• Antonio (1/5): Never again!!! - Location. The property is undergoing extensive building work. There is scaffolding and netting surrounding the whole building. You can’t look out without being in a building site. The builders are working from 7am all day and the noise they are making is ridiculous. We went out in the evenings late and when we wanted to sleep in the mornings we’d be woken up by 7am. The good part is the location of the building. Everything else was a nightmare. I am currently trying to get my money back from Booking for this. You should be made aware of this before booking. The property couldn’t care less.

• bernardo (8/5): Valencia in festa - Ottima posizione, salone ampio, anche se la cucina è lunga e stretta,ma sono case di una volta.Bello l' affaccio sulla piazzetta, ampie le finestre. Comodo l' ascensore.wifi potente. Non c'è la possibilità di chiudere a chiave la stanza da bagno.

Agradecida a Natalia por facilitarnos el check in antes de la hora. Ruido por tener un pub cerca, aunque no se prolonga muy tarde.

• Anita (9/5): Ár-érték arányban nagyon szuper, főleg nyáron biztos nagyon kíváló lehet. - Az elhelyezkedés szuper volt, a piac közelében van. Az ágyak a hálószobában nagyon kényelmesek. A konyha jól felszerelt. Hideg volt a lakásban, mivel november volt. Csak a nappaliban és az egyik hálószobában volt légkondi. Az egyik szobában nem volt légkondi, így ott nem tudtunk fűteni, és a lakás többi részében is nagyon hideg volt. Alattunk volt egy bár, így este egy kicsit hangos volt kb.: éjfélig. Mivel fáradtak voltunk, azért eltudtunk aludni.

• Arson (8/5): Bien avec un bémol par rapport à l'isolation phonique - Super appartement,bien placé, propre,bien équipé spacieux, lit confortable. Cet appartement nécessite une meilleure isolation phonique. Le bruit généré par le bar en face de l'immeuble est très désagréable. Le bruit effectué par le personnel lors du rangement des chaises et tables installées dans la rue, à une heure tardive a été difficile à supporter. Donc isolation phonique à revoir pour avoir une meilleure note.

• simona (8/5): - La posizione è centralissima, a piedi si raggiunge comodamente qualsiasi attrazione del centro città. D' altro canto va valutato il fatto che la camera principale ( l' altra è una camera cieca, no finestre) si affaccia su una piazzetta con locali aperti fino a tarda notte quindi impossibile dormire :( .Vedo la sistemazione più adatta a gruppi di giovani che a famiglie con bimbi l' insonorizzazione delle camere. L' odore non gradevole soprattutto in cucina e all' ingresso del palazzo Il palazzo esternamente si presenta davvero male, l' interno dell 'appartamento però è carino, moderno e ben tenuto

• Jennifer (8/5): Very good as centrally located - Host meet us to handover the keys. Centrally located, walking distance to the town hall, mercat and main train station. Had 2 rooms but only 1 room and living room with airconditioner and the other room, fan is provided. The other room without airconditioner is a bit warm on summer days eventhough fan is provided

• Zdenka (9/5): Great location, freindly host, comfortable apartement. - The apartement was very comfortable, the host friendly and location was perfect. We enjoyed our stay very much. Because the flat was in the city center, so you have to take into account that it is sometimes quiete noisy.

• Nastase (9/5): Superb - Very good located, close to everything in the center, very confortable and spatios, it has all you need (towels, soap, dishes, iron machines, dryer etc), heated. It was great for our family! One bedroom is noisy because of the bar downstairs.

We didn’t like the way that manager of this apartment with repairman came to our apartment to fix gas column, when we weren’t at home. The host didn’t write any massage to warn that they need to fix something and that that need to enter the apartment. Also there there is bar next to apartment and it was hard to sleep at night.

Downstairs noise from the bars can go on until late but you can’t hear it in the back bedroom. The apartment needs some mirrors.

Location centralissima, con tutti i negozi sotto casa, l'unica nota negativa è che essendo troppo centrale, c'è molta confusione durante la notte e gli schiamazzi a volte disturbano il sonno. Il mio giudizio nel complesso è molto positivo.

• laurent (10/5): Super endroit!super appart! - L'appartement est très bien situé en centre-ville près de tout. La personne qui nous a accueilli était très très sympathique elle nous a montré tout l'appartement nous a donné une carte de la ville avec les endroits stratégiques à visiter. Par chance nous avons trouvé une place gratuite à 10 minutes à pied de l'appartement nous l'avons laissé les deux jours le premier jour nous avons fait tout le centre-ville à pied car Valence et à se concentrer au niveau ce qu'il faut voir et le lendemain nous avons pris le bus pour aller à l'espace océanographique c'était magnifique. L'appartement est spacieux propre et bien équipé. Nous recommandons !
• Marguerit (8/5): - The apartment was very nice and comfortable. Stores are nearby and you can pretty much walk anywhere. There's many restaurants in the area and a nice indoor market that is open everyday. The only bad thing is that between 3am-5am is very noisy out in the street people coming back from bars or drunks shouting really loud. Then the Wi-Fi stop working on our last night is like it was shut down because we were leaving the next day. Other then that is located right in the old city and everything was all good.
