Guest Reviews
- Tracy (10/5): Amazing stay. - Amazing stay, will definitely book again for later in the year. Nice touch with essentials, tea coffee etc. we enjoyed the hot tub too. Lovely quiet area. Very clean and tidy.
Thank you x
- Jane (10/5): - Wonderful property with luxury interior and amazing garden, terrace and hot tub. Situated in beautiful countryside surroundings. Lovely details included tea, coffee, milk, orange juice etc upon arrival. Only criticism was local pub wasn’t really a pub as closed in evenings.
- Luke (10/5): Beautiful accommodation! - Most beautiful caravan I have ever stayed in! Very clean and modern and the location was perfect!
Some nice touches with free orange juice, biscuits and bottled water. The owner Carlea was very friendly and accommodating. Kindly allowed me late check out.
The hot tub was a perfect temperature and the jets made it so relaxing, the gazebo around it meant I was able to use it in any weather.
Perfect break if you want some peace and quiet!!
- Verified traveler (10/5): Very comfortable stay - Really enjoyed our 2 night stay in The Clydesdale with our dog. The canopy over the fantastic hot tub meant we were able to use it rain or shine. The shower was excellent and beds were very comfortable. It was so peaceful and during the sunnier spells, we enjoyed sitting out on the decking listening to the birdsong. Check in was simple with the key via the lockbox and the accommodation was very clean and tidy on arrival. Thank you Carlea.
- Helen (10/5): We will definitely be back - Really good sized, particularly the living area, kitchen area and outside space. Free parking next to the accommodation. Everything very clean and they had even left us milk, orange juice and biscuits. Owner very helpful when I contacted with a query too. The hot tub was the icing on the cake!
- Alex (10/5): Great place to stay - Really clean and straight forward booking. Ideal base for our family for the weekend.
Highly recommended.
- Ron (10/5): Quiet, clean and warm. enjoyable stay. - very clean, warm, quiet stay.
Caravan was very clean and items provided, tea coffee, orange juice, bottled water were most welcome.local pub was closed so had to drive out to find one.
- Beverley (6/5): Spoiled by Rave / Party! - We had stayed here in September 2019 and had a lovely peaceful break, so we were expecting the same again. Unfortunately the entire three nights we stayed this time was ruined by a very loud rave / party being held at a cottage in the village of Wissett. The noise was extremely loud into the night on each night. So not much sleep, or peace at all. Hopefully this was a one off and we were just extremely unlucky!
- Timothy (8/5): Peaceful, ideal location - Peaceful location, ideal as a touring base for Suffolk and Norfolk.
Fast response on any questions asked.
- Allison (10/5): Short break - Great accommodations, well extras ie water, juice , tea , coffee etc all in all 10/10
- Shona (10/5): The Travellers Rest - Lovely, well looked after caravan. Nice and warm and cozy. Absolutely spotlessly clean throughout. Very comfortable beds and hot Spacious shower.
Very quiet location. Recommend eating at the pub a minutes walk away ‘The Wissett’s Plough’
Highly recommend staying here, we will be back I’m sure!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It was very quiet and peaceful. Also, handy for the village of Halesworth which is a really nice village.
We thought the mobile home was very comfortable and clean. The mattress was a bit too soft for our liking and the duvet was on the thin side for this time of year. It would be a good idea to have a few Info leaflets about what to see and do in the area. Otherwise, all was good.
- Lisa (10/5): Suffolk pouch - We had a fantastic time, we got there and we had a lovely welcome pack .plus it was nice and clean and beds made up.
Very understanding about a accident that happened. We will go back as its was ⁵⁵
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It was lovely and peaceful. Caravan was quite spacious with good quality fittings. Good communication from the manager regarding our arrival and an excellent welcome hamper. Wifi had good signal. Would love to come again. Caravan names was quaint.
- Carole (8/5): Pleasant stay - Great location and great caravan. Owner very helpful
- gina (10/5): weekend getaway - We love our stay very much.
