- June (10/5): Outstanding hospitality and service in a great location with a comfortable room and good breakfast. - The breakfast selection was excellent with a combination of western, Vietnamese and Asian options and was offered from 6:30 am whch suited us as we are early risers. The location was really convenient—in the old quarter but in a quieter location. But the thing that made the Hanoi Allure really shine were the staff—they were amazingly friendly and helpful. You really felt they cared about you.

It was bucketing rain on our last day and they helped us dry and prepare to leave. The rooms were so clean and spacious, and despite is not wanting our room cleaned every day, they still provided us water and made sure to check in. Despite being in the old quarter near beer street, the rooms were so quiet and soundproof. I could hear our neighbour but not the noise outside which was crazy good. I loved everything!

The staff was very welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived when they served us a welcome cup of tea and worked their magic to let us check in to our room a little early. We flew out late at night, so they stored our luggage and allowed us to rest and reorganize in their lounge before we left for the airport. Since the streets had just closed for the night market, they helped us set a spot where we could meet our Grab and one of their staff even helped us carry our luggage to the pick-up spot a couple blocks away. The location was very central in Old Town, so we were easily able to spend our last day and a half exploring our final sights. The breakfast had some very good options and even included one complimentary specialty beverage. Our room was very clean, bright, and comfortable. We were only here for one night at the end of our trip, but we would have been very happy to stay here longer.

It’s in the busiest part of the historic district which can be both a positive and a negative. For me it was a bit expensive.

- Maria Paz Michelle (9/5): Highly Recommended! - Hanoi Allure Hotel is centrally-located in Hanoi's Old Quarter - very close to restaurants, spas, money changers and convenience stores. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is very good but what made our stay most memorable was the friendly and hospitable service by Jenny Ha and her team. Even before our arrival through WhatsApp and email, Jenny helped me book a reliable limousine van to/from Sapa with the best rate. Her team helped us book restaurants, offered to deliver our luggage to our next hotel free of charge. The welcome tea is also to die for. This hotel, I highly recommend!

It's on what feels like a backstreet with tight spacing and shops all around. Definitely feels more like a boutique hotel than a larger 5-star hotel. The pictures overstate the size of the rooms and the lobby though. So there was some unmet expectations there. But the staff were excellent, attentive and always ready to greet or open the door for you. While the food was varied, it did not quite have that pop that I was expecting. While there were many dishes laid out, they seemed to not fill the plates/trays so it almost felt like they were.... rationing? Some of the dishes were "sweating" too. The restaurant rooms (there are two) are small so perhaps that's a ventilation issue? But for the price, I thought it was certainly adequate. However, I would have paid more for a more elevated experience elsewhere in the future.

Also, i booked 2 beds. The staff gave me a room with only 1 bed and didn't mention nothing until i called to complain, then they asked if i can simply just stay in the room i was given because they had nothing else.

There are a lot of eateries nearby, massage/ spa places can also be found within walking distance. Most importantly, going to some attractions are only 10-20 minutes car ride or able to walk if you want to explore the area. The online payment only deducted for first day due to their policy with booking.com which caught my surprise. The shampoo gel seem to be expired or did not smell so nice. Not big issues but can be improved.

- Siddhartho (10/5): Absolutely amazing hotel in the heart of Old Quarter - This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Ha Noi Old Quarter. All tours offer free pickup from this hotel. There are many food options around this area. There is so much to see here. The hotel and its services are top notch. The staff go above and beyond and tell you how to navigate the area and even provide you local maps and information brochures at the time of check-in. The breakfast was good and had a nice selection of food and deserts. The room was comfortable and the room service staff were very kind and helpful. They are very good with their communication and try their best to meet customer's requests. Now that I am back home, I miss being here :) nothing comes to mind.

- 明 (10/5): 喧騒の中にある綺麗なホテルです - 朝食の種類が多くて美味しかったです。 部屋の窓際にソファーとテーブルがあり、ゆっくり寛げました。特にソファーの居心地が良かったです。 ベッドとベッドの間隔がちょっと近すぎるように感じました。

- Alexa (10/5): Very happy we chose this hotel - The staff were so lovely and accomodating - they helped us with reservations and were very friendly every time we came in. The location is very handy - just a short walk or Grab to the places we wanted to see. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We didn't have any issues with noise from outside or other guests. Breakfast had many options and overall was pretty decent. The gym facilities were just ok. The elevator sometimes took a while.

- Martin (9/5): Superb - I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel. The location is excellent just a short walk to the Old Quarter and major attractions, yet the hotel itself is tucked away enough to offer a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle and bustle. My room was spotlessly clean well-appointed and surprisingly quiet, with a very comfortable bed that made it easy to rest after long days of exploring. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful always ready with a smile and great local recommendations. Loved the shower !!! Would love some Beer, coke and water in the fridge on arrival

When I called the front desk to ask if I could get more bottled water, I was told to go to the first floor to get some. I'm not sure if I heard it right, but that's not my impression. There was definitely no free bottled water. As a four-star hotel, this is not a good thing for customers. I hope they can provide more free bottled water, and limit the number, such as six bottles, which is acceptable. The room only provides two free bottles of bottled water.
