Farid (6/5): Je n’y retournerai pas - Jai aimé le calme c’est tout On ne ce sent pas en sécurité surtout le soir tout est ouvert aucun personnel et la porte des chambres se ferme par l extérieur avec un cadenas donc tu ne peux pas verrouiller de l’intérieur par contre on peut t’enfermer par l’extérieur car il y’a un loquet. Et c est laissé à l abandon perdu derrière la route d hourika et petit déjeuner nulle y’a rien.
Lamiae (1/5): Malheureusement on donne notre confiance à quelqu’un pas professionnel malade mental - Le concept est bien et calme La pub mensongère C’était marqué des piscines avec des jeux enfant au contraire pas du tout adapté pour les enfants et moi j’ai réservé 9 jours avec mes enfant. Et que on peut commander pour 15€ par personne le déjeuner même pas vrai personne sur palace qui peut cuisiner le monsieur m’a demandé de sortir chaque pour trouver à manger heureusement je j’avais loué une voiture car Hubert ne livre pas à cette endroit très loin de la route,dans les chambres les essuies de bains sont chiffonnées et troué et chacun fois les enfants jouent avec la balle le monsieur fait des remarques inacceptable pour moi un enfant c’est normal qui joue. J’ai acheté des jouets pour piscine pour les enfant et aussi la peinture à l’eau bien sûre lavable le monsieur a commencé de faire des remarques et nettoyer la table devant moi en me fait croire que c’est une table de valeur en cuivre je suis marocain et je connais très bien l’artisanat marocaine et cette table est loin delà avec des clous rouelles. Ma fille a mis de henné sur les mains à jamar- lafna et la nuit elle a touché le taie d’oreille le monsieur ( le propriétaire) a demandé que je lave le taie d’oreille ça m’a choqué car dans le prix j’ai payer un service aussi. Et le dernier jour et parce que mon fils a invité si. Cousin de 13ans et pourtant je lui ai demandé de nous ajouter un lit ou une chambre il a rien à jouter même que les chambres étaient vides mon fils a partagé son lit avec son cousin alors qu’il a demandé de lui payer une personne en plus et il a réclamé aussi pour mon enfant de 4 ans de lui payer le petit déjeuné alors que c’est bien marqué que les enfants moins de 18ans ont la bienvenue. C’est vraiment dommage car le seul persone. Et le prire il m’a tel pour m’insulte de Mon fils handicapé. Il est inhumain tout simplement entrain d’arnaquer les touristes. Je vais le suivre au près du service tourisme car j’ai tout enregistré.

Melodie (9/5): Expérience authentique dans un lieu unique - L’extérieur est très joli et authentique, très bien entretenu. C’est très calme, on y dort bien. L’accueil était chaleureux et le service au top. Le petit déjeuner est marocain et délicieux Notre chambre était assez spartiate, le meuble de lavabo est très bas. Le rideau de douche serait à changer aussi car sale. Cependant la literie était bonne et nous avons bien dormi.
Olivier (8/5): Etéblissement au calme et d'un bon rapport qualité/prix - Établissement au calme sans le bruit et la pollution de Marrakech. La piscine et les transats sont bien appréciables et confortable. J'avais une suite de deux chambres avec de grand volume et donnant directement sur le jardin, comme pratiquement toutes les chambres, comme sur les photos du site et cela est génial. L'établissement est un peu défraichi, cela donne du charme mais pourrait gêner certains. Mais les gérants entretiennent à leur rythme. Le personnel est très gentil et toujours à votre service. Le ménage fait tous les jours. Un parking au calme et à l'ombre pour stationner sa voiture ... vraiment presque tout très bien. L'eau de la piscine n'est pas très clair mais elle n'est pas non plus trop chlorée. Cela est entre 100% naturel et piscine classique de gros hôtel très chlorée ; personnellement j'ai vraiment apprécié de ne pas avoir une piscine chlorée mais cela peut gêner. Mais attention, elle est nettoyée tous les jours. Le petits déjeuner très bien mais toujours un peu identique.

Fabienne (6/5): Etablissement qui mériterait une rénovation, personnel aux petits soins - Etablissement bien situé au début de la route de l'ourika ( à environ 20 minutes en voiture de la place et de la medina), parking gratuit, logement 2 chambres avec salon et cuisine, accueil très agréable du manager qui est aux petits soins, bons petits dej Etablissement un peu vétuste, qui mériterait un rafraichissement et un coup de modernité (exemple : les parasols autour de la piscine, les transats, le pourtour de la piscine, le coin tapis... la seconde piscine est difficile d'accès ...). L'hébergement était spacieux mais la seconde chambre n'a aucune fenêtre qui ouvre sur l'extérieur! La seule fenêtre donne sur le salon, pas très agréable et faut pas être claustro ! Produits de salles de bain très moyens ... ce n'est pas compliqué d emettre du bon gel douche ! Etablissement vide, plus de 20 chambres et nous étions seuls !

