- Vanessa (4/5): Big space but bad service & cleaning - The place is big and can fit up to 3-4 people but they have horrible service and it was super dirty and smelly. Seems they haven't clean in a while. In top of that, the place they gave me was in the ground floor with a window were you could see through, specially if you are comming out of the bathroom after showering, I closed this window 3 times and they will keep opening it everytime. But the first bad experience was with parking, I told them that my flight got delayed and I was driving from Brindisi to there so they told me I could call them for any doubt. They sent me the names of 2 parking places that you have to pay btw, but I couldn't find them as the instructions were zero clear, I called them and told them I was in the street of the 1st parking but there was nothing and this lady that picked up the phone told me (in italian, btw, she did not speak english), sorry we are close, the instructions were sent...to which I replied, yes but it is not clear, I'm here and there is nothing; they answer was "Sorry" that's it! Technically figure it out on your own. I traveled alone and I could feel how they were judging, this a couple's only place apparently...this is the reason I dont like B&Bs but there were no hotels around, definitely check other options and rating.
