• Yuri (9/5): - Ottima posizione a pochi minuti dal centro di Inari e abbastanza isolata per poter vedere l’aurora boreale. Nonostante la reception fosse chiusa durante il nostro soggiorno, il check in è stato molto semplice. È presente un piccolo angolo cottura con fornelli elettrici e forno a microonde, dotato anche di stoviglie e utensili utili per confezionare pasti semplici. Sarebbe utile avere all’interno della camera qualche punto di appoggio in più. I sanitari (doccia e lavandino) sono un po’ piccoli.

Se oli erittäin negatiivinen jonka vuoks ei voinut ajatella käyttöä. Likaa, hiuksia , soraa... käyty katsomassa onko kaikki ok ja poistuttu? Yksi veisti muuten puuttui. Lisäksi olisi hyvä jos olisi suodatinpusseja kahvinkeittimeen, ettei ensimmäiseksi tarvitse käydä hakemassa. Ilmastoinnin, IV kojeen eli automaatin hiljentämine nyöksi pitäisi olla mahdollinen
• Saku (10/5): - とても綺麗に清掃されており、調理器具やお皿もあったので自炊できてとても思い出になる旅行ができました。オーロラが現れるまで部屋でのんびり過ごして、見え始めたら飛び出して手軽に撮影できるのも大きな魅力でした！普通のホテルだと、部屋を出て外に出るまでちょっと手間取りますからね。ほぼ快晴で、最高の星空と沢山のオーロラを撮影することができました。 朝食を頼みましたが、ビュッフェスタイルでどれもとても美味しかったです。サーモンは肉厚で、ニシンの酢漬けもプリプリで、サラダと一緒にパンに乗せて食べると絶品でした。最終日は朝早くのバスに乗ることをお伝えしたら、前日にお弁当として色々と持たせてくれました。ホスピタリティが高く、必ずまた泊まりたいホテルです。 お鍋が2つとフライパンが1つありましたが、大きい方の鍋をIHコンロで使おうとすると、エラーが出て使えませんでした。パスタを茹でるのに使いたかったのですが、フライパンでどうにか対応しました。ここだけが残念な点でした。

• Ryoko (8/5): 最高。 - ロケーションはベスト。部屋がキッチン、サウナもあり、オーロラ待ちの時間も楽しく過ごせた。予想よりよかったのが、サウナの余熱で洗濯ドライがわりになりました。また、TVでネットが楽しめて、YouTube等時間を過ごせたし、各地のオーロラライブを見て、備えられるのもよかった。 全てよかったけれど、滞在のためには、中央棟にランドリーがあればベスト。

• emmanuelle (8/5): Séjour confortable à Inari - L'emplacement est super au bord du lac. Le chalet est spacieux avec le confort nécessaire et une superbe vue. A proximité des activités, restaurant et des commerces. Pas mal d'activités disponibles. Propreté correcte mais pourrait être mieux au niveau du sol. Un peu trop de lumière au niveau de la porte d'entrée (lumière du parking) un petit rideau serait le bienvenu. Il manque un support pour poser les affaires dans la salle de bain. Le lavabo est plus un lave main pas très pratique pour l'usage en salle de bain ; mais ce ne sont que des détails.

• ליה (7/5): ציפיות גדולות וגן האחזבה גדולה - רצינו להתפנק ביחידות היקרות של המלון עם חלונות פנורמיים. נכנסנו ליחידה שנראתה מבחוץ מדהימה. אך המבנה לא הייה לנו נוח חדר שינה קטן ומחניק מזרנים לא נוחים. עברנו לישון בסלון (פתחנו מיטה נפתחת) היה יותר נוח. כל הימים הצתופפנו בסלון. בסלון היה נוף מדהים מחלונות הגדולים אך אף חלון ביחידה לא נפתח והיה חסר לנו אוויר צח וגם לא יכולנו לאברר.עלו הרבה כסף ולא היה שווה את המחיר עם כל האי נוחות. רשמתי בהזמנה שאנחנו חוגגים יום נישואים חוץ מלרשום מזל באת ההזמנה לא הייתה שום התייחסות. מחניק, מזרנים לא נוחים, חוסר צומת לב של הצוות ליום הנישואים שלנו (אפשר להגיד לפחות מזל טוב)

Nosotros vimos unas pocas porque no era el día ideal pero si se pueden ver desde allí. La habitación es bonita, como la de las fotos. Destacar el Restaurante del alojamiento, es barato, todo muy rico, con mucha variedad en el menú, nosotros íbamos a cenar allí aunque ya no estábamos alojados. Las camareras son muy muy simpáticas y agradables incluso una de ellas hablaba español. El baño es pequeño pero suficiente.

