- sandra (5/5): - Bien ubicado, con salida al mar pero sin servicio de playa, el departamento es cómodo, tiene lo necesario pero en mi estadía de 7 dias la mitad de las cosas no funcionaban, la dueña tardo 3 dias en solucionarlo No funcionaba el microondas, la pava eléctrica, la luz de la heladera, el deposito del baño. No me permitio extender el check-out ni 5 minutos

Las habitaciones están muy deterioradas, la última vez que fui hace 4 años no estaban tan mal. Todo lo que quieras te lo cobran, dejar las valijas un rato después del check in, recibir un pedido, papel higiénico, jabón, lo más básico que se les ocurra es un costo extra.

La anfitriona al recibir nuestro mensaje de que no funcionaba la cafetera nos entrego una en funcionamiento al otro dia. Respuesta muy buena de parte de ella. La limpieza de los vasos, platos y cubiertos era muy mala. Todo estaba mal lavado. NO HAY SEÑAL DE WIFI. Esto hoy en dia es muy limitante e inaceptable, por mas que lo advierta con anterioridad. Las ventanas no se abren están bloqueadas. Lo que limita mucho la ventilación.

No banheiro, percebe-se que os azulejos foram pintados e algumas partes estão descascados, a banheira também com algumas partes descascadas. A geladeira se vc não prestar atenção a porta fica aberta, tem que fazer força para fechar. A borracha está gasta da porta da geladeira.

I never imagined it would be that bad. Everything was old, deteriorated, even the beds were falling apart, towels in terrible conditions even with old spots, the bathroom had only a used roll of toilet paper almost finished and we had to rush to the store the following morning before using the bathroom. The soap was probably the worst in the market and very little. Incredible ! A real warning about Expedia!

- Amor82 (1/5): Terrible - The location was great The person who checked me in through the phone never gave me an access code to the room. When our flight was delayed we arrived around 1am and couldn’t access our room I had already paid for. I called the person several times without any answer. Finally an hour later she answers and rudely. Telling us that it was late at night to be calling, then she proceeded to give us the access code the code didn’t work to the room. So we went and got the security guard to assist. He said he’s worked there for many years and this always happens. He to couldn’t get us in. We tried for an hour. The owner said they placed new locks. we were exhausted and just trying to sleep. with no hope we left and found a holiday Inn to rest and stay for our remaining days. This the worst I’ve ever dealt with in the times I’ve been to Miami. I would like nothing more than my money back. Also on our trip back home to the Midwest the owner texted me saying the lock worked we were just doing it incorrectly. That was on Monday July 14th. Being rude and not wanting to assist is beyond hospitality. I will never book here again.
- mia (2/5): - The hallways were filthy as soon as I got to the 9th floor it smelled like marijuana cigarettes and we dog. The hallway carpet was gross. Once inside the room the paint was peeling from the ceilings. Tub was dirty and the shower curtains. The bed sheets were dingy you could see right thru to the dirty mattress. The window curtains had stains all over them. I left and stayed elsewhere. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

- karla (2/5): - Disappointing and Uncomfortable Stay — Would Not Recommend From the moment we arrived, the experience was underwhelming. Building staff were smoking right in front of clearly posted “No Smoking” signs and didn’t even acknowledge us when we pulled in for valet—almost like we had to greet them to get service. The room itself was in poor condition. The furniture looked like it came from IKEA years ago—worn out and fragile. The bed frame was broken, the bathtub was rusted and dirty, the stove didn’t work, and the curtains were literally hanging by a thread. The AC unit was so loud it was hard to sleep. To top it off, there was a woman who apparently lives on the property and caused multiple scenes—yelling in the lobby and nearly getting into a fight at the pool late at night. The staff knew her and basically excused her behavior, saying she’s not a bad person and treating her carefully, which gave the impression that even they were uneasy around her. Overall, the experience felt chaotic and uncomfortable. We spent most of the weekend laughing at ourselves for booking such a “ghetto” stay. Definitely not somewhere I’d recommend or return to.

