Un gran peccato … Sporco ovunque con sacchi di biancheria sporca vicino ai fornelli e lavandino sporchissimi , tovagliette usate e sporche ma lasciate sul tavolo , pavimento con ciuffi enormi di polvere ovunque , abbiam dovuto pulire i bagni per lo schifo , puzza di fogna ovunque e coperte nn pulite … peccato davvero perché l appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort … spero x il gestore Francesco di trovare una ditta delle pulizie seria perché dispiace davvero trovarsi in una situazione simile

S (2/5): NOT luxury- dirty, no hot water, host not helpful - The room was spacious. The room was not clean. Towels provided were dirty and shower and sink had mold. There was no hot water & we ended up leaving the second night & paying for other accommodations due to this. The host never answered when reached out to about the hot water. I told him we’d left the room and wouldn’t be returning the next day and he simply responded with “🙏🏻.” He was very unprofessional throughout and just clearly copy and pasted automated messages when we reached out with specific questions. It is also not really advertised that there is a shared common space right outside shared by 6 total rooms. It was difficult to sleep the one night as other guests were loud. If we had known this was the set up to begin with, we wouldn’t have booked this space.

Er kwam een vreselijke stank uit de badkamer, er lagen vreemde haren in de douche, de douche bevatte heel veel schimmel. En het appartement is heel gehorig, dus je hoort de mensen uit de andere kamers heel hard.

В душе были чужие волосы Горячая вода работала по 1 минуте, потом лилась холодная, сам душ был сломан, вода начинала течь из всех щелей) В остальном удовлетворительно, но не стоит своих денег, картинка сильно симпатичнее реальности. При этом сама комната чистая, если не брать ванную, расположение отличное, дом тоже очень аккуратный. Хозяин был вежлив и помогал чем мог. Спалось кстати не смотря ни на что очень хорошо.

Duidelijke instructies via WhatsApp van de eigenaar gekregen hoe we op de aankomstdag zelf konden inchecken. Er was geen ontbijt inbegrepen, maar er is een zeer goede bakker op een minuut wandelafstand van de appartementen! Hygiëne op de kamer kon iets beter, ook minder aangename geur op de gemeenschappelijke gang.

Oltretutto la zona molto ricca di locali per colazione / pranzo / aperitivi / cena. Staff molto cordiale e molto disponibile per le fasi di check-in e per deposito bagagli. Line wi-fi perfettamente funzionante. La pulizia da migliorare, camera sporca e bagno orribile. Muffa nella doccia, piastrelle e piatto doccia mai puliti, oltretutto appendi-asciugamani impolverati. Sgradevole odore di scarico fognario che proveniva dal bagno, tanto da impregnare tutti gli indumenti che ho portato con me. Orribile

The Landlord as well is very friendly and welcoming, and made my trip better with his recommendations and assistance instantly. The noise of the Fridge was quite very high, and left me sleepless as i wake up easily.
Job (1/5): Worst experience ever (please read) - Location Shower overflows, the whole bedroomfloor was wet after 5 minutes of showering. The bed is next to the door/hallway so you hear everybody walking at night. As shown in the picture, the keycard holder next to the bed shines a bright blue light, and there is no way to turn this off. The coffeemachine and waterheater are full of mold. The roomsize is nothing compared to the pictures. The bed is very itchy. I have never written a review before, but i feel like i have to warn people after this disastrous experience we had.

Nazli (7/5): Good - Spacious room with pretty comfy bed. Modern and nice. Location was close to bus stop and walkable distance to the nearest metro. What I didn’t like is, I booked this room as it says “soundproof” on amenities description, in fact, turned out it is not. There had been nights I had to sleep with noise cancelling earbuds so, be cautious of that. Also, when we came the glass had a lipstick mark still. I have waited to see if it will ever be changes in 5 days but did not.
Molly (8/5): Great room & location but could add a few more complimentaries for the price - Good location for tourists. Francesco is easy to reach if you have any issues or queries and recommended some spots to go. Very large bed. Air conditioning with different settings. Mini fridge. Housekeeper available to give you new towels etc if you leave early enough in the morning. Eco friendly place which is great! There is an authentic Gelateria and sandwich shop a few minutes walk away (tropical ice gelato). Close to metro and buses. Very short walk away from the Borghese gardens. WiFi available. Room is exactly as pictured minus the coffee machine. Kettle didn’t seem to work properly. Advertised as providing small toiletries however there were two sachets of shampoo and a soap bar only so make sure you take your own toiletries. Could benefit from having an iron available.

Dont try it - Location was almost near to the city center It was not properly cleaned: stains on towels, staples on the blanket,coffee machine was full of used capsules and tray full of water, floor was all dusty and dirty, all my stuff that fell down on the floor was full of dust! The double bed was created by attaching two single beds with some funny pieces of mattress!! And, they do not provide a white quilt with a cover! They give you ugly brown blanket with no sheets on it!!!

You can always reach the hosted by whatsapp. our room is an Irregular size room. feels a bit stuffy. hot water is weak, have to run for 2mins to get hot water.

Staff very helpful over WhatsApp. Area full of nice restaurants and bars. Daily cleaning service of the room The kitchenette is right in front of other rooms, so using it would be noisy for the other guests. On the last day, there was suddenly a bad smell from the bathroom

kei0s (8/5): Great stay - We got the smallest room in this flat turned into a six rooms hotel / apartment. It was small but very clean, modern, and convenient. You need to connect with the owner through Whats app for check in, questions, and check out. The location was fantastic as only 4 stations away from Termini station on a couple of bus lines. While the bed was really small and uncomfortable ( thin sponge mattress....) , everything else was great. Small en suite bathroom was clean and nice, the window was great to have. I would stay here again but in a bigger room next time. Maybe the bed is better in bigger rooms...
Verified traveler (6/5): - Les chambres donnent sur une cour intérieure et sont donc complètement isolées du bruit de la route. Par contre, il n'y a pas d'isolation entre les chambres : on est facilement réveillé par les allées et venues des autres clients. Chambre très confortable et refaite récemment. Propre de manière générale, mais des mouchoirs, plaquettes de médicaments et lentilles avaient été oubliées dans un tiroir.
Pe3ra (8/5): Pleasant, but not luxury - Very nice place, new, clean, with nice furniture, but it is not luxury. The room has a very small bathroom. For breakfast we had to go downstairs to the bar and all we got is coffee, croissant and juice. We had to pay extra for a sandwich. The owner is very nice, kind and tries to help guests. WiFi is available all around the place and was working fine. The room is in 5th floor and the elevator is very old, on our last day was out of order.
