Très bon petit déjeuner, buffet avec beaucoup de choix! Les réceptionnistes à l'accueil sont très souriantes et font très bien leur travail ! • Rob (6/5): 2-night business stay - Two-night stay. Well appointed rooms, clean, great breakfast buffet. Double-paned windows kept room quiet at night. Staff was polite but rather hapless when it came to recommendations in the neighborhood, reservation changes, etc.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Druhá návštěva a poslední… - Hotel jsme objednali opětovně kvůli spokojenosti se servisem i pokojem při první návštěvě. Pro druhou jsme se s hotelem domluvili na identickém pokoji s velkým předstihem, slíbili nám ho. Tento slib bohužel nebyl dodržen, dostali jsme absolutně nevyhovující pokoj a nebyl nám vyměněn za rezervovaný, ale za mnohem horší. Navíc byla recepční při řešení problému velice nepříjemná a nezdvořilá. Nový pokoj nám z daleka nevyhovoval jako první při první návštěvě. Chyběli v něm závěsy pro úplné zatemnění a byl mnohem menší. Dále jsme byli nespokojeni s úklidem a zimou na pokoji – při úklidu pokojská nechala vždy otevřené okno. Bohužel naše druhá návštěva byla tou poslední.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Het personeel is buitengewoon vriendelijk en altijd paraat om te helpen. De kamer is ruim en werd zeer goed schoon gehouden, de ligging is prima tov het centrum en de metro.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Hotel is modern, clean and recently renovated. Rooms are large, and there is plenty of storage. Location is excellent, just 5 mins walk from Wenceslas Square. However, there are some problems with the hotel. Firstly, there is no proper air conditioning - there is a centralised control of temperature, with a “summer” and “winter” setting - once this is set by the hotel, the temperature of the room cannot be changed., and if you find it too hot, then there is nothing you can do to change it- the gote’s solution is to “open the windows”, which does cool the room (at least in winter”, but does let all of the street noise in, making for a very noisy night’s sleep. Secondly, although king size beds are advertised, they are actually two single beds pushed together, which leave a ridge in the middle of the bed. Finally, breakfast is fairly limited - ok for a day or two, it becomes boring after that.

Leider hört man bei Zimmern, die zum Hof hinaus gehen extrem laut eine Belüftung, das empfand ich als störend. Das Frühstück war okay, aber würde ich nicht nochmal buchen, sondern lieber im Umkreis frühstücken gehen.

I was a little leary when we first checked in because the area looked a little seedy but the hotel is righrt across the street from the police station so not much to worry about. And it is near the square and a 15 minute walk to old town. Plus Metro and bus stops. I woiuld give this hotel a 10+.

Eneste lille men var, at receptionisten havde glemt at sørge for vores lufthavnstranport kl. 4:20 om morgenen til trods for han havde forsikret os om, at alt var under kontrol.

• Jaron (10/5): Hidden gem in Prague - Great hotel! Very helpful staff...the beds were OMG so comfortable!! The shower size is typical for European countries. Breakfast was always served and rooms were thoroughly cleaned. The area is VERY VERY close to the central and popular area! The only negative thing about this hotel is that it’s up a hill which can be a bummer during a super hot day (haha). One of the best things were you you can get to all major site seeing location with an easy 15-20 min walk! I was able to find a full access gym just 8 mins away called Form Factory! I will be returning to Prague and most likely staying at this hotel for it’s great price!

• Patrick (10/5): Fantastic Hotel in Prague! - This is an amazing hotel! First, if you arrive by plane, take the AE bus direct from the airport to the main train station, then walk less than 10 minutes to get to Myo. Each time, the reception desk was helpful to me, but Billy went above and beyond, spending time with me to orient me, give me suggestions on things to do, restaurants, views... He also changed my reservation to visit the Castle, as it was going to rain on the day of my visit - with Billy, "no problem!" Even though I arrive earlier than check-in time, my room was ready for me. Great room: large, very quiet (very important as I don't sleep soundly), high ceiling, great A/C, nice bathroom. Loved it! And breakfast is really good: service first (they offer special coffee or tea!), and then a very nice assortment of food, a lot of both savory and sweet - and very fresh! Overall, this is a great hotel! Will definitely stay there on my next visit!

• Riitta (10/5): Prisvärt hotell med bra läge - Mycket bra läge, nära till sevärdheterna, men ändå lugnt och tyst. Rent och snyggt, god frukost med cappuccino, etc. utan tillägg. Supertrevlig serveringspersonal. Damerna i receptionen var dock inte speciellt engagerade t.ex. när vi bad om att få reda på var vissa restauranger låg prickade hon in dessa på kartan men långt ifrån var dessa egentligen låg, så vi fick fråga oss fram (hade inte adresserna), och när vi frågade om vädret var svaret - jag vet inte.

