- SALVADOR (7/5): Un techo dónde pernoctar, moderno pero básico. - Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación, tan cerca de la Catedral. Muy mejorable el colchón y la almohada. El colchón de muelles, que podría haber sido más confortable, ya que lo prioritario era descansar bien. Fuimos peregrinos y nuestra etapa final fue Santiago. Y la almohada que era del montón y tampoco permitía que descansara bien el cuello. Te ibas de lado.

- Lydia (8/5): - Está en todo el centro a unos pasos de la catedral, muy limpio con una estética muy acorde a la zona! 😃 Pequeños desperfectos en la habitación que deberían revisar, no son cosas excesivamente importantes pero mejorarían significativamente la comodidad (puerta del baño que cierre bien y radiador con empalme en los cables con cinta aislante)

- Manuel (3/5): Bad experience - Location As soon as I entered the premises, I was confronted by a cleaning worker asking why I was there. She demanded to see my reservation. I told her I had a code to the premises and room. It took awhile to convince her. The shower drain was constantly being plugged. I left an email and phone message; never got resolved. When we were resting in the room a lady accessed our room without knocking; just came in. It was the worst service I had received during my 18-day trip.

Når man lukker vinduerne kan man næsten ikke høre noget fra gaden. Der er hvad der skal være og rent og pænt Der er lavt til loftet, ikke nemt at være der når man er 2 meter høj. Der kunne være bedre udluftning fra badeværelset

Lo único que pasé frío y la calefacción no iba, esto hizo la estancia algo incómoda.Faltaria también una pequeña nevera. Pero en general estuve muy bien allí.

I've noticed the lack of a live person, using "virtual check-in" in many of the hotels and hostels while walking the Camino de Santiago. There is a very "isolating" feeling with this style of service.

De hecho se lo dije que a que venia esas muecas con la cara... Por otro lado el olor a fritoleo...es importante ...menos mal que se queda en la puerta y en la 1 la planta No me parece nada correcto que te envíen mails para que pagues la habitación fuera de booking.com

Um 14.40h wurde ich von einem Mitarbeiter des benachbarten Imbisses weggeschickt. Knopf für Toilettenspülung bei Ankunft defekt. Deckel Spülkasten musste angehoben werden, um darauf Einfluss zu nehmen. Telefonisch oder per WhatsApp niemand am 1.5. zu erreichen bzw. keine Antwort.

The smell of mould hit as soon as I stepped in the room. The bathroom was ceiling was covered in it- lightly painted over. It lacked basic facilities for the price range.

Fußläufig zur Kathedrale, sodass wir gut noch abends in die Pilgermesse gehen konnten. Der Check-In mit dem Code war sehr unkompliziert und das alles, ohne Person an der Rezeption! Das Zimmer war recht etwas beengt und nach dem Regentag etwas muffig.

- Jørgen Darling Sørensen (9/5): Dejligt sted og tæt på alt. - Morgenmad ikke tilgængeligt, men flere cafeer lige nedenfor lejligheden. Flot istandsat værelse, ikke stort badeværelse men alt fungerede fint. Dog kunne der godt være en lille hylde på badeværelset til diverse toiletartikler. Et rigtigt hyggeligt værelse hvor vi følte os hjemme. Når der blev gjort rent på opgangen og de andre værelser, kom der en ualmindelig dårlig/skarp lugt som med garanti ikke er sundt. Heller ikke for personalet, det bør straks ændres. Der manglede prop i vasken til dem der barberer sig, det sparer på vandet. Når dørene til værelser skal lukkes, kan de kun smækkes i og det larmer meget især og natten.

Todo por whatsapp. Tienes que pagar por un elance y te hacen mucho rollo, no es mejor cobrar via booking??? Tenia que estar en la calle 15 min haciendo tonterias para poder entrar despues de hacer 30 km de camino. Y despues de todo tenia habitacion en 4 planta sin acensor, vaya.. No te dejan ni una botella de agua.. En la ducha casi no hay luz..muy oscuro. No hay secador de pelo.

- Kat (8/5): - The room is in an amazing location - a stones throw from the Santiago Cathedral so you could literally walk outside and have your breakfast in the square. Next door to a bakery and cafe - both do great food with a friendly team. Great privacy, large size with bed living space and en suite bathroom - overall a good experience. The staff were so lovely and the instructions for check in were clear and accessible. Only fault I would give is the level of cleanliness in the room - bathroom was spotless but when I arrived there were some clumps of hair on the floor that I cleaned up myself.

- Agnese (6/5): Non proprio perfetto - Bella esteticamente la camera. Comodo strategicamente il posto poiché a due passi dalla cattedrale. Ottimo prezzo per il luogo dov'è. Il letto presenta un solo cuscino per entrambe le persone duro e molto scomodo. La struttura non ha personale, ma solo reception virtuale alla quale non mi è neanche stato risposto; il check in è totalmente autogestito e molto intuitivo, ho fatto molta fatica ad accedere alla struttura. Per fortuna non ho dovuto accendere il riscaldamento perché il termosifone era pieno di polvere. La ventola del bagno non era funzionante.

We had no response to messages or emails regarding our luggage arriving ahead of our arrival and booking.,com couldn't get through either. The fire alarm went off at 1.30 am, no staff around ir info about evacuation procedures. Our window was small and locked and had there been smoke or forw in the main entrance / stairs we would have been trapped. No explanation or apologise the following day to us or booking.com. Avoid.

- Carlos Enrique (8/5): Experiencia en el Hotel Luxury Rooms Oxford de Santiago de Compostela. - Excelente ubicación, a escasos metros de la Plaza Obradoiro donde está la Catedral de Santiago de Compostela, el silencio existente durante las noches y la limpieza excelente; una sugerencia para quienes vayan a reservar en este hotel, sin que lo descalifique, eviten en lo posible reservar en el cuarto piso (último), ya que el techo de la habitación es demasiado bajo y además el hotel no tiene ascensor. Lo recomiendo teniendo en consideración la calidad-precio. La falta de ascensor y el techo demasiado bajo de la habitación ubicada en el cuarto y último piso.
