The breakfast is very good, the gym is small but functional and I didn’t have time to enter the pool but I will do it my next stay. The location is good because there are food stores nearby, there is even a McDonald’s so close that you can walk yourself

Lobby, pool, workout area and breakfast area were all very nice and well maintained. Laura at the front desk was a huge help with any questions we had. She was incredibly kind and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent with many options, all of which were delicious. Beverly was a delight to talk with and blessed us with how attentive she was as our family got our food and enjoyed our meal together. All around a wonderful stay! Genuinely would recommend to others!

You should be proud - My parents and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Mount Pleasant Wisconsin for an evening we were in town for a funeral. The staff at the door were unbelievably friendly and helpful with getting my parents in and settled. The rooms were wonderful and comfortable. The morning breakfast was great! And we had family there the evening to have dinner with us and enjoyed your lunch area for our gathering. Kathy helped me load up my vehicle the next morning and get my parents settled in the car. Wonderful

She made our breakfast experience always nice and wonderful. We’ve been back for over two weeks now and my 5yr daughter is still talking about her. I know Ms Robin will always be in her memory. Ms Robin made it to were I’ll be ashamed to have something I don’t like about the place.

The breakfast is fine at best, had to wait many many times for things to be refilled with wait times of 10+ mins for each item, have had much much better at different IHG hotels, was not greeted by the first front desk person. Heard front desk person only person on duty so maybe more staffing to accommodate guests on the weekend.

- H9394OGpatm (10/5): One of my Best Experiences. - The stay is in the top 5 best experiences I have had at a hotel. The bed and pillows were the perfect weight and support. The rooms were exceedingly clean. The variety of breakfast choices were cooked to perfection including the bacon being crisp instead of limp and tough. The bathroom amenities were pumps so you could regulate how much to use. Staff came across as enjoying to work there and not just a job. Very friendly and helpful to their out of town guests

The staff were very attentive and kind, delicious breakfast offerings each morning and a great and safe location near Racine and Kenosha. One of our beds had a sheet that was not clean upon check-in; however, the desk clerk changed it immediately due to not having any other rooms available. The caulk around the bathtub appeared to have mold or mildew stains, yet due to the delightful staff behavior, and cleanliness of the rest of the property, I rate this stay a 5 star and we will gladly return to their property!
- M1075GHjog (10/5): Friendliest hotel stay ever! - We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Mt Pleasant WI. Totally enjoyed our time there, Stayed from July 5, 25 - July 17, 25. Best hotel stay ever, room 227, king bed, walk in shower, fantastic! Second room 204( had a joiner) 2 queen beds, beds were too soft for us, also tub shower, needed walk in as we are older persons, but stay in this room was still good. The staff at this hotel were the best! Two of the front desk workers ( both blond, sorry can't recall names) and Robin made our stay especially grand. So friendly and enjoyable to chat with, always making sure our day was a great day and our stay was a great stay. Would most definately stay here again if down that way! Also the hotel puts on a large breakfast, very delish ,many choices you shouldn't skip breakfast while staying here! All staff were actually very kind and friendly. Can't say enough good things about this place, and always clean. Almost forgot, they have a grill, tables and chairs set up out on patio for hotel customers to feel free to use! We saw that it was used daily. Might have to check that out better with our next visit. Special thanks ocne again to the staff, front desk ladies and Ribin for making our stay an enjoyable one!

We had a hotel block booked for our wedding on May 30, 2025, and everyone was incredibly helpful, nice, and caring. Becca was the one to help my husband and I coordinate booking a hotel block, and she was absolutely wonderful and patient throughout the process. She made everything super simple which alleviated a LOT of our wedding stress. Any questions we had she was more than willing to answer or find out the answer for us. We appreciate you so much for all of your help!!!

New coffee machine, good breakfast, clean pool, small but nice gym, funny Yesenia at reception, Stephanie boss is very present and making sure everything is as it should be, stayed 2 weeks for work and if i ever come back i will come back to this place.

I would like to give her a huge shout out and say Thank you! I will be back again and again. The hotel is always clean and decorated for every holiday season.

I enjoyed the name brand soaps and there were plenty of towels for all of us. Also has very large windows that let in a great view but can be completely darkened if need be. Very comfy stay

My husband and I were greeted with smiles and made to feel special on our so needed get away(both our mothers have dementia which we made known when making our reservation). Robin made us feel special with a snack basket placed in our room and a bottle of wine and more. The room was clean, peaceful and the housekeepers friendly. During breakfast I witnessed Stephanie and staff engaging with others and making them feel equally special. I would recommend this hotel and be back to visit again. Renee Davidson

I would have liked to be able to spend a lot more time here. I've spent only 2 weeks for a business trip but it went too fast. 11/10 would come again.
- B6234CStoddf (10/5): Robin was great! - I stayed at the Mount Pleasant/Racine location and the check-in experience was a little bit off with them asking questions about if I was there for business/pleasure and what company I worked for.. just check me in! One of the highlights of my stay was Robin in the breakfast area! Fantastic interaction and service! She made my stay better after the weird check- in questions.

- Brittany (10/5): Great stay! - Had a great overnight stay at this hotel! Check in was a breeze and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved how they were invested in their guests visit (ie. decorated the lobby to celebrate various local graduations, etc). The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast had a wide variety of options. Overall, we had a great stay and will save this hotel for future visits!

Always a warm welcome. Love the location right by the golf course. And there's a grill to cook steaks on!

The place was clean and quiet as well as the room. So glad this one had a continuous fan. If your room faces the hwy you might hear it but overall great!