- Dagmar (4/5): would not recoment - Property is run down, needs a renovation badly. We stayed almost a week and they gave us 2 rolls of toilet paper (for a family of 4). They provided beach chairs and um brella, but they were broken, and when we went to the front desk to see if they had a different one they replied saying that was not with them, that the unit we were in was "separate". Bed sheets had holes in it, towels were smelly. The only good thing about the hotel was that it was right at the beach.
- Madison (9/5): View was undefeated - The view was amazing, practically on the beach - also a good area to walk for necessities. Has all of the amenities you could need for cooking. The pool is HUGE and was always empty when I was there - also open until 11pm. Great place to stay for a couple. The bathroom was a bit outdated and not the cleanest. I did not like the black bath towels. There was no fitted sheet on the bed... and the comforter was black.
- Clayton (2/5): We were told that this facility was going to be torn down starting September. Not soon enough. - First, the room was not as advertised. They must have taken one set of pictures 10 years ago (when they updated the room) and have been using those pictures ever since to advertise. Everything in the room was old and drab. There was only one old PoS pot for cooking. We had to buy a frying pan for our breakfast. Sheets and blanks were to be provided, but no blankets were found. Only one roll of TP was provided, and one paper towel. Towels were supposed to be provided, but there were only two ratty old towels and wash clothes. We asked for more and were told that was all that was provided, and if we didn't like it, we could find a different hotel. Hot and cold water in the shower were backward, so there was no hot shower the first day. Also, TV did not work (AC did work). Other than that, what do you want for $1K a week?

The specific room that we stayed in was not clean. The TV didn’t work the first two days, there was mold in the bathroom, there was trash behind the nightstand. The room needed to be updated and cleaned. There was also no soap in the bathroom upon arrival so we had to purchase that.

- CHRIS (6/5): Bare bones - I booked this last minute and to be honest based on price. And I got exactly what I paid for. The property is NOT a hotel...it appears to be condos that people rent out. The property itself is fairly grubby, but OK. There was a pool and direct access to the ocean and the walking/bike path. Nice. The room was very plain. The bedding was minimal, but comfortable. The A/C worked. I could connect to the wifi, but there was no internet when I did. I actually had a partial view of the ocean and pool area, but no balcony from which to really enjoy it. There was a coffee machine in the kitchenette, but no coffee and no paper towel, so you'll want to do some shopping at the convenience store across the street. The fridge worked. There is a Hilton two doors down with a fun bar and restaurant, and another good restaurant across the street. But you'll be taking a taxi to much of anything else. In short, it met my needs as a single guy just wanting a place to crash, but I would not take a wife, girlfriend or family here...spend a few extra bucks and go to a real hotel. They are selling units for $300k-ish, and I considered making the investment, but I think you can do much better. The building is really kinda bleak. The drive from MIA is over an hour in heavy traffic, but at 4am on a Sunday morning we did it in 20 minutes. Would I do it again?...eh, in a pinch mostly because I know my way around it and the area. Would I recommend it to friends? Absolutely not. They'd never forgive me.

- Dwinell (3/5): Poor - The value is the best part about this place. Our room was on the 9th floor of the North side. If you want to sleep,DONT GET A NORTH FACING ROOM. The garbage trucks show up every morning around 6, the next door hotels maintenance shows up around 6:30. It is a tunnel of noise between the hotel, street and them plowing the beach at 5 am. Don't expect much. We had no new towels, or garbage bags, and when your out of toilet paper, you are expected to buy more for yourself. The hotel is very dated and offers 1 small convenience store, that is actually decent. It is on the beach and the pool is all right.

I didn't really like the apartment I stayed in because the bathroom was dirty, the carpet on the floor wasn't pleasant, there was a piece of stained wood on the floor, the kitchen didn't have a sponge to wash the dishes, the bed was very uncomfortable to sleep in, and there was no parking, you had to pay for something that was already included. POSITIVE POINTS! Located in the central area of Miami with many things nearby, a calm and peaceful place by the sea.

