- Urs (10/5): - Es war einmal mehr ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das ganze Team vom Arlenwald hat uns wie jedes Mal herzlich empfangen und verwöhnt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Für uns ist es jedes Mal fast wie ein "nach-Hause-kommen". Wir fühlen uns im Arlenwald jedesmal pudelwohl und hoffen, dass wir noch viele Male die Gelegenheit dazu haben werden, im Arlenwald Gäste zu sein.

- Beat (8/5): Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut und hat unseren Erwartungen voll entsprochen. - Die Lage war super. Man kann mit den Skiern zum Hotel oder auf die Piste. Der Bus hält ganz nah vom Hotel. Frühstück war fein. Personal sehr freundlich. Die Küche liegt im Eingangsbereich. Es war manchmal riechbar was gekocht wird. Im Zimmer war davon aber nichts zu bemerken. Aber das ist "jammern auf hohem Niveau"* ;-)

- Franziska (7/5): Für Kurzskiurlaub genial! - Die tolle Lage mit direkten Zugang zur Piste! Parkplatz beim Hotel. Starker Küchengeschmack in grossen Teilen des Hotels.
- Sibylle (6/5): - Die Lage war super, tolle Aussicht, ruhig. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Frühstück sehr dürftig. Das Birchermüsli hat gerade einmal für die Hälfte der Gäste gereicht, danach gab es keines mehr. Brot, Fleisch und Käse musste man immer wieder nachbestellen. (2 Scheiben Schinken, 2 Stück Käse, 4 Stück Salami wurde aufgetischt für 2 Personen. ) Ich hätte für diesen Preis definitiv mehr erwartet.

- FEDERICA (9/5): ECCELLENTE SU TUTTI I PUNTI DI VISTA - Hotel piccolino, ma davvero confortevole, stile anni 80 Colazione buona, forse aggiungerei delle torte fatte in casa Tutto quello che cucinano è fatto in casa e buonissimo, ci siamo trovati bene sia nel ristorante aperto al pubblico esterno che nel ristorante interno all'hotel Servizio sauna davvero bellissimo, privata e molto pulita Camera pulita e spaziosa Stanza per appoggio sci perfetta posizione ottima, proprio davanti alla risalita delle piste Ho amato tutto lo consiglio vivamente Heinrich il proprietario è davvero bravo, socievole e soddisfacente per tutte le richieste L'unica cosa è stato il check-in, ci abbiamo messo un pò perchè non c'è una vera reception, ma devi andare a cercare il proprietario che spesso è in cucina, ma noi eravamo in ferie quindi non eravamo di fretta

- MichaelBlom (8/5): - A very charming and intimate hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's the sort of place where you can easily strike up conversations with the other guests. The house is quite old and you can hear a lot through the walls. Some rooms have somewhat of an odour, not disturbing but noticeable.
- Josephine (10/5): Sehr gemütlich und erholsam! - Sehr tolles, zuvorkommendes Team, phänomenal feines Essen und traumhafte Lage mit wunderschöner Aussicht und sehr heimelig-gemütliche Zimmer mit uriger Einrichtung und modernen Bädern. Uns hat es sehr gefallen und wir werden wiederkommen!

- Noe (9/5): Es war Traumhaft angenehm in diesem Hotel - Einfach alles, super freundliches Personal, alles klein aber fein. Die Zimmer mit einem HAMMER ausblick auf die wunderschönen Bergen in Arosa. Das Zimmer war immer sehr geheizt (frieren musste man da nie). Das Frühstück sehr fein und super direkt von der Küche serviert und frisch zubereitet. Der Skikeller grad ums Eck auch super (sogar mit Heizung für die Ski/Snowboardschuhe). Es herrscht eine sehr ruhige und angenehme Atmosphäre in diesem Hotel. Auch super System mit diesem zwei-Schlüssel- Prinzip.
- Balazs (9/5): Kommen nächstes Jahr wieder. - Sehr leckeres Essen, sehr nettes Personal, schnuckeliges kleines Hotel mit Charme, schönes, rustikales Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Wir haben uns wunderbar gefühlt. Abends war Lärm von unten oder nebenan zu hören (Stühlerücken?, Aufräumen?, Küche?). gegen 23 wurde es ruhig. Wir konnten trotzdem schlafen nach tollen Skitagen:)
- Max (9/5): Gemütliche Auszeit direkt an der Skipiste, wir kommen wieder! - Die Lage ist hervorragend direkt an der Ski-Piste. Man kommt tagsüber auch sehr gut mit dem kostenloses Bus zum Hotel oder ins Dorf. Nachts ist die Umgebung sehr ruhig. Wir hatten einige Spezialwünsche, bei denen sich das Hotel sehr um eine Lösung bemüht hat l, vielen Dank!

- Hans-Peter (10/5): Klein und herzlich - kleines einfaches hotel an guter lage. Service ist sehr freundlich und das essen ist reichhaltig und gut. Der gastgeber ist mit dem ort verbunden und ist mit leidenschaft besorgt, dass es den gästen gut geht.

- Sandra (8/5): - Een heerlijke kamer met balkon en uitzicht op de bergen. Alles schoon en comfortabel zowel badkamer als bed. Ontbijt was prima. Het hotel heeft en heerlijk restaurant. Voor het hotel stop ieder half uur een gratis bus naar beneden. Vanuit hotel kun je al prachtige wandelingen maken. Als ik ooit weer in Arosa kom zal ik er zeker weer terug gaan.

The breakfast needs improvement, more variety. The rooms needs re-decoration, specially the small ones. There should be a better reception.
- Markus (8/5): - Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr angenehmer Gastgeber. Idealer Standort, da direkt an der Skipiste. Ein kleiner negativer Punkt ist, das man den Geruch der Küche im Zimmer riecht. Essen war sehr fein.

- Marianne (8/5): kleines Familiäres Hotel, gut gelegen! - Wir fühlen uns wohl, es ist kein Schicki Micki Hotel. Einfach und freundlich. Das Essen war sehr fein und speditiv. Finde solche kleinen Hotels einfach schön.
- Maya (6/5): Ruhig gelegen, direkt im Skigebiet. - Das Hotel liegt schön gelegen, direkt nähe Skilift, allerdings ohne Auto immer auf Bus angewiesen der ins Zentrum fährt, das ist eher mühsam. Preis Leistung sind ok, einfach, unkompliziert. Dusche funktionierte nicht gut. Zimmer gross, einfach und sauber. An der Reception ist meist niemand, für Fragen, Bezahlungen etc. muss man jemand suchen und einfach warten. Sehr mühsam. Personal sonst freundlich. Da im Restaurant viel Fondue und Raclette gegessen wird, hat es immer einen Käse oder Küchen Geruch. Das hat mich ziemlich gestört. Es führt keine Weg innerhalb des Hotels zum Skiraum. Für eins zwei Nächte ist das Hotel ok, für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich nicht mehr hingehen.
- Daniel (10/5): Gemütliches, kleines Hotel ausserhalb des Zentrums - Sehr schönes, gemütliches Zimmer (Junior-Suite) direkt unter dem Dach. Sehr sauber! Ausgesprochen freundliches Personal. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Skipiste, ist etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums aber sehr gut mit dem Gratisbus erreichbar. Das zum Hotel gehörende Restaurant ist sehr beliebt und bietet traditionelle, sehr gute Gerichte an. Wir werden wieder im Arlenwald absteigen.