Jean (9/5): Emplacement de 1 er choix, jardin et accueil chaleureux - L’accueil dans cette maison d’hôtes par le directeur et très sympathique, il répond avec beaucoup de gentillesse à toutes nos questions et nous sert un délicieux petit déjeuner dans le jardin très bien arboré autour de la piscine. C est un lieu très calme à 20 minutes du centre de Marrakech ou de l aéroport sur la route de L’Ourika. Vraiment un très bon emplacement. Le prix est très attractif. Cathelijn (8/5): Een onvergetelijke rustig en zonnig verblijf in een authentieke atmosfeer. - De authentieke atmosfeer, de rust en het mooie grote zwembad & de persoonlijke aandacht maakte mijn verblijf tot een onvergetelijke ervaring. Ook het eten smaakte heerlijk en ik had geluk met prachtig weer! Echt een locatie om te onthaasten. Een zeepje in de badkamer was prettig geweest en neem een waterkoker mee zodat je zelf koffie of thee kunt zetten.

If you want dinner you tell the manger or the assitant manager what time you will be served, and theye ask you what you prefer for dinner.The manager and his assitant manager how peak fluent english are realy help full to assit you with all kind of question. The cleaning lady cleans every day the room spotles and every day clean towels. The location is so nice and quiet it is an relief after you visit the busy center of Marakesh. The swimming pool is surround with palm tree's. and a beatiful garden. Nothing.

Mike (5/5): Kurzer One Night Stand vor Abflug von RAK - Gute Lage zum Flughafen und außerhalb des Stadtrummels. War sicher auch mal eine super Anlage, die allerdings Marokko-typisch im Verfall liegt. Frühstück gab’s erst ab 08:30. für unseren Flug zu spät. Das stand nirgendwo in Booking und die Mitarbeiter waren zwar freundlich, aber nicht flexibel genug, etwas anzubieten. Die Einrichtung war sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Staff very friendly and made the room clean every day. I liked the garden and quiet location. Lovely to hear the rain falling from outside. It's old-fashioned and could need a refreshment. The matresses are old, carpets also. The shower was broken, although I had warm water. Small things can make a difference if they should invest a little in it.

Farah (5/5): It’s ok if it’s a budget stay but disappointing at the rate we paid and the booking rating - The staff were really friendly and the location was very peaceful and spacious The riad has seen better days, it’s now rundown, with furniture broken or very warn down. Shower heads broken and needed replacing, very dark inside of the rooms and poor lighting. Pool dirty, some sunshades broken. In summary, for the price per night and the booking star rating the product does not match at all. We would have not chosen this place if booking had not highly rated it and I wonder if he positive reviews are old reviews.
Margaret (3/5): Not what I expected. Very disappointed ! Not the place to go as a wheelchair dependable person alone - Beautiful surroundings. I chose this place because it was advertised to be wheelchair friendly and it is not! I could not even access the narrow door of the shower. The sink and mirror in the bathroom were too high. Everytime I had to call for help to leave the room due to the step and there was slopes everywhere. So, I was basically blocked in the room 80% of the time, that is the reason I left on 29/12 and not as planned and paid for until 02/01. had to buy a new return flight ticket. I should be compensated for early departure!
Jamila (2/5): STAY AWAY. IT MIGHT RAIN IN YOUR BEDROOM - Never again!! We have been extremely disappointed. The accommodation is too simple while being expensive especially by Moroccan standards! BUT the reason for this bad review is really that we literally had RAIN DROPS waking us up overnight ON OUR HEADS as it was pouring outside!!! The roof is leaking. This was shocking for us and as I asked the management for a partial refund to compensate this experience they just denied the situation and ignored. They also refused to make us a breakfast package while we had to leave extra early our our check out which I found not customer friendly since we did pay for breakfast… so all in all DON T GO.
Shereen (5/5): Lack of facilities - The on-site manager (not owner) was extremely friendly and kind. It's very quiet and pretty garden The description of facilities promised a restaurant and the property had messaged offering a meal on the day we arrived. There was no restaurant available at all and the nearest one was a 10 minute walk down a very busy main road. The property had also not replied to our message so no meal the day we arrived. Our room was dirty and we had to ask for the beds to be changed. Even then the 'clean' sheet had a blood stain on it. Squashed mosquitos on the wall. In the description it also stated evening entertainment. There was none. We moved out one day after arrival. There was difficulty when we wanted to cancel. The director was quite condescending and rude on the phone.