The only part that I think would improve the experience is the parking… I believe that it should be included in the price of renting the apartment.
- Craig (8/5): Good value for a great location if you’re not overly picky. - Casablanca is right on the beach with direct access. This is the reason you stay here. Pool is very nice and clean. Felt heated which is not typical of Miami Beach from our experience. Older building but maintained and pretty clean Laundry is reasonable and good access Valet attendants do a great job but at times seem overwhelmed by volume. Also, even if you pay for parking, they may run out of spots when you return at the end of a day outing, even if you have already paid in advance.

- Derek (1/5): Not worth the money and would never stay here again - The location on the Beach was great. It was easy to check in as there was a desk person. There was plenty of security in the building as well as cameras The building was outdated. The hallways had a musty smell and also smelled like cigarette smoke. We had two separate rooms. The first had numerous fire safety concerns and was dirty. The second was dirty and the beds were horrible, springs could be felt through one and the other had absolutely no support. Both of the rooms were dirty and extremely dated, nothing like how they were described. We ended up leaving after two nights even though we were booked for three, we could not sleep on the beds any longer and were extremely disappointed in the property. Room 535 had an expired smoke detector which was yellow and hanging off the ceiling. The sprinkler heads were painted over, which causes them to no work properly. The bathtub was peeling along with the wall. There had been obvious water damage throughout the unit and the repairs were horrid. There was mildew/mold in the bathroom and the storage area. There was no hand towels, wash clothes, or paper towel/napkins. The second unit also had peeling in the bathtub and on the wall surround.

- Stephani (5/5): Passable - The location was great. It was beach front. Probably, if it was that outdated and in bad shape, it would most likely be a great place to stay. The staff was nice. The building is very outdated, and the facility is in bad shape. Our room was outdated as well, nothing like what you see in the pictures. Our sofa bed was bent in the middle, so the top was useless. No one was able to sleep on the top part. It had a pullout out at the bottom, so we were only able to use the bottom bed. Most people live there permanently. Only a few rooms are rented for people that go there on vacation. I'll say 90 percent of the people we came across were very rude, not friendly, not a good morning or nothing. Wifi was useless and didn't work unless you were in the lobby. We had no other option but to stay there since they had no refund policy.

- Catherine (5/5): Not coming back - Location, in front of the beach and close to Publix, the view from the apartment We went to the pool 4 days, in 2 days we found 2 groups of people with loud music (big speakers), coolers with alcohol, people smoking in areas that were not defined to. I went to security and they did nothing, they went deaf and blind when coming to the pool to check the situation... Even though it was clearly written in the rules of the pool. You better define is not a place for a family stay with children or people that are looking for a break...

- Mariusz (2/5): - This place is horrible. We got into our room and found out that our shower was not working so we told the front desk and they said they could not do anything. They gave us a number to the owner and it didn’t work. The place had ceiling leaks all over it and pets were in the hotel even though it said no pets allowed on the website. False advertising and terrible service I would recommend staying away from this place and I want my money back.

There was elderly about to passout from the heat in the lobby No pillow cases Stains on the sheet Smelled lile mildew/mold Hair all over the bathroom Dirt everywhere I booked on hotels.com expecting a hotel nowhere did it say i was leasing someones nasty condo until check in and you have to sign a wavier saying the 3rd party booking is liable. Our stay was horrendous and will be our last night. Nothing was as advertised. Reached out to Melissa the owner and never received a reply. Pictures couldnt be loaded.

- Roman (2/5): - Stayed 2 nights with my family. The lobby was under construction. We had to pay $35 each day for parking. Kitchen cabinets are falling apart they are very old. The room, kitchen,bathroom should be updated 5 years ago. The windows had gaps so we could hear the wind blowing. It’s a very nice location, large pool , very close to the beach.

If you're not going to spend a lot of time in the room this place is for you...rate is exceptional room was a 7.. out of 10 for well-known travelers probably a 5. I kind of expected more based on the location....let down there ... I was hoping for an 8. Area is definitely a 10.. The rooms could use some cleaning up... But did have a full kitchen and the fridge and the shower which made my day. ... I would stay there again especially for the cost.. great trip..