• RIKA (10/5): 最高でした！ - サウナ付きのスタジオで暖房もしっかり完備されていて、キッチンも、冷蔵庫、電子レンジもあり掃除もいきとどいて清潔でした サウナも操作簡単で久しぶりに楽しみました スタッフの対応も気持ちよく良かったです 歩いて数分のところにスーパーマーケットがあり慣れない雪道ですが景色を楽しみながらの時間も楽しかったです トナカイそりに行きたかったが、ソルドアウトだったので残念でしたが、近くに博物館があり楽しみました ライブカメラでのイナリ湖の状況がわかるので助かりました、初日にたまたま外で出会ったスタッフの方からカメラの操作を教えていただき無事念願のオーロラを撮影できました(今の時期は人間の目でオーロラを目視できる光度ではないみたいで)春先にまたオーロラ再挑戦して、今度は目で見てみたいなぁ 出発の朝、真っ赤に染まった朝焼けも写真におさめることができました 今度は白夜のイナリ湖も体験したいと思います ありがとうございました 特にこれと言って問題点は見当たらないです

• Manami (10/5): - すごくおしゃれで清潔でした！ 1番安いお部屋タイプに泊まったのですが、 お部屋から空が確認出来るようにベッド側がガラス張りになっていました。 9/20-21で泊まりましたが、 タクシーでホテルからイヴァロ空港まで行きました(別途有料) サウナも扱いやすくて、しっかり温まるし 寒い季節だったのでもても助かりました！
• Veera (9/5): Tyylikkäät mökit lähellä Inarin keskustaa - Majoituin laatikkomallisessa yhden makuuhuoneen mökissä, joka oli aivan pieni, vähän kuin hotellihuone omassa rakennuksessaan. Moderni ja minimalistisesti sisustettu, tyylikäs huone. Isot ikkunat, joista voisi ihailla revontulia, jos säät olisi suosineet. Ilmalämpöpumppu hyvä kesällä, koska lämpenee nopeasti auringossa. Sauna oli pieni, mutta toimiva. Ei isompia puutteita. Innokkaalle kokkaajalle ei ehkä tämä mökki sovi, koska keittiö oli tosi pieni. Säilytystilaa ei juuri ollut.

The out door half hut with fire pit was fabulous. We initially stayed in the cabins which were very tired and had small beds. The cabin with the glass roof was amazing and we loved it.

• Octa (8/5): Nice aurora hut - Bed was comfortable. View from room was great. Breakfast was good. Check-in process wasn't as smooth as expected. I was made to wait while the receptionist made a few phone calls. That in itself was not a problem, but I was let down by the fact that the property/reception wasn't prepared enough to process my check in. We specifically booked 3 aurora huts, with one for 2 adults and 2 kids. But none of the huts have the sofa bed prepared. There was also no phone in the hut, so we had to go back to the reception to inform them. Room cleanliness can be improved. Mugs were also not spotless clean. The entrance door was also not properly insulated - cold air came from under the door. Had to turn on heater all night long to counter this. There was also no sauna in the hut. There is external sauna hut, but this is bookable for a fee. For the price we paid, one would have thought it should be included.

• Seminara (10/5): Relax e tante aurore - Struttura fantastica, poco fuori da Inari (raggiungibile 5 minuti a piedi ). Tranquillo e silenzioso e con posizione ottima per la caccia all’aurora. Abbiamo preso la casa con la sauna inclusa… che dire meraviglioso. Personale gentilissimo, simpatico e molto disponibile. Hanno un’ottima convenzione con Visit Inari che organizza tantissime attività e soprattutto il servizio di pick-up dalla reception. Mi sono trovata benissimo e lo consiglio vivamente!

• Anastasiia (5/5): Disappointing experience for a big money - Nice location on the Inari lake, comfortable and clean huts. We had a disappointing experience with the Aurora Hut. We booked the most expensive type of accommodation at the hotel for three nights — in fact, the most expensive stay we have ever booked — in order to fulfill a lifelong dream of seeing the Northern Lights. Unfortunately, we were assigned an Aurora Hut located on the second line from the lake. The view of the sky was significantly affected by nearby street lighting, making it impossible to see the Northern Lights from the hut. In addition, there was no lake view, as it was obstructed by other Aurora Huts occupied by more fortunate guests. This was the only Aurora Hut in such a position; the others were well located. As a result, we had to leave the hut and go outside to look for the Northern Lights, which completely defeated the purpose of booking this type of accommodation. We could have booked the cheapest room with the same outcome. For the same price, guests should receive accommodations of the same standard and location, which unfortunately was not the case here. To make matters worse, the breakfast offered at the hotel was very poor.
