Mersan (1/5): Bad - The system is very poor, because once somebody booked he has to have a room. After I booked just went place and they told me as they have no room for that day, even though there is a confirmations through an email. Its disturbing, so they have to work on their system to clear such inconveniences.

Yuval (1/5): Bad - Disaster We made a reservation in advance through booking. When we came we found out that the room price was not accurate and that the hotel didn't book a room for us. Basically got thrown out of the hotel at 2 am to go look for a different hotel. No staff member offered to help us find a solution or a different hotel. We recommend you to stay away from this terrible hotel so you won't get into trouble.
Arnaud (4/5): Do NOT go there - It was cold. No hot water. Dirty bed sheets. And we I checked out they asked me to pay for the room I already paid for when booking few weeks before. Ps: they accept credit card, but the machine never works
