• Jan (8/5): Für einen kurzen Hamburgbesuch ist diese Wohnung absolut geeignet. - Ausgezeichnete Lage und sehr freundliche und ausgesprochen hilfsbereite Ansprechpartnerin der Vermietung. Sehr gute Küchenausstattung, Wohnung insgesamt sehr sauber und gepflegt. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Hamburg absolut geeignet. Es fehlten im Wohnbereich ein Couchtisch o.ä. und der Essbereich war ebenfalls sehr spartanisch eingerichtet und lud nicht zum lange Verweilen ein. Der Fernseher im Wohnbereich ließ sich nur sehr bedingt auf Radio oder Musik einstellen, im Schlafbereich war keine Programmierung des Fernsehers möglich. Da wir ohnehin die Wohnung nur zum Schlafen genutzt haben, störten uns diese kleinen Mängel nicht.

• Karsten Noack (8/5): Perfekte Lage, aber dürftige Ausstattung - Perfekte Lage: nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zur Elphi und der Speicherstadt, viele Tolle Restaurants in der Straße. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Die Austattung der Wohnung ist mehr als dürftig. Gut genug zum Schlafen, aber völlig ungeeignet, sich dort mal auszuruhen und zu entspannen. Nicht mal die Fernseher funktionieren richtig - die wichtigsten Sender sind entweder garnicht erreichbar, oder nur irgendwann nach endlosem Zappen durch 800 Kanäle.

• Kirsten (10/5): - Sehr freundlicher Kontakt, schnelle Antworten (beim Mailverkekr), hilfsbereites Personal, saubere Wohnung und gute Lage. WC und Dusche sind getrennt. Ein etwas zu kleiner Schrank.

Haben fast alle Sehnswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreicht und in 7 Tagen nur 2x den Bus (Fischmarkt und Reeperbahn) genommen. Das WLAN ist im Schlafzimmer ein bisschen unzuverlässig.

Al ser un sótano, la conexión telefónica e internet propio alcanza muy mal y la wifi dependiendo de la zona de la casa se desconecta cada cinco minutos. La televisión de la habitación que va por wifi imposible…
• Christine (8/5): - Zentrale Wohnung in der hübschen historischen Deichstrasse. Speicherstadt, Landungsbrücken und die Elphi in unmittelbarer Nähe und fussläufig erreichbar. U-Bahn und Bus in ca. 5 bis 10 Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist durch die Feuchtigkeit etwas müffelig und die schimmelnden Wände wurden mit weisser Farbe überstrichen. Leider konnte man die Fenster im Schlafzimmer nicht richtig verdunkeln und die Spülmaschine war bei unserer Ankunft auch defekt.

Accommodation were great, exactly as pictured, very clean as well We were asked to leave personal information like my passport number on a form i was handed the day before leaving, I didn’t feel comfortable.
• Yu (7/5): Great Location! - We’ve got everything we need! The location is super good, famous tourist attractions are all in walking distance. Metro is only 3 mins walking away. You can even leave your luggage at the property! One little thing we weren’t aware(which is probably our fault) is that this property is allocated at half basement. There’s still sunlight so it’s totally fine. We just weren’t expecting it.

In the beginning, it was a bit difficult to get used to the idea that we are living at the basement and we had no view. But actually we got used to it and didn't bother us at all.

The kitchen was well equipped. Private bathroom with shower. Laundry facilities on lower level. Close to cafes, restaurants, Hafen City, the Portuguese area (Cafe Sur has great Natas and Pasteries), shopping area, Rathaus, and other sites. The metro is close by. Supermarket store about 10 minutes walk. The pier to catch the ferry is very close about a 10 minute walk. We took the public ferry to tour the river. We did take the S Bahn to and from the airport. We will definitely stay here again.
