• Maryna (10/5): В основном все понравилось - Я жила в 405 номере мне очень понравился номер, спасибо девочке, что убирала мой номер, убирала очень хорошо, Ахмед на ресепшен очень внимательный и помогал решить любые вопросы, очень понравилась аниматор Рената она очень хорошо вела йогу, аниматор Тайфун очень хороший, понравилось его фаер шоу По чистоте в ресторане полы, вода возле бассейна, воду в бассейне выключили на горках а дверь не закрыла девочка спасатель, бокалы никто не проверяет на дне сода наливают вино а там сода на дне, вилок не хватает, берег моря каменистый не зайти понтон поставили но далеко.

Часто еда была не использована в течении нескольких дней. Пляж чистый и море чистое. Мне не понравилось, что в ванной повсюду была плесень и вообще номер был грязный, пыль, паутина, что то валялось давно под кроватью. Это точно не 4 заезды, 3 максимум.

I dipendenti sono terribili, soprattutto un uomo che è alla reception alla sera, proprio terribile tutto dal servizio a qualsiasi altra cosa. Attenzione a prenotare perché qui se prenoti per una persona e hai un bambino di 11 anni, ti fanno pagare 35 € al giorno, anche se c’è scritto che fino ai 12 anni è gratuito.

Abbiamo avuto un bambino di 11 anni e non ci hanno fatto dormire lì perché dicevano che abbiamo prenotato solamente per due persone un hotel davvero terribile. Come detto prima, non hanno fatto soggiornare un bambino di 11 anni con noi nonostante la stanza era con un letto matrimoniale e un letto più piccolo, perciò tranquillamente ci potevamo stare e non ci hanno dato il permesso davvero non lo consiglierei nessuno il personale è terribile, orribile mai più. • Hazal Simge (8/5): - Genel anlamda memnun kaldık. Fiyat performans açısından tatmin ediciydi. Hizmet ve çalışanlar iyiydi gayet nazikler hemen her konuda yardımcı olundu. Sadece Antalya Beldibi gibi yerlerde her şey dahil otellerin yoğunluğundan ve etkinliklerinden zannedersem insanlar dışarda eğlenmek yerine otelde eğlenmeyi tercih ediyorlar. Dışarda yakınlarda pek eğlenecek mekanlar olmadığı için otelde daha fazla canlı müzik tarzı etkinliklerin olması çok daha iyi olurdu. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz.
• Talal (8/5): - الغرف نظيفة، السهرات و النشاطات رائعة ، الطعام جيد و لكن بعض الايام كان أقل من الوسط المرافق الخارجية تحتاج الى عمل اكثر من حمامين للأستحمام، التكيف في المطعم يجب ان يكون افضل، العمال في الفندق كانو لطيفين اجمالا انصح بالفندق و اتمنى ان يستمر نحو الافضل

• Nataliia (10/5): - Ідеальне співвідношення ціна/якість. Море за 10 метрів. Гарна атмосфера. Привітний персонал на рецепції, який завжди готовий допомогти. Хороші аніматори, кожного вечора нове шоу. Особливо сподобався ресторан та бар. Смачна їжа, прекрасне обслуговування. Дякую кухарям та всьому персоналу ресторану і особисто менеджеру.
• Shubina (6/5): Okay, but not great - The location is good, but the beach is small and rocky. Staff was good and most of them spoke English. Room was nice, bed was comfortable, AC was working. Variety of food was not big and some food just didn't taste good. Fruits and vegetables were gone usually within first half an hour. Service was okay. Cleaning was not great. Sheets and towels were with stains. It was difficult to get a towel for the beach. They didn't have it most of the time.
• Peter (8/5): Bra budget all inclusive - Hade bokat 2st triple rum men fick bara ett dubbel och ett tripel vilket räckte till vårt sällskap men inte vad vi betalade för. Mkt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Halvdan städning av rummen, vårt hade kakor och myror under en säng. Stenstrand som blir snabbt djupt så inte optimalt med mindre icke simkunniga barn, men trevligt poolområde som passar bättre för dom. Ovanligt mkt alkohol som ingick i en turkiskt all inclusive så stort plus där. Varierad mat med stort utbud och bra kvalitet men mkt fokus åt östeuropesik och turkiskt mat så inte optimalt för petiga barn. Vegetarianer borde gilla det stora utbudet av sallader. Påkostad kvällsunderhållning. På det hela taget ett trevligt besök och något vi kan tänkas komma tillbaka till.

• Sam (8/5): - It’s a beach type hotel, the food was average, the property was clean, however, my room had a low ceiling and being over 6 foot was an issue going out to the balcony. However, the staff are very pleasant and professional.

• Anna (1/5): Avoid this place - The hotel looks okay This hotel is the worst in my life. We had a holiday in November and it was about to close the season. Room: noisy - you can hear every move in the hotel. They had all night music nearby. The room was stinky, with stains on bedding and towels. This was the worst bedding I've ever had. My hairdryer was not working, the curtains were not blackout and partially torn down. Food: all our family got food poisoning, we had a fever and were very unwell. A couple of other families said that they had the same issue after having the hotel meals. When we came to the reception, the receptionist said that she didn't have any complaints from other people and was very unhelpful with our case. I sent them an email with a request to refund my money as I consider this place unsafe, but my email was ignored. Booking customer service also ignored my message. Service: everything in this hotel is for russians, the staff speak russian even if we ask them to speak English.  Russian music, all guests are russians...feels like I had a holiday somewhere in russia. The last days were literally awful as we were shown that the season is over and we are not welcomed anymore. The last supper wasn't a buffet, we were given limited food on personal plates. We couldn't choose, only take it or go to bed hungry. Next morning our breakfast was made literally from overlefts - we were given a plate with a couple of olives, a couple of slices of horrible sausage, a few pieces of cheese. Anything I eat. No milk, cereals, fruit, eggs,pastry, nothing! The price for the holiday is relatively cheap but I would suggest to think twice before choosing this place and this dull destination.