Loubna (5/5): Disappointing. - The riad was ok. Basic. Picture is better than actual place. It is far out from the square so u need to arrange transport as there are no taxis. The staff were amazing. Couldn't be more helpful. Especially zeinab. She's an absolute star and an asset Wifi was bad. Could only connect if u were near the reuter. Rooms far end had no connection. No lighting in the garden at night very dark sitting around the pool.

Debbie (10/5): Lovely place to stay - Kasbah Alili is set in beautiful gardens. We found it to be an absolute haven and a very handy location for being picked up to go on excursions. Unlike the riads in the centre of the medina we could be picked up right outside the hotel. Ok it is a little way from the centre of Marrakech but it was worth it for us to be able to enjoy the large pools and comfy sun loungers. You can easily get a taxi to the medina the hotel will organise it. The taxi driver gave us his contact number on WhatsApp so we could easily call him when we were ready to go back to the hotel and he was there waiting to pick us up at the drop off point. It cost 300 MAD for a round trip. But this wasn’t a street taxi it was an air conditioned people carrier. Kasbah Alili doesn’t have a restaurant with a menu but you can arrange breakfast lunch and dinner if you speak to the owner in advance. We ate in the hotel one evening it was a very tasty tagline and good value for money. Sitting on a table on the lawn in the evening sun was amazing. There is a restaurant called Bladna less than a mile down the road but we didn’t try it, we chose to go into the medina most evenings. There is also a small shop if you turn right on to the main road it’s about 10 mins walk away and sells bread cheese cakes yoghurts soft drinks and snacks. Room was large with fairly comfy beds great shower and a small fridge. There are also towels by the pools. The main asset at kasbah Alili is the owner, he is very attentive and helpful and although he doesn’t speak English we managed to communicate and he even took us personally to the airport. Many thanks we really enjoyed our stay. Nothing

Marc (8/5): Had an amazing time here ... great place to stay with a family. - Loved the pool and could play a choice of music whilst sun bathing. Breathtaking ryad. Not brilliantly organised, very much left to your own devices - more of an airbnb than a hotel.
Rupert (9/5): Superb - Peaceful place to escape chaos of Marrakesh, nice pool and garden. Comfortable room with a/c Service is very good- Hamza looked after us so well! Taxis could be a little tricky to get (but hotel were very helpful around this - drove us in personally once!)

Alice (9/5): Wonderful peaceful spot, amazing staff and food! - Lovely little riad away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Quaint and traditional with amazing staff. The food was excellent. I was travelling alone (female) and felt very safe and was well looked after. A perfect place for a quiet get away but still close enough to the city for some sight seeing!

Haseeb (2/5): Avoid this property at all costs. - This property is the pits. The facilities are of such poor standards. The pictures lie. We stayed for 2 days and didn't get hot water. The breakfast was fair. The bathrooms could do with some better hygiene. The property is too far from the city and away from any transport. It is a long walk to the main road from where if you are lucky you can hail a taxi. The pool is in very poor shape with broken drain covers. The landscaping is not looked after at all and looks an eyesore. The property is managed by a (Rizwan) manager cum from desk cum cook cum server cum bellhop cum concierge cum technician. God, how much can one guy do? He does have a housekeeping lady and a man Friday, both of whom don't speak a word of English. The flooring in the room and other places in the property have come loose. The wifi sucked if the worked.
Emily (9/5): Beautiful oasis away from the chaos of the city! - Everything! The accommodation is situated about 15 mins drive from the centre and the airport so easy to access via taxi. The place is absolutely beautiful and such a serene setting. The room I was allocated had an extra large bed that was super comfortable, it was very quiet and lovely and dark for sleeping! The pool area was sunny and very chilled vibes and the food was delicious. The best part of the stay was the amazing hospitality I received from Redouane. He was the best host and couldn’t do enough for me. He was very friendly and attentive, always made sure I had everything I needed and no ask was any hassle for him. I also want to mention Nordine. He spoke no English (and I no French!) but he made sure he said hello to me every day and always helped if he could (through hand gestures!) I had the most relaxing stay and was sad to leave. Wish I could have stayed longer and missing my mint tea! Thank you so much for everything😊 There was no WiFi in the rooms but actually maybe a blessing as stopped me from scrolling on Instagram all evening whilst in bed!

Sara (9/5): Fantastic place Unforgettable! - Beautiful pool, amazing vibes, friendly staff and great fresh food. I celebrated my birthday there and the staff kindly set up a lovely table and served a two meal course for me and my friends. I loved everything but I found a bit tricky having to communicate with gestures as no one was speaking English and we didn't speak French or Arabic
