Mikhail (10/5): Best choice in Schwangau - We think it's the best location in Schwangau, quiet, with beautiful views, a lot of possibilities for walking and bicycling, 5-7 min. walk to Therme. Apartment 4 is on first floor, very spacious, with mountain view from living room and balcony and castle view from bedroom. No problem with parking. We travelled by car, so it wasn't a problem for us to go to supermarket for groceries (2-3 km).

Sandra (10/5): Sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer sehr schönen Lage, geführt von sehr netten Menschen. - Sehr schöne Lage, sehr schöne Wohnung, bequeme Betten. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und helfen auch mit Tipps aus. Das Schloss ist vom Balkon zu sehen. Die Umgebung hat auch noch andere tolle Dinge zu bieten, die auf einen warten. Die Sommerrodelbahn ist ein großer Spaß für groß und klein, die Seen eine tolle Möglichkeit zum Baden, viele schöne Wege für Spaziergänge und Fahrradtouren - wir waren definitiv zu kurz hier und kommen sicher wieder. Danke, dass wir auch nur eine Nacht buchen durften.

Jonathan (10/5): Attractive, spacious and well-equipped apartment with beautiful view - We were a family of four, staying in Apartment No. 4. The apartment is very spacious and nicely decorated. Owing to the cold and damp weather, we did not make use of the balcony, but it offers a superb view (the castle of Neuschwannstein can be seen in the distance). The kitchen was very well equipped and the bathroom was luxurious, boasting both a bathtub and a separate shower. The apartment was impeccably clean and basic cleaning supplies and condiments were provided. The laundry room in the basement was likewise very well-equipped and convenient. The town of Fuessen is just a five-minute drive away, and there are several good hotel restaurants within a few minutes' walk of the apartment. Check-in and check-out were very straightforward, as was communication with the host. Each apartment has its own designated parking space. All in all, it was superb in every respect. I can think of only two minor points which could be corrected. The first is that curiously there was only one rubbish bag provided, which was not sufficient for a three-day stay. The other point is that in this particular apartment, in one of the rooms the bed is under the eaves, with the consequence that I kept banging my head. I realise that the room was laid out in this way to make it possible to watch the television from the bed, but if the bed had been against the wall at right-angles to it, it would have been more comfortable.

Some lovely local bars and restaur - A wonderful apartment, two nice bedrooms and a lovely bathroom with a very nice rainfall shower, fully equipped kitchen, large lounge and a delightful balcony with views to Neuschwanstein Castle. Because it is a typical alpine chalet, the slopes are a little low in a couple of places but that was not a problem. Parking was adjacent to the property and the addition of a fully equipped laundry room was an added bonus. Nice garden area as well. The owners were fantastic, really charming and helpful and promptly replied to any questions. Nothing

The location is quite and the accommodation is fantastic. I would prefer to have the TV (big TV screen) in the setting area / saloon instead of the rooms so the whale family can enjoy the nights together.

The seating area was generous and the views were lovely. The mattresses were very comfortable; probably the best we've had while traveling throughout Germany.