• SENEM (6/5): Vasat - Restoran ve eğlence kısmında çaba var ama genel olarak otel vasat. Odalar çok eski ve kırık dökük. Sanki yenileme yapmaya çalışmışlar ama uyumsuz ve kötü bir iş çıkmış. İlk yapıldığında çok düzgünmüş ama sonra yapılanlar işi bozmuş gibi. Avantajı denizin dibinde olması. Denizi taşlık ve kaygan, deniz ayakkabısı olmadan girmek çok zor. 3 yıldızı sadece çalışanlar için veriyorum. Yandaki 4 yıldızlı otelin çalışanları bu otelde konaklıyor, başka söze gerek de yok.
• Maryam (5/5): Not my favourite to rebook - breakfast, lunch and dinner were great Facilities are good for the money The staff does not know English except for 1 guy who was sometimes there and sometimes not there, very tough to communicate Team is not responsive on queries via booking.com at least, I kept getting the same auto response every time I messaged and it was super irritating We stayed there for 3 days and the flush in the toilet did not work properly for 2 days so constantly had to complain for 2 days, they only have 1 technical team member who would come to fix the problem only temporarily

• Ali (7/5): Good - I liked the room a lot, and A/C was in perfect condition. I stayed in several all inclusives, including expensive ones, but A/C was always a problem like poor air/dust/ruins your throat. Compared to those, this hotel is cheaper, but A/C is brand new and great. Slept so well in warm. Other points, close to beach and very central to shops that you can buy normal price products and gifts. Overall, it's good for the price. -Food is mediocre. That's not a Turkish food or average all inclusive quality in Turkey. -Sunbeds are very close to each other (I actually liked this, but my partner didn't - I liked it because there was a nice vibe like the people and joy around us) -Beach is a bit stoney.

• Thinella (8/5): Fin til prisen - Der var kun 3 stikkontakter på værelset, den ene, ved sengen virkede ikke. Så der var kun 2 brugbare stikkontakter, den ene på badeværelset. Værelset var simpelt og okay, dog manglede der en lampe i loftede som var dækket til at en plastik pose. Maden var ikke noget at skrive hjem om, ensformigt og ikke særlig stort udvalg. Det er ikke muligt at gå fra hotellet og til nærmeste by, hvilket betyder af man skal tage en taxa. Det koster ca 500 TL at tage en taxa til kemer. Poolen og pool området var dejligt. Stranden var en stenstrand, hvilket ikke var behageligt. Personalet var venlige og imødekommende. Alt i alt okay til prisen.

• Seyda (4/5): - Bei einem 3 Sterne Hotel erwarte ich natürlich nicht die Annehmlichkeiten eines 5 Sterne Hotels. Das es aber unabhängig der Sterne sauber ist erwarte ich. Die Zimmer und vor allem das Bad waren schrecklich. Im Zimmer waren Schimmel an den Wänden. Am schlimmsten war unter anderem auch der Pool. An den Gittern an der Umrandung des Pools war auch Schimmel. Der Pool war dreckig und das Wasser die ganzen 5 Tage lang trübe. Ich war vorher auch schon in 3 Sterne Hotels aber sowas habe ich noch nie gesehen

Welcome: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Reception was great especially Ozlen was fantastic and very helpful. Concierge: None ⭐️ Room: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our room was upgraded with the sea 🌊 view , Specious, comfortable bedding, good size restroom and good choice of facilities. Restaurant: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Good choices of restaurants. Main restaurant choices of foods were excellent and delicious, very friendly staff there. Well done team 👍 Swimming Pool: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Good facility, staff are helpful but do not speak English at all. Very hard to communicate 😕 Overall: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A very good hotel for the price, location, amenities and for the wonderful views of mountains & sea
• Hugo (3/5): I need to be honest - It was clean enough, and the bed was ok. The location was close to the place I was working. And the view of the mountains is beautiful. But it's complicated if you need to eat during the night. There was no dinner or snacks in the hotel, and the shops in the streets all close early in the evening. I understand that the country might be living a difficult moment. But I think this is not a reason for lying to the customers. They said there was wifi, but I had to pay for it. The hot water was not working normally. It was very stressful to have to insist with them to turn it on every morning. I was even late in my work because of that. The staff didn't speak English. They pretent they understood us, but didn't take any action. In the end, I realized that they were rationing the electricity without telling the customers. Such a bad experience. It's a pity because the country is beautiful, but because of services like this, people leave the place with bad experiences that they will keep forever.
• Dr. (6/5): fairly good hotel to stay in Antalya - Good stuff and facilities in the hotel Great view. No kittle to make tea or coffee inside the room. Water in the shower was cold (sometimes warm but not hot enough in the cold weather there) No tooth brushes or tooth paste in the room.
