Pelari (9/5): - Appartamento situato in un’ottima posizione a Osimo, a 20 min dalla Riviera del Conero. Ideale per una coppia, risulta silenzioso e tranquillo, dotato di lavatrice e aria condizionata. Unica pecca: scarsi utensili per la cucina e stoviglie datate.
Mauro (8/5): - Appartamento situato ad Osimo in ordine e con tutti i servizi di cui si ha bisogno dal quale si possono raggiungere le principali località balneari in 15 minuti di auto. Sono stato accolto da Marcello che è del posto ed è una persona molto gentile.

Simona (8/5): - Appartamento pulito. Ha posto auto esterno, non coperto. Il centro storico di Osimo è raggiungibile a piedi, ma tutto in salita... L'arredo è basico, ma c'è quanto serve. Il letto è comodo. C'è l'aria condizionata nella camera da letto e vista sulle colline dalla finestra della sala/cucina. Non è prevista la colazione. All'arrivo non è dato un piccolo quantitativo di caffè, zucchero ecc... c'era in dotazione un rotolo di carta igienica. Per soggiorni brevi se si vuole sfruttare la cucina anche solo per la colazione occorre acquistare tutto (caffè, zucchero, sapone, detersivo, sacchi per la spazzatura ecc..) che ha poco senso se ci si ferma per due/tre giorni...
