• neha (4/5): Food is quite good. Good location, centralised, spacious clean rooms, it’s a good hotel for a short stay. - The location and facilities are great. Room are old bit spacious and considerably clean. Parking is available and security staff is very good. Service is super slow. Staff is confused all the time with orders. We had more than few instances of wrong orders, improper service. One housekeeping staff just kept walking into our room without knocking until we finally locked our door and he had to knock. Staff definately lacks training and it’s very evident. Also there are multiple numerous numbers for every service so if you call one they will ask you to call another number and this can go on for a while.

• Mahesh (3/5): - Nothing Unprofessional front office staff.. not even bothered to even help a bit too.. they were not willing to cooperate for early check in &late check out too , due to which I have to book 2 days extra for a early check in and a late check out . They didn't even support in giving extra water bottles . Requested a packed sandwich during check out , even the same was not even considered .. they have done this to a regular guest like me so can imagine what they must be doing with other guests.

• Akshay (4/5): Disappointing and the hotel staff has a lot of scope to improve the property! - The location is very convenient. Poorly managed hotel. The reception staff is totally unprofessional. I checked in late with my family and the guy at the reception told us to cancel the booking from the Booking.com app and offered to book the same rooms directly thru the hotel. But we didn’t do that insisted to keep our booking through Booking.com. We checked in using my dad Mr Dilip B More’s identity as I had forgotten my identity documents at home. We booked 2 superior double AC rooms; Room #. 219 and & #220. Room #220 AC was not working and the technician who came confirmed that there was some problem and it was not cooling as expected. My mom and dad had to sleep without AC the entire night. Upon talking to the reception folks and manager Bipin they arrogantly denied that the AC had issues. We asked they to give us some discount/ money back for the one room as its facilities were not as per the commitment. But instead of apologising and talking ownership of the issue Mr Bipin arrogantly argued with me and my father and even raised his voice to which even we retaliated. Also the linen in both bedrooms were not clean and was stained including the washroom were not cleaned properly. Overall the hotel is definitely not worth paying Rs 5000 / night for sure.

They need to improve a lot in terms of providing good quality beds, wifi facilities in room, parking lot revamping required. They can use stack parking option Overall ambience need to be improved to great extent to attract more crowd. Poor to negligible wifi. Not a single room could get wifi connected and even after complaining it did not resolve.

In one room there was neither the running hot water, nor working flush or hand jet. The stay was not comfortable. Nothing in particular.

• S (9/5): Superb - We had a pleasant stay, staff was cordial and food was very good. Hotel was in near proximity to the Mahalakshmi Temple. They should have own conveyance for picking tourists from station to hotel and similarly from hotel to temple.