• cynthia (10/5): Ótimo hotel! - hotel 4 estrelas, com boa estrutura e completo (fridge, cable, chaleira etc) hdtv com cable basico, banheiro grande, elevadores com chave de segurança. -localização um pouco fora do centro velho/historico, mas não tanto. ja que a cidade é pequena. a vantagem disso é o silencio. fica perto da ferrovia, que é o meio mais usado de chegar e sair da cidade. bom para famílias. -cafe da manha ok (bem servido, mas era a mesmíssima coisa, todo dia) -atendentes atenciosos e falando bom inglês. problemas resolvidos logo (a tv estava quebrada, mudamos de quarto rapido, trocaram uma chaleira etc). Ficaria novamente com certeza!

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Das Hotel riecht noch ziemlich neu, wurde 2017 fertig gestellt. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und mit hochfloor Teppichboden ausgestattet. Das Bett war hervorragend, viele Kissen zu individuellen Gestaltung, eine Rolle zur Sitzunterstützung beim Fernsehen. Die Kastenfenster sperren jeden Lärm aus, sehr ruhig! Das Bad ist eine Wucht, alles in weiß und sehr sauber! Tolles Frühstück, gehört sicher zu den Besten in Prag. Nicht so gut war der checkout, weil einfach nicht genügend Platz für Gruppen in der Lobby war. Da ist man als Individualreisender im Nachteil. Auch die Besetzung der Rezeption mit nur einer Person in so einem Fall ist nicht ideal. Mir wurde aber trotzdem geholfen, da ich schon am Vortag bezahlt hatte. Also mein Tipp. bereits beim Check In oder am Vorabend der Abreise die Rechnung begleichen.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Das Hotel war super, die Zimmer groß, die Lage am Nationalmuseum ideal, das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Minikritik sind die Plastikbecher in den Zimmern, umwelttechnisch und auch sonst ein NoGo. Und ich habe nirgends eine Preisliste für die Minibar gefunden. Aber ansonsten alles top, total zu empfehlen, würde ich wieder buchen.

• Guan Yeow (10/5): Satisfied Stay at Myo - Hotel was quite near to Prague main train station and around the corner is Wenceslas Square. The street where the hotel is located is not heavily used hence it is quite quiet. There is also a good money changer which is a few houses away which provided quite good rate with 0 commission. Furthermore, the police station is just opposite the hotel. The hotel provided breakfast with good quality too. Cuppucino, Latte and Espresso are also included in the breakfast. We also liked the bed which is quite comfortable to sleep in. We left our luggage with the front desk on the last day and when we returned to collect the luggage, we were offered orange juice/coffee free of charge which was very thoughtful of them.

Smoke detector in middle of ceiling and woke us up when flashing throughout the night. Asked for a wake up call the morning we were leaving but never got one. Also told that it would be 790 Crowns for taxi to airport by one receptionist, next morning we asked another receptionist and were quoted 290! When queried was told first price would have been a transfer rather than taxi. If you're staying here make sure you ask for a taxi rather than transfer.

• Rob (10/5): Myo Hotel Wenceslas. Very comfortable - Overall a very comfortable, clean and modern hotel, smaller than I had imagined, but being off the Main Street was very quiet. Breakfast was very good quality, and security with pass key entry to both the front door and lifts was reassuring from a security aspect. We didn’t use the bar, as it was, on first reflection, rather small and soulless. With shops, restaurants and bars just a short walk away there was no real requirement for a hotel bar for us anyway. Initially the hotel was difficult to find, as the hotel was quite a way up a small-incline side street, off the main square, with no lit-up neon signs to see from distance.However with Google maps you can find most things these days! Myo Hotel Wenceslas was a very comfortable and relaxing hotel to enable a guest to explore Prague. Within easy reach of its compact City Centre, and a short walk to the old town and Christmas Markets, as well as other sight seeing areas. The metros Muzeum and Mustek were a few minutes walk from the hotel allowing easy travel around the city, and to get to and from the airport in conjunction with a bus. Trams can be boarded next to Mustek metro too. In summary I would highly recommend the hotel for a quiet and comfortable stay, but if you need the loud action there are other hotels on the Wenceslas strip that may be more up your street. That said a five star review from me from a comfort aspect with a lovely room, great bed and bathroom after busy days walking in this lovely city.
• Tim (8/5): - The hotel is on a quiet street but is only minutes away from Wenceslas Square. It is also close to the main train station (reason why I booked this hotel). The hotel appears relatively new and with nice decor. Breakfast was limited in choices but adequate.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Myo hotel Wenceslas is new, clean, has great double king size bed (I stayed in room 504), room is considered big compared to what I’ve had in Praha 7, Graz and Salzburg. Toilet is clean and bright although one of the lights has started to blow off. Hairdryer, in room safe, kettle and aircon are all available. Breakfast is alright but they do have great wait staff so he makes up way beyond for it. Location is great, smack in the heart of Wenceslas square, 5min walk to national museum. Plenty of money changers and cafes around.

Cons: when enter room, there is motion detion light that turns on, which is great but can be very annoying when you wake up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and light is very, very, bright!
• TasteFirst (10/5): - It’s a gem! SoHo style boutique hotel created in an older building (hence, lots of character). Gorgeously furnishes rooms. Superb breakfast. I strongly recommend it.
