• Ria (8/5): - Tolle große Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern, direkt an der Loipe, mit Sauna und Tischtennis und Kicker, schön und modern eingerichtet. Ins Skigebiet nur stündliche Busverbindung, bis Leutasch war das kein Problem, aber bis Seefeld zieht sich die Reise

• Renata (9/5): - The location is perfect if you want to do cross country skiing. The apartament is comfy, warm and big enough, has everything you need.
• Rolf (10/5): Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage - Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und sauber. Die Wohnung, die wir gemietet hatten(für 4 Personen mit Baby) war ausreichend groß. Der Kaminofen ist eine tolle Möglichkeit behagliche Wärme in der Wohnung zu bekommen. Die vorhandene Sauna haben wir auch genossen. Die Lage am Ende des Tales ist sehr ruhig mit tollem Blick auf die Berge und gerade als Ausgangspunkt für Langlauf ideal.
• Stefan (4/5): Premium Preis, aber leider keine Premium Ausstattung. - Das Appartement besitzt eine gute Aufteilung und war sauber. Anreise und Schlüsselübergabe waren einfach, der Vermieter war vor Ort. Sehr dürftige Küchenausstattung. Es fehlten Löffel, Gläser, Toaster und Schüsseln. Die Sauna war klein, der Voraum schmutzig und ungeheizt. Fitnessraum war in einer ungeheizten Garage untergebracht.

T. nicht zueinander passend, Anzahl Besteck und normale Trinkgläser - zu wenig vorhanden)

• Michael (7/5): Leuk appartementje, hygiëne voldoende, had op sommige plekken wat beter gekund, contact host prima. - Locatie goed, maar een auto bij de hand is wel erg gemakkelijk aangezien de bus niet heel vaak gaat. Balkon bij de accommodatie was heerlijk. Er zaten veel stofdraden aan de plafonds. Er was geen rookmelder.

• Viola (7/5): - Die Lage der Wohnung hat uns gefallen durch die Nähe zur Grenze. Schön war der Blick vom Wohnzimmer durch die Glasfront.Toll waren auch 2 nah gelegene Restaurants. Auch ein Ausflugsziel die Leutascher Geisterklamm ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Vorteilhaft war auch dass wir unser Auto über Nacht laden konnten. Ebenfalls super für schlechtes Wetter ist der Tischtennis-Raum im Hof. Sauna haben wir nicht genutzt Ein Backofen in der Küche wäre noch schön gewesen. Es gab nur eine Mikrowelle. Schlafzimmer sind etwas klein. Mit der Tür stosst man direkt ans Bett. Es fehlt an Gemütlichkeit. Will man Abends die Füße hochlegen muss man das Bett nutzen. Es gibt sonst nur eine Sitzbank in der Küche.
• Evgeny (10/5): - Die Lage war einfach super, früh aufwachen und in pure Natur zu sein, ist einfach genial! Es war alles gut zu erreichen und viele Restaurants sogar zu Fuß! Der Gastgeber sehr nett und freundlich, die Wohnung hatte alles was man braucht! Ist zu empfehlen und wir kommen gerne wieder!

• Patricia (10/5): Inolvidable - Nos ha dejado sin palabras las vistas... el lugar.... el apartamento esta de maravilla una cocina abierta super agradable con todo lo necesario , camas muy comodas, sauna privada, todo un lujo, piscina el jardin, los ventanales que recorren todo el apartameto... una estancia muy pero que muy agradable, observar el entorno, mirar por la ventana se convertia en el mejor de los planes,, nos ha enamorado el sitio

• isabelle (10/5): - Pour arriver à Burggraben, il faut traverser de splendides vallées. L'appartement est aussi enchanteur que la vue. L'appartement est très bien équipé, avec qualité et une très belle décoration. De plus, la literie est très bonne. L'emplacement permet de visiter et de faire des randonnées notamment près des lacs ou de la rivière.

• Jj (7/5): Perfect for a (long) weekend. Very beautiful view in a quiet part of the plateau. - Great location. Really beautiful garden. Very relaxing to enjoy the mountain view. Near to hiking attractions and I imagine in wintertime, perfect place for cross country skiing. The heating needed fixing at arrival for which the owner was helpful. The interior was modern and ok. We rented two apartments. The bigger apartment had sufficient room to have the complete group spend the evening. People seem to complain about the apartments not resembling the pictures but I cross checked with the owners site and made sure to pick two apartments close to each other. These were more or less as expected. The bedrooms were smaller than expected. Many double beds against the wall and really no space to get around or even store clothing properly with two adults. Not much to improve there but this should be considered in the length of the stay. The (sleeping) couch reminded me of a lower standard French apartment couch. Uncomfortable. That same standard we see with the incomplete kitchen amenities. Checking up on kitchen items with a list might improve this issue.

• Reut (9/5): Gorgeous place for a peaceful, cosy and perfect stay! - This place is absolutely gorgeous. A cosy place in the middle of the nature. Perfect for families! Super equipped for cooking and not leaving the house. Beautiful location in the middle of Leutasch town. 7 minutes drive to Mittenwald where it is nice to walk around and shop for food. Highly recommended! Was a bit strange that we arrived with absolutely no instructions (about apt location, about parking, about the key). We simply guessed where we should park, where we believe the right apt is located and the key was just at the door, so we opened and saw that it looks like the pictures😅 Other than that, we enjoyed every second!
• Izabela (10/5): It was a huge pleasure to spend a few active days and and we’re sure to be back there! - It is located in a beautiful place with magnificent view of the mountains, very close to the XC skiing track. It is also a perfect starting point for trekking and walking, as well as the alpine skiing in the nearby places. The cosy apartment is equipped with everything you need to spend a few days relaxing: spacious living room with kitchen, fireplace, terrace and sauna. We chose it for the third time while in Leautasch and were not disappointed, as usual. The owner always ready to help.

• Marian (7/5): It would be OK for half the price . - The apartment was spotless clean, everything inside quite new. Location is nice, you can see the mountains nearby. Situated conveniently between Garmisch partenkirchen and Innsbruck (half distance) It has been really small space, the bathroom, the bedroom, one should take care every time not to hurt the feet. The pictures on booking are from an apartment you cannot get - it is the owner's I presume. From our ground floor app you have a full view of the sauna roof with all the hoses on it. Pool is 2x3 m. It would be nice for half the price.
