- Anush (10/5): - Месторасположение. Все в пешей доступности. Вежливый и дружелюбный владелец. Тепло и часто. Все что нужно для комфорта было. Немного шумно из за близлежащих кафе и ресторанов.
- Endru (8/5): - Соотношение цены и качество 5 балов. Расположение супер. Парковка, магазины, кафе все рядом. Недалеко от центра. Нет микроволновки. Вечером перекусить.

- Ellen (8/5): Alles gut. Wir hatten schöne Tage in Karlsbad und haben alles gesehen und richtig gut gegessen. - Lage ist sehr gut. Direkt an der Fußgängerzone und alles wunderbar zu erreichen. Appartement liegt im 2 Stock, ohne Aufzug. Nichts für Personen, die keine Stufen mehr gehen können. Parkplätze gibt es keine. Parken in ca. 200 Meter Gebührenpflichtig mit 300 CZK am Tag. Wer ein paar schöne Tage in Karlsbad verbringen möchte, ist diese ein gute Unterkunft. Fernsehen ist vorhanden, jedoch nur Tschechische Programme....als Info. Es ist mir/uns jetzt kein unmittelbarer Makel an der Unterkunft, oder dem Umfeld aufgefallen.
- Olga (6/5): - Квартира просторная, высокие потолки, приветливый хозяин. Отличное расположение. Кровати удобные. В квартире в принципе имеется все для комфортного проживания. В ванной прозрачные окна и из соседнего здания хороший обзор, можно было бы наклеить непрозрачную пленку на окна. Мне не понравилось, что постельное белье не из натуральных материалов.

В центре города, рядом крупные продуктовые магазины, бары и рестораны. 2 минуты ходьбы до центральной автобусной станции (городской) и 5 - до междугородной. Очень вежливый и приятный хозяин. Отличный вайфай, на кухне есть всё необходимое для готовки. Номер чистый и теплый. Хорошая звукоизоляция. Несмотря на расположение номера - на улице всегда было тихо. Не совсем понятно, как и когда выбрасывать мусор - баки около дома появляются в случайное время в случайных местах))

- Sandra (8/5): Very good - The kindness of Václav to support the guests needs. Location is very central and accessible. Very spacious and well equipped kitchen. The access to the second bedroom through the main bedroom. It seems like a simple modification in the access could make both bedrooms independent and more comfortable for all the guests.

We'll come again! from the little things: a spatula for the frying pan would be useful and I would like to advise replacing the pillows. But these are little things.

The host is really rude and even aggressive in communication, asks for payment in cash only, although the booking was confirmed by credit card via Booking.com. There are a lot of hidden costs (parking, local taxes - in total extra 20% from the initial price) which are not clearly mentioned in Bookind advertisement. The apartments are dirty and requires serious renovation (the images do not correspond to the real status).

The apartments are spacious, high ceilings, very clean, freshly renovated, enough furniture, no unnecessary things. It was warm despite the cold weather. It's nice that you can regulate the temperature in the room yourself. Comfortable beds. Fast WiFi. Despite the fact that the restaurant is located below on the ground floor, there was no noise and unpleasant smells. The owner Vaclav speaks English, friendly, ready to help. On the second day, Vaclav moved me from apartment no. 3 to apartment no. 1 on the first floor, because it was difficult for me to walk up to the second floor (apartment no. 3), since there is no elevator. As a wish, I recommend replacing the lock so that you can close the door from the inside without using a key.
