• Golft (3/5): Did not get the hotel or room like the pictures - I liked the look of the new part of the hotel,but they then sent me to an old building to the other side The room was warm and smelled not good, there was 1 chair that almost fell apart in a two bedroom room, there was a balcony without any chairs, the bathroom had cracks in the wall and the toilet had brown spots,the door had many bad spits, in the shower the water did not go through well, in the cupboard one plank was just lying on the floor and one did just have 3 puns to hang on , and the door if the hotel closed so loud that we could here it very loud every few minutes.
• Peter (5/5): - Das Frühstück selber war sehr gut. Die Sitzgelegenheiten im Frühstücksraum waren gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Rückenlehnen im ganzen Raum sind an mehreren Stellen zerschlissen und rissig. Die Armaturen im Bad sind desolat. Sie werden zwar gereinigt, gegen den Zustand der Armaturen können die Reinigungsfrauen nichts.

• Tomasz (7/5): Czysto i blisko. - Na pewno lokalizacja hotelu jest wyjątkowa. Faktycznie na granicy starego centrum. Super dojście do serca miasta, parking pod hotelem, dostępne śniadanie. Pokój czysty i zadbany. Za tą cenę trudno szukać wad.

• Wolfgang (5/5): Naja 🫤 - Gute Lage zur Altstadt. Gutes Frühstück. Das gesamte Hotel ist renovierungsbedürftig. Gegipfelt hat das ganze in sehr zerschlissenen Polstermöbel im Frühstücksraum. Preis/Leistung passen hier nicht.

• Kevin (1/5): Nicht mal für eine Zwischenübernachtung - wie in meinem Fall - annehmbar. - Die Nähe zur Altstadt war schön für eine Stadterkundung zu Fuß. Check-In an einem Automaten. Mangelnde Hygiene und Sauberkeit. Abgenutztes Mobiliar, Wände und Türrahmen. Haare am Handtuch!!!

It is well connected with bus and train. Room was okay, nothing special, ever they did not provide any courtesy water bottle for drinking too. It is as good as normal B&B hotel kind off.

• Roswitha (10/5): Alles top, super Lage zur Altstadt und vor allem sehr zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter! - Unkomplizierter Check-in, top Lage, sehr freundliches und serviceorientierte Mitarbeiter! Wir waren zum Salzburg Marathon im Hotel. Nach Nachfrage konnten wir kostenfrei einen späteren Check-out für ein Zimmer bekommen, damit wir noch duschen konnten! Das war einfach Mega!!! Vielen Dank nochmals!!!🙏

• Gábor (6/5): A szállás jó, de az automata check-in nehézkes. - Közel a központhoz, csendes, parkolóház mellett. Ha nem beszélsz perfekt (német, angol), esélyed nincs bejutni a hotelbe. Telefonon adnak instrukciót, ami meglehetősen bonyolult.
• Heike (5/5): Zentrumsnahes Hotel, das leider keinen Gast verwöhnt! - Ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer mit Balkon gebucht. Die Aussicht war sehr schön mit Blick auf den. Mönchsberg Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, sodass man in 10 min in der Altstadt ist. Es gibt mehrere Sachen zu beanstanden Die Rezeption war nicht besetzt, als wir ankamen, und wir sollten uns am Automaten einchecken, leider funktionierte das nicht. Nach einem 1stündigen Telefonat konnten wir dann endlich unser Zimmer beziehen. Weiterhin ist das Bad sehr renovierungsbedürftig, hier müsste unbedingt was gemacht werden. Das Schlimmste war das Frühstücksbuffet. Die Auswahl war sehr gering und von schlechter Qualität. Man hatte das Gefühl, dass man ständig von den Mitarbeitern beobachtet wurde. Eine Mitarbeiterin hat kauend das Geschirr abgeräumt und sich selbst am Buffet bedient. Für mich geht das gar nicht!

• Ilaria (7/5): Discreto compromesso qualità prezzo - Ottima posizione, prossima al centro con una camminata di cinque minuti attraverso il tunnel Neutor e parcheggio a pagamento comodo. L'hotel è datato e molto spartano. Va bene per chi, come noi, non ha pretese e rientra solo per lavarsi e dormire.
• Axel (4/5): Der Aufenthalt war entäuschen! - Die Lage in det Nähe der Altstadt. Der Hotelteil (Express) ist abgewohnt! Fleckige Treppiche im Flur, abgenutztes Sanintär im Bad und fleckige Matratze ist eine Zumutung! Nach 9.00 Uhr wurde das eingeschränkte Angebot am Frühstücksbuffet nicht mehr ergänzt!
• Jacqueline (3/5): - Sehr gute Nähe zum Zentrum, direkte Lage zum Contipark Parkhaus Keine Lüftung im Badezimmer, Badezimmertür kann nicht geschlossen bleiben, da die Luftfeuchtigkeit im Badezimmer sonst "stehen" bleibt. Durch offene Badezimmertür allgemein ein modriger Geruch im Hotelzimmer. Fenster musste konsequent offen bleiben um Zimmergeruch etwas zu neutralisieren und eine Luftzirkulation ansatzweise sicherzustellen.

