommend this property
- Alyssa (8/5): Very good - Lovely couple who own place was not left disappointed for a quick 2 night stay.
- Anonymous (10/5): Perfect - Great host with excellent communication. Cozy environment resulting in a very good place to enjoy the place. It also has a good position around the city. Nothing
- Carl (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stefan (10/5): Hosts made us feel like home, took care of us like we are their grandchildren, I swear! Beautiful garden and very calm s -
- Mélie (10/5): Perfecto - The host were so nice and the place very cool, I recommend it Everything was fine
- Simon (9/5): Great value for money if you would like to stay in Rome for a short while on a tourist trip. - The hosts were very friendly and helpful but don't speak English so keep your phone handy for translating. The accommodation is just fine for 3 days sightseeing, with full kitchen facilities which is handy. It's a 20 minute walk to the nearest metro station to travel to the centre of Rome. You cannot stop a taxi in the street like you can in other countries and booking a specific time for pickup is difficult, which the hosts arranged for us as the taxi companies mostly don't speak English.
- Francesco (10/5): If you're looking for a tranquil respite in Rome that is also close to the main areas, choose this V - Amazing place. Cultured, sophisticated atmosphere. The area is tranquil yet also centrally located, which is rare in busy Rome. The staff treats the guests as if they were close friends or family. I should have booked two rooms because my daughter had a cold and I wanted to isolate. However, this is no reflection on the property. I did not ask for the second room, but I am sure it would not have been a problem.
- Anna (10/5): Exceptional - Thoroughly enjoyed our time, very relaxing & lovely host
- Rick (10/5): Exceptional! We highly recommend it, and would return on future trips to Rome. - The host was so obliging to ensure that we were welcomed into her home and its lovely garden. The breakfast far exceeded our expectations and was very filling. Knowing that we were leaving that day, Veronica even wrapped up a couple of panini for our train trip. Her garden is an oasis in the middle of the city, peaceful and beautiful and she took great pride in showing it to us. We enjoyed a cup of tea in the garden at our leisure. The room/bathroom was spotless and comfortable. We could not find fault in anything related to Villa Paganini B & B.
- Irina (10/5): Great stay in a quite place not far from the centre - Located in a good quite area (without graffiti on the walls everywhere), walking distance from villa Borghese, 20 min by foot through nice local city district Coppedè Quarter. Lot of transport around to go to Termini or city centre but we walked all the time and it was not too far for us. Breakfast is moderate but good. High level hospitality. Clean and tidy accommodation. Bed is comfortable. All positive reviews are true. Noise from flying planes can be heard from time to time. Nothing
