- John (10/5): Great self serve apartments in a great location. Friendly and helpful staff. - There is no meal service at this location..self service apartments The only (very small) complaint or rather suggestion for i,provement would be to improve quality of pillows which were on the hard side.
- yeng fang (8/5): Overall it was good especially for families as the rooms are spacious n they gave big kitchenettes n dining area. - Location and size of property is excellent No driveway to load/unload luggage. No porter service easily available so it was tough getting help to load luggage’s into the lobby as one needs to hold doors and bring in luggage’s at the same time.
- Adele (8/5): Comfortable base for an extended stay. - This was our second stay at these apartments, in a 1 bedroom with a separate living/dining room, a bathroom and a good size kitchen with glass hob, full oven, microwave, full size fridge & freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster & pod coffee machine. Fairly well equiped with the basic equipment for cooking. Washer/dryer, kitchen towels, with dishwasher, dish and washing machine soaps provided. Lovely warm apartment with a good shower. Housekeeping were really great & happy to restock anything we ran out of. Always friendly, smiling service! The front desk staff were extremely helpful in rebooking us to extend our stay when were unable to travel due to flight disruptions. Good location with a Waitrose downstairs, an M&S food hall a few minutes walk away and a Wholefoods. Unfortunately both the king size bed and sofa were firm and uncomfortable for us. There was an issue with the heating system turning itself off, but maintance attended to it immediately.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Siya, who was extremely kind and supportive during a difficult moment. The apartment is very clean, well-equipped, and has everything we need. The area is safe and quiet, which makes the stay even more comfortable. nothing only the early check out 🫣🥲Honestly, nothing to dislike. Everything met our expectations as always.

- Rebecca (10/5): Amazing hidden gem - What an amazing hidden gem! The location was absolutely perfect, the apartment was quiet and had everything I needed, and the bed was comfy. The staff were incredibly nice- they even made me feel so special on my birthday by delivering a hand written note and box of cookies. It was the perfect place to stay and I definitely would again.

We had plenty of room to relax and enjoy it. Kitchen was moderately well-stocked with plates, cutlery and utensils. Lots of closet space and a combo Washer/dryer was highly appreciated. Our unit had an outdoor patio and was bright and well- furnished. Nothing!

Apartment is spacious, comfortable and has all you need for an excellent London base. Would highly recommend.

- Michelle (10/5): - Other than having trouble locating the entrance when we first arrived, everything was terrific! Dennis and the rest of the staff were very kind and attentive & it was nice to have front desk staff on duty 24 hours so we could ask for assistance whenever needed, which many apt accommodations don’t include. The location was also very convenient to the grocery store (downstairs) plus quick access to the London tube and a short walk to Kensington Gardens. I would definitely stay again when back in London.

The apartment was roomy and well appointed with the essentials we needed for a long stay and it was located close to some of the key attractions and transport Very minor but the beddings were on the small size for the beds

Con - The apartment was perfect for us as a family of four on a long international holiday - we had space as a family while holidaying along with kitchen and laundry facilities. The apartment was incredibly clean and the staff so accommodating, friendly and helpful. The location is excellent with a supermarket next door and delicious restaurants nearby. Close to public transport options. We would return here anytime.

- Hissa (9/5): It’s just the last moments that ruined my whole experience other than that everything was simply PERFECT - The apartment was spacious, location was amazing, staff at check in and the maintenance guy were super sweet and very nice especially with the kids so sweet except the 2 girls at check out weren’t as good Everything was simply amazing and perfect, except the 2 ladies at check out made my whole experience disappointing, we were supposed to leave to the airport at 12:00pm so I asked them if we can have an hour late check out but they refused I asked for 45 min 30 min anything but at least to have an access to a toilet for the kids before we leave for the airport but they refused so we checked out went out for breakfast came back to collect our luggage and asked them to use the toilet and they said we don’t have a toilet but you may find any toilets in the shops outside which I personally found rude. I left really disappointed

- Karen (10/5): - This was my first stay at Monarch House Serviced Apartments and it is where I will stay whenever in London. I am recommending this place to friends and family. The property is excellent. It is aesthetically appealing without being over the top; the apartments are well appointed, the layouts and space more than comfortable; instructions are clear and well communicated. But what really makes the Monarch exceptional is its staff. The young man, David, was the first staff I encountered. He was informative, kind, and gracious. Later my first night I met Hamid. He was the epitome of old world professionalism and charm; not at all stuffy in manner. And the young lady, (please forgive me as I've forgotten her name), but she was humorous even when being professional which made encounters lively and easy. With staff like these three, the Monarch is beyond exceptional. The property is ideally located in a thriving part of Kensington and directly across from lovely Holland Park; Public transportation abounds, although catching a taxi can take some doing, so it's better to download their app and scheduled any taxi rides. The hotel gives you a card for a discount at local coffee shop Bon Bon, where the pastries are soooo good. Monarch House is the place to stay if London is your destination.
- Nancy (10/5): If I get the opportunity to come back to London, I’d love to stay here again. - Location was very convenient, safe, and in a beautiful green part of London. The staff were helpful and friendly. It was so wonderful to come back to a comfortable, roomy apartment after a long day of London fun. Actually the listing photos did not do the property justice. The entrance and apartment were prettier, bigger, and cleaner than the photos showed.
