CHUNGYANG (3/5): Actually 2star - Nothing I booked a room with bathtub and the front desk offered a room without bathtub, after arguing they finally find a room with bathtub, but when we about to shower there’s no hot water, what’s the point having bathtub without hot water

Sampat (8/5): - Rooms are clean. Hotel should ensure hot water as winter is setting in. We stayed in Room 109 where we could get only lukewarm water even after keeping the tap open for 5 minutes.

Kay (4/5): Disappointing - The Hotel refused to accept the Booking.com reservation. Despite showing them proof. Fortunately, they were not full and I was able to get a room directly with them. Booking.com and Keys lite should have a better coordination in future.

Shah (6/5): Pleasant - Good staff and rooms were good for the price however we only used it for 6 hours for night sleep so the price did not make sense to us.

Marsheilla (1/5): I will never stayed here ever again - Nothing. I like nothing about this property. Upon arrival at midnight, It’s very clear to me that the bedsheet was not changed, cause as i slept on it, it smelled like sweat. The bedsheet had dodgy stains, and on the mattress protector had period blood stains that housekeeping tried to hide when he changed the bedsheet the next morning. When I asked him to change the mattress protector, he reluctantly changed it and said, it’s only the matress protector. The room is old and nothing like the pictures. Value is bad too, too expensive for a dirty hotel. I’ve travelled to 30 countries and stayed in different types of hotels but this is hands down the worst.
