We were told we needed to choose a room in a higher category. 2. The room was cleaned late (even after leaving a ‘Clean my room’ sign on the door). 3. We asked to extend our stay free of charge (for as long as possible) with a late check-out – they refused (the room was booked for another guest). As soon as I confirmed that I was willing to pay for the extension, the option became available immediately

Уже поэтому можно судить о том, что он меня во многом устраивает, раз я там останавливаюсь. У него разумное соотношение цены и качества. Всегда приветливый персонал, встречающий меня уже как постоянного гостя, за что им большое спасибо. Приятный зал для завтрака на самом высоком этаже. В этот раз я столкнулась с трудностью регулировки горячей-холодной воды в душе. Но это впервые. Надеюсь, проблему устранят. И самостоятельно, не прибегая к помощи извне, не удается управлять телевизором, увы...
• Arnold (9/5): Hôtel idéalement situé au cœur d’Ereva - Il est important de préciser que le véritable confort de cet hôtel tient avant tout à son personnel. Le service de l’ensemble des équipes a été remarquable, rendant notre séjour particulièrement agréable. Nous recommandons également le service de transfert : certes plus onéreux qu’un taxi, mais avec une voiture extrêmement confortable et un chauffeur très flexible, qui s’adapte parfaitement à vos besoins. Le spa de l’hôtel mérite aussi une mention spéciale : les soins proposés sont d’une grande qualité — nous en avons testé presque tous et avions constamment envie d’y retourner. Je remercie tout particulièrement Alfred, notre concierge, pour l’organisation de nos sorties le soir ainsi que pour sa disponibilité et son professionnalisme. Le point négatif concernait les sanitaires de l’hôtel. Alfred a su nous proposer une solution, ce que nous avons grandement apprécié. Néanmoins, l’état des sanitaires, ainsi que certains problèmes d’électricité dans certaines chambres, laissaient à désirer. Il est en effet impératif que les propriétaires investissent dans ces rénovations essentielles afin de garantir un séjour pleinement confortable aux invités.

Не смотря на расположение в центре, благодаря хорошим окнам в комнате тихо, спать комфортно. Большой санузел с отдельной душевой и туалетной зонами. Приятное небольшое спа, качественный массаж, массажные комнаты хорошо оборудованы. Возможно пора немного освежить сантехнику и некоторые аксессуары в ванной комнате.

Несмотря на то, что номер расположен на Северном проспекте, никакого шума в номере не слышно, даже когда на улице шумно. Очень эффективная система вентиляции. Отдельно хочу отметить, что в отеле очень хорошие, доброжелательные сотрудники. В первую очередь спасибо администратору Альфреду. Также благодарность администратору Ани и технику (к сожалению, не спросил, как его зовут). Есть один мелкий недостаток - то, как настраивается температура воды в душе. Вроде настроил, чтобы шла теплая вода, а через пару минут идет или немного холоднее, или немного горячее. Но это мелочь, сильно не мешает.

• Grigory (9/5): Гостеприимство и комфортное пребывание вызывают желание вернуться в этот прекрасный город и чудесный отель - Вежливый, гостеприимный, предупредительный и доброжелательный персонал, готовый всегда прийти на помощь гостям отеля: доставить вещи в номер, забронировать ресторан, вызвать такси. В отеле и в номере чисто, удобная кровать, подушки, удобное расположение отеля. Великолепные завтраки.

Hotel ist nicht schlecht, aber für mich kein fünf Sterne in Badezimmer sehr alte klobürste. Leider nur ein Aufzug, mit reinigung Größe probleme um 16.00 war Zimmer nicht gereinigt, jeden Tag die gleiche ich musste in Reception gehen und melden, Reaktion von Leute in Reception, war nicht Positiv. Zimmer war schön eingerichtet