• Tamas (7/5): Ich habe nette und hilfsbereite Leute kennengelernt. 👍 - Ich habe das WLAN nicht genutzt, daher kann ich dazu keine Meinung abgeben. Die Fernbedienung funktionierte nicht, aber sie haben den Fernseher ausgetauscht. Insgesamt war mein Eindruck positiv, würde ich 7 von 10 Punkten vergeben.👍 Das Scharnier der Badezimmertür knarrte sehr stark; etwas Fett würde Wunder wirken. Das automatische Check-in-System war nicht transparent, daher habe ich persönlich an der Rezeption eingecheckt. Am Duschkopf hat eine Dichtung gefehlt, deshalb ist am Griff viel Wasser herausgeflossen.

• Mario 1671 (5/5): - Die Lage zum Parkhaus und zur Altstadt. Die Einzelbetten im Zimmer 314. Bei geschlossenen Fenster sehr ruhig. Bitte um kurzfristige Stornierung wurde ohne Rückfrage abgelehnt. Fliesen im Bad werden demnächst ins Waschbecken fallen. Waschtisch Armatur ist undicht und dreckig. Böden in den Fluren sind Fleckig Fliesen im Stiegenhaus Ausgebrochen "Lobby" gleicht einen Wartebereich im Bahnhof.

• Fryddie (3/5): Few hours for huge price - The wifi was working well. Location ia good. Check-in information was sent to me on last minute. There was no response to requests to send the information and thus I thought I was scammed and started looking for new accommodation. I had developed great anxiety as at almost age 70 this is a very big deal for me. I have been sorted with all information about my next hotel already and this shows hiw badly I've been treated by Neutor hotel staff. The lady who checked me in was also very sarcastic when I brought their bad business practice to hwr notice.

• Gerhard Wenzlhumer (4/5): Lage Top aber Zimmer sehr hellhörig und abgewohnt. - Lage des Hotels war sehr zentral. Zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Frühstück für diesen Preis OK. Badezimmer sehr alt und abgewohnt. Wasser kam mehr neben dem Schlauch raus als aus dem Duschkopf. Man hört jedes Auto von der Straße. Die ganze Nacht sehr viel Verkehr. Auch von den anderen Zimmern konnte man alles hören. Wer wann duscht, jede Klospülung, jedes Aufstoßen der Lifttüre, Beziehungsstreits usw.

• Manuela (7/5): Ok - Zimmer mit tollem Blick auf den Mönchsberg, geräumig. Allerdings vor allem das Badezimmer müsste mal renoviert werden. Sonst hat aber alles gepasst. Das Badezimmer! Es war generell relativ sauber, doch hinter den Vorhang darf man nicht schauen!

• Florian (1/5): Don't stay there if you plan to arrive outside manned reception time - Location is good. All the rest cannot be properly scored as the hotel did not let us stay in the booked and paid room, see below. Key should have been deposited for us to access at midnight (as agreed in chat beforehand), but it has not. No one to reach at midnight. Both emergency numbers unanswered. Had to stay in another hotel nearby. Next day we had to deal with a very unfriendly receptionist. Got a phone call from hotel boss after two days promising the money back for the other hotel. Then we got effectively ghosted - no answer in chat, on the phone, via email. I had to threaten legal action in a letter (which they first denied to have received) before I got less then half the money back I had to spend for the other hotel. This was well shortened, but everything is documented. I can't recommend staying there, at least if you're planning to arrive outside of manned reception times.

• Ahmet (7/5): - Kahvaltı oldukça başarılı ve çok güzeldi. Konum olarak çok iyi bir yer yürüme mesafesi gayet rahat. Oda olanakları zayıftı. Ve temizlik olarakta çokta iyi değildi.
• Christian (6/5): Nur zum Schlafen ok, mehr sollte man aber nicht erwarten - Die Lage ist echt unschlagbar und der Preis ist auch super. Wir haben einen Tag vorher nochmal unsere Zimmerkategorie ändern wollen, was problemlos und schnell möglich war. Es ist alles recht alt und abgewohnt, teilweise sogar kaputt (Toilettenspülung lief immer nach, Toilettenpapierhalter ist fast abgefallen, Teppich und Vorhänge waren fleckig und hatten Löcher), mit der Sauberkeit hat man es auch nicht so genau genommen (von Tag zu Tag hat sich mehr Staub angesammelt der nicht entfernt wurde, wir haben ab Tag 3 sogar Ameisen im Bad und im Zimmer entdeckt).
