- Daniel (2/5): Meine schlechteste Unterkunft in 64 Jahren - Die Lage . Auf den errsten Eindruck wirkt das Anwesen wie verlassen. Keine Gartenpflege . Der Pool verdient nicht seine Bezeichnung. Er war verschmutzt und es sah nicht so aus als wäre ein Filter zur Reinigung angeschlossen. Kein WLAN. Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer war defekt, Fernseher im Schlafzimmer auch defekt. Fernseher im Esszimmer hatte schlechten Empfang. Der Kühlschrank war Schrott. Matratzen waren durchgelegen. Türen und Fenster waren auch defekt. Auf der gesamten Anlage waren ca. 7 Katzen die alles markierten. Safe war Lose im Schrank und war ebenfalls kaputt. Schimmel beim Schlafzimmerfenster und in der Küchenecke an der Eingangstür. Keine Fliegenschutzgitter, wir konnten keine Fenster und Türen offen lassen. Wir waren froh als die eine Woche vorbei war und wir abreisen konnten.

- Peter Robert (10/5): Highly recommended! - It was our second time at Villa Genna, this time we were at the other apartment. They are both lovely! Nicely decorated, comfortable and a well equipped kitchen (with lavazza-coffeemaker). Location is perfect: beautiful beach and the nice town on walking distance. Last but not least; a very friendly and helpful owner (Andrea).

- Cornelia (3/5): - Andrea und seine Frau sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist super. Der Garten mit den grossen Bäumen schön und es wurde mit Liebe zum Detail angelegt. Andrea hat nach unserer Beschwerde über den Zustand des Appartments unsere Kurtaxe übernommen. Das Appartment Genna ist alt und deutlich renovierungsbedürftig. Vor allem Bad und Schlafzimmer. Es fällt teilweise der Putz von den Wänden. Das Bad insgesamt ist uralt und die Dusche ist sehr klein und sehr benutzt. Der Spiegel ist teilweise blind. Jede Tür und jedes Fenster im Appartment klemmt. Der FI - Schalter der Küche fällt bei Regen, so dass die gesamte Küche stromlos ist, auch der Kühlschrank. Ungut wenn das in der Nacht passiert und man es nicht merkt. Die gesamte Elektrik ist überholungsbedürftig. Es gibt in der Küche keine Arbeitsplatte. Die Terrasse ist schön, leider stinkt es nach Kanal und die Bodenbretter müssen dringend ausgewechselt werden. Man sieht, dass insgesamt alles vernachlässigt wurde. Schade um das schöne Ambiente.m

- Paolo (8/5): - La posizione della casa in zona tranquilla alberata ma relativamente vicina al centro e soprattutto nel mio caso al porto (arrivato in barca) gli spazi interni ed esterni attrezzati Possibilità di cucinare perchè dotata di cucina completa. Barbecue esterno tavolo e sdrai per vivere gli spazi esterni. necessiterebbe di una maggiore manutenzione o ristrutturazione di alcune parti (bagni) e ne guadagnerebbe in valore e confort per il cliente
- OLIVIER (9/5): Parking aisé tout en étant proche du centre, un vrai bonheur à San Vito - Nous avons aimé la facilité du parking privé et la proximité du centre effervescent de San Vito à seulement quelques minutes à pied. Le logement était très propre et bien équipé. Les abords de la maison, notamment à l'arrière, sont désordonnés et les contours de la piscine sont vieillots. Mais nous étions surtout venus pour la mer donc cela ne nous a pas dérangés plus que ça.
- Dariusz (10/5): Warto spędzić czas w tym miejscu - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Basen bardzo zadbany czysta woda. Właściciele bardzo serdecznie i pomocni w każdej sytuacji. Komfort i wyposażenie całego obiektu jest na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Jedne z najlepszych naszych wakacji do tej pory. Jedno łóżko miało sprężyny które bardzo było słychać. Natomiast łóżko drugie miało bardzo miękki materac w który się wpadało.

- Peter (10/5): Super nice! - The location is perfect; on walking distance to the beach. The apartment is lovely. Nicely decorated, super clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. We were here in winter, so we didn’t sit in the garden, but there are nice spots to sit and at night it is pleasantly lit (photo). House is comfortably warm. We would really like to come back another time.
- Yuliia (10/5): Exceptional - This is an exceptional stay! The location is quiet and still very close to the beach. It is by far the best area to stay in San Vito lo Capo. Also this property, unlike others, has tall trees around which was great in hot July. You actually can sit outside during the day in the shade. Very quiet at night unlike the other hotel where we stayed last year Private free parking is a huge plus. Host was very nice helping with parking my car in the yard (my car is big) The hosts are very friendly! Service is 6/5 The shower, air conditioning - all worked, no problems There is not even 1 thing to annoy us. It is 10/10 We will go back for sure
