- Phakin (8/5): เสียความรุ้สึกกับการจองออนไลน์ - เสียความรุ้สึกมากเจ้าหน้าที่รับการจองไม่ได้ส่งดิลให้กับโรงแรมไปถึงทางโรงแรมบอกว่าไม่ได้รับดีลจองจาก Hotel.com ขอตำหนิการทำงานของพนักงานอย่างแรงควรปรับปรุง สรุปไม่ได้พักทีนี่ แต่เจ้าหน้าที่ทางโรงแรมให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมากๆๆ จองตรงน่าจะดีกว่า ครับ
- Verified traveler (8/5): - แอร์ที่ห้อง จะค่อนข้างเย็นช้า ครับ ต้องเปิด อุณหภูมิเปิด ต้อง ต่ำๆ สักพัก ถึงจะเย็น ตอนเปิดเครื่องทำน้ำอุ่น ไฟในห้องน้ำ จะกระพริบๆ ถี่ อาจเป็นเพราะไฟไม่พอ ครับ แต่โดยส่วนรวม ถือว่า ใช้ได้ ครับ ห้องสะอาด ผ้าเช็ดตัวขาวสะอาด ที่นอนดี
