• Becky (8/5): We were there for a week and it was clean, friendly and reasonably priced. - Location was great - walking distance to most of the tourist places, but a little off the main area so quieter. Would definitely stay there again. Free tea & coffee offered all day. Friendly staff. Great restaurant/bar next door. Booked through Booking.com but was getting multiple WhatApp messages to pay in full for a week via their app in advance. No way to tell if it was a scam. I don't mind paying in advance, but it should have gone through Booking. Other hotels I've stayed at in Antigua included some sort of breakfast - desayuno tipico or pastry. Hotel Panchoy offered breakfast at a sister hotel for a fee. With morning classes, I didn't have time to walk to another hotel, get breakfast and walk to the school.

• Maria (10/5): Great hotel in Antigua Guatemala - Staff were friendly, good location, walking distance to many places. The room was very clean, great value for the price paid. Good Internet connectuon. The restaurant is not in the facility, it is a few blocks from there, but there is plenty of other places where to eat. I definitely recommend this hotel and I will book it again

• Gunel (10/5): Excellent option to stay in the heart of Antigua - The location was excellent, close to everything, and easy to reach the main sightseeing destinations. The reception staff were very supportive, helping me carry my suitcase downstairs and always assisting with any questions I had. They also have a 24-hour front desk service, which made me feel very safe. I also enjoyed the decorations in the hallway leading to the rooms. There was a small tea and coffee station where guests could take complimentary drinks, as well as a terrace where you could sit and enjoy the view. My room was quite big and spacious, and the bathroom was also large and properly equipped. The room was cleaned every day during my stay. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear even small noises and whatever is happening in the next room, which may be a problem for some guests. However, I was usually very tired after walking a lot, so I could fall asleep easily. Normally, no one made much noise after 11 pm. You need to let the water run for a little while before the hot water comes. At first this was confusing for me, but then I got used to it and would turn on the shower a bit before getting in. The room was also a little dark, as the window faced a wall.

• elena (1/5): FALTAL JAMAS VOLVERIA, CAOS TOTAL - Mi experiencia ha sido, sin exagerar, la PEOR Y MAS HORRIBLE, que he tenido utilizando esta plataforma. Pésima experiencia. Información engañosa y total falta de respaldo al cliente. Durante mi estadía, decomisaron mi vehículo sin previo aviso; el hotel nunca informó sobre restricciones mediante una simple llamada a la habitacion. No recibí ninguna llamada ni advertencia, y terminé pagando multas, taxis y perdiendo tiempo en trámites. Además, el lugar no cuenta con personal capacitado para atender este tipo de situaciones. La gestión fue deficiente y no hubo capacidad de respuesta ni solución. La situación fue aún más delicada porque viajaba con una persona con movilidad reducida. La plataforma no brindó una solución real. No lo recomiendo.

• Andy (9/5): Short stay - As soon as I arrived the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was great and the room was huge. It is also in a perfect location. The view from my balcony was incredible. The beds were very hard and the bathrooms are a bit dated.

• Camila (9/5): 9/10 recomendado: buena ubicación y relación precio calidad. - Buena ubicación, atención y comodidad. La estación de café, té y agua es algo muy destacable. La decoración es hermosa, las camas bastante cómodas y el toque de la terraza hace que complete la experiencia. El cuarto incluía una mini refri que resultó bastante útil y un espacio para lavar platos. En el lugar también ofrecen tours a diferentes atracciones turísticas y actividades (como subir el volcán de fuego, entre otros), también transporte privado lo que hace que sea una experiencia bastante completa si necesitas de esos servicios. Lo único “malo”: El sistema de calefacción del agua que ha que esperar para que empiece a funcionar y ya que no tienen restaurante un listado de recomendaciones donde poder comer cerca.

• Claudia (10/5): - Excelente la ubicación, se puede ir caminando a los sitios turísticos, supermercados, bancos, restaurantes. Como las calles son empedradas, es aconsejable usar tenis. El hotel tiene un excelente plus porque ofrece café gratis todo el día así como dispensador de agua gratis. No se debe tomar agua de la llave. Para personas muy mayores con problemas para subir escaleras, recomiendo solicitar la habitación en el primer piso Solo un sr de la recepción de una noche, mala atención. Las recepcionistas y otro hombre de la recepción, muy amables, atentos. Me dieron mapa de los sitios turísticos de Antigua y me suministraron información de interés

Se fue la luz y no tienen planta eléctrica y el servicio de agua depende de una bomba eléctrica, por lo que por más de 4 horas no se podía ni usar el baño. Aunque no es culpa de ellos deben gestionar tener una planta eléctrica. Otro punto es que en realidad no hay parqueo y aqui en la descripción indica que si. No está cerca y hay que pagar por el.

• Solares (3/5): Buena ubicación, no se descansa bien en la noche. - La ubicación muy cercana al lugar de mi evento La habitación estaba llena de cucarachas, en especial el baño. Las almohadas no tenían fundas. No cambian ropa de cama. En la noche se escucha hasta los ronquidos de otros huéspedes en otras habitaciones.
