• YUROU (4/5): 住宿地點方便，但有些小部分卻讓人失望，房東很親切 但管理者有點隨便。 - 地點距離車站不遠，也不用過階梯很方便。 房間算大，也舒適。 預定有廚房就是希望煮東西，可是廚房沒有油，詢問後卻告知我油是食材沒有提供，我第一次聽到這種事情。 有洗衣機，但是卻告知不太能使用，而且是放在儲藏室內，等於沒有洗衣機，應該事先告知 而非顯示有洗衣機卻不能使用!

The view is so lovely and it’s a cool oasis from the bustle and heat of Venetian summer. I’d have loved to have spent more time in the apartment and the location is perfect It was all perfect - grand, charming, beautiful, very comfortable beds (when the sofa bed which was ready-made up) and welcoming

The view was beautiful and the restaurants below were fantastic. We could have stayed 5 minutes from this location our whole trip and would have had a great time!

The air conditioning was amazing in the summer heat. The place was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The host met us on arrival and was lovely. She even left some biscuits and champagne as we were celebrating a big birthday. We hope to be back 😊 Nothing

Thx Major work along side canal - replacing major pipes & lifting height of pavement with ground dug up around & in front of apartment. Messy & noisy. This will be completed in future so then not an issue. Quite noisy with passing boats & vaporetta station opposite apartment.

• Laura (10/5): Lovely apartment in great location - The location is convenient to the train station, vaporetto and walking around Venice. The apartment is away from the crowded tourist areas, yet there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. It's tastefully furnished and the kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed. The front windows have a lovely view of the canal. WiFi was consistently good and the TV has Netflix, both of which our two teenagers appreciated. We would stay there again. The quayside in front of the apartment is currently being repaved (as of Feb 2025), so there are metal fences along it and a narrow path for walking. It was no problem for us, but might be an issue for some.
• Tim (9/5): Amazing would stay there again. - Amazing location, lovely bars and restaurants within minutes walk in a more residential area away from the crowds. Next to the Jewish area which is lovely to walk through. Shower was a little tricky to keep water inside the cubicle. Couldn't get Netflix to work on the TV but not a big issue.
• Daniel (10/5): Great canal side apartment - La Colombina is a wonderful apartment right on the side of the cannaregio canal. Paola was wonderful in explaining all about the apartment when we arrived including things I would not have thought of such as how to reset the power if necessary. Thankfully it wasn't but I appreciated her diligence in making us aware. The apartment is very convenient to the train station and the crea vaporetto stop, not requiring you to navigate any bridges with luggage. There are numerous restaurants available on both side of the canal. Nothing. It was great and I would stay there again if I'm ever in venice
• Mari (10/5): Live like a Venetian - Thé Location is perfect . Proximity to station yet area is very quiet. View from the window overlooks the canal and several local bars and restaurants. I advise booking ahead to ensure that you don’t spend hours looking for where to eat. Kitchen well equipped we ate at home several times. Buy a 2 day Vaporetto pass. Once you work out how to use it you will use all the time. Visit the Venice Jazz Club book in advance. We hope to visit again Venice is so beautiful. Nothing great apartmento

• Aleksandra (8/5): Very good - The apartment has a great location, the view is amazing, and there is plenty of space. We had to dispose of the garbage ourselves or pay an additional fee of 10€, which given the price of the apartment was a bit strange to be honest

Davide the owner was most helpful and gave us excellent directions and information about the area For a light sleeper like myself there was noise from the canal traffic. Also the beds were a little too hard for our taste. Only three wine glasses for four people. A pity as otherwise the place was perfect for our needs and I would have given the property 10/10

• Melissa (9/5): Surprisingly modern, great location and spacious - Pleasantly surprised how great the location is. Walkable from the station. Water taxi really not necessary even with young kids and suitcases. The property is very spacious. Despite my initial impression from the lounge room photo online that the property was a bit dated, it did in fact have very modern amenities which was great. Everything worked well and the kids loved the bunk beds. The property is well equiped to make you stay more enjoyable and Paula is lovely and very easy to communication with. Nothing

• Giannis (9/5): Recommended property - Location is great. Apartment is well maintained and you experience a genuine Venetian stay. Very close to bus airport. Right in front of the property there is a great Bar to relax at the end of the day. There is a small leakage in the shower (at the floor). One or two more extra towels to be used for drying your feet after shower would be nice to be provided. Some extra complimentary snacks and coffee for breakfast would also be welcomed.
• R (10/5): Wonderful peaceful, cool apartment in hot, lively Venice! - What an amazing place to stay! La Columbina is better than the photos suggest. It has traditional Venetian character, but with a nice modern kitchen and bathroom and is well equipped with everything you need. It is in a vibrant, busy canalside location, yet with great double glazing to keep the noise out so it’s really peaceful inside. The air conditioning is excellent, blissful to return to from the 35 plus temperatures outside. Communication from the owner, Davide, was really helpful, plus Christine who met us on arrival was lovely and we could contact her any time if we had needed to. We (family with two teenagers) loved Venice and felt really lucky to have this apartment. I really can’t think of anything.

It was close to the train station, well equipped and easy to meet for check-in. Very responsive to messages. Shower was slow to drain so overflowed but owner knows and will fix it.

The unit was clean, spacious and well stocked. The property manager is very quick to respond. The garbage situation is tricky, though to stay in such a remarkable place, you can only imagine the effort it takes to keep it clean. We managed fine.

• Ann-marie (10/5): Ideal base for a perfect Venetian getaway! - perfect place for a romantic getaway! The apartment is in a terrific area and very easy to find. It has everything you need for a perfect holiday. It is in an old building so things may not be straight or perfect but it is full of character and we can’t wait to return. The noise from the bar/restaurant below but we got used to it very quickly!
