• Walter (8/5): Ottima esperienza!! - Bellissima stanza e posizione in centro. Facile check-in e le istruzioni del proprietario. La colazione dovrebbe essere più abbondante e varia.
• Saskia (8/5): - Lekker centraal Met de accommodatie is niets mis. BOOKING daarentegen verdient een DIKKE ONVOLDOENDE. Ben de hele ochtend bezig geweest om via Booking te achterhalen waarom er geen 2 eenpersoonsbedden waren zoals ik had geboekt. Tweemaal iemand gesproken, tweemaal bericht gehad dat er op terug gekomen werd, twee maal niets meer gehoord!!! Kortom vakkundig genegeerd!!! Dus Booking dikke onvoldoende voor jullie waardeloze service!

• Ron (8/5): - Locatie, ruime en hoge kamer. Schoon en goede bedden. Ontbijt was minder. Ingepakt broodje en een paar crackers. Geen kaas of ham. Koffie daarentegen was prima! Wij vroegen ons wel af hoe het zit met vluchtroutes? De lift lijkt de enige in -en uitgang.

• Bettina (9/5): - Die Lage ist sehr sehr zentral, am Abend etwas lauter. Viele Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe, der Bahnhof sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Frühstück ist im Zimmer und das Brot Aufstrich, Obst, Joghurt, Kaffeepads, kleiner Kühlschrank vorhanden! Das Zimmer ist nur über ein Fahrstuhl erreichbar. Wir konnten schon früh auf unser Zimmer. Sehr netter Gastgeber

Al momento della prenotazione ho scoperto del self check in che non sarebbe stato un problema se non fosse che arrivata alle 20 non c’erano le chiavi previste nel luogo concordato perciò non siamo riusciti ad entrare in camera. Ho provato a chiamare l’host senza successo per 15 minuti dopodiché ho contattato Booking che ha provato a chiamare usando numeri di recapito secondari non disponibili agli utenti . Dopo 10 min min hanno contattata e dopo mezz’ ora hanno mandato la signora che sistema le camere in aiuto . La camera indicata come nostra era già stata occupata e l’ host ha duvueari che avessi fatto la prenotazione con un altro nome. Alla fine dopo un’ora di attesa mi hanno dato un’altra stanza non potendo più fare la doccia per poi uscire per un appuntamento già preso. Meno male che la signorina che è accorsa ad assistere è stata molto gentile . La sua gentilezza unica nota positiva, ma l host non mi ha più contattata . Era impegnata in un altro lavoro . Inaccettabile .

• Patrycja (10/5): Polecam - Świetna lokalizacja - blisko do zwiedzania starego miasta, wychodzi się bezpośrednio na ulicę z restauracjami, na końcu ulicy sklep. Duże, wygodne łóżko, nowoczesna łazienka. Pokój mały ale wystarczający dla pary. Jedyny minus to cienkie ściany. Słychać rozmowy sąsiadów.

• Carla (10/5): Perfetto - Tutto! Dalla posizione centralissima e vicina a porto e stazione, alla camera super accogliente e pulita. Abbiamo apprezzato anche trovare tutto l’occorrente per una colazione completa al mattino (compresa di frutta secca che è raro trovare). Davvero piacevole scoperta e, se capiteremo di nuovo a Cagliari, ci torneremo sicuramente! Nulla. Se proprio devo segnalare un “difetto”, avrei voluto qualche appendino in più nel bagno per mia esigenza personale.
• alex (10/5): we had the most pleasant stay at this lovely apartment. we can’t speak highly enough of the hosts, they were so welcomin - very central - close to everything, clean and comfortable, bathroom was lovely, soundproofing was fantastic you couldn’t hear a thing from the streets below, hosts were so welcoming and always available, incredibly accommodating and so so helpful - they made the stay so much better nothing

Nie wiedzieliśmy, że kuchnia i salon jest częścią wspólną z drugim pokojem, którym podczas naszego pobytu nie był wynajmowany na szczęście, więc mogliśmy czuć się dość swobodnie.

• Melanie (9/5): Fantastic stay in a beautiful well appointed and immaculate space - Great location and beautiful space in lovely old building. We loved everything. Whilst our host prepared us very well with many many options, guests may wish to be aware that parking is tricky. Worth bearing in mind that whilst it is relatively small, Cagliari is still a capital city with the associated parking issues.

• Jürgen (9/5): Perfekt um die Stadt zu Fuß zu entdecken - Das Zimmer ist modern und sehr schön gestaltet, das Bett breit und bequem. Für das Frühstück war alles schon im Zimmer aufgebaut: Müsli, Toast, Zwieback, Marmelade, Joghurt, Obst, Milch… teilweise im Kühlschrank. Sehr praktisch, weil wir frühstücken konnten, wann wir wollten. Die Lage in der Fußgängerzone ist toll, direkt Restaurants und Bars vor der Tür. Auch ein Supermarkt und die Altstadt sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Parken konnten wir in der Hauptstraße gegen Gebühr, nicht weit entfernt. Eigentlich nichts. Wer sehr geräuschempfindlich ist, sollte beachten, dass man die lachenden und redenden Menschen in den Restaurants nachts in den Fußgängerzone vor der Tür noch hört, auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern.

• Sarah (10/5): Wirklich tolle Lage und Wohnung für Leute die gerne im Geschehen sein wollen! Komme gerne wieder - Also die Lage ist perfekt ! Man ist genau im Geschehen hat viele Möglichkeiten für Supermarkt , Café, Restaurant, Bars, Shopping,…. Wenn man mit 15 Euro /24h leben kann empfehlen wir den Parkplatz am Hafen ca 5 min Gehminuten entfernt (via Roma) (groß und gut zum parken ). Toll ist auch das jeden Tag sauber gemacht wird im Zimmer. Küche ist auch in Ordnung alles was man braucht ist da. Wohnung ist auch echt groß und man fühlt sich wohl. Man kann 24/7 rein und raus bei dem Apartment , Check in /check out reibungslos verlaufen ohne Personal mit Codes. Wir würden wieder hier wohnen! Etwas hellhörig ( denke aber das ist in Italien überall so ) Engere Treppenaufgänge zum Zimmer aber eigentlich kein negativer Punkt, wenn man normal gebaut und keine Einschränkungen hat. Schlüsselbox finden war wie bei einem escape room ( haben nicht lange dafür gebraucht aber man musste es verstehen haha ).

The space was comfortable and central, the bathroom good. They left gluten free items for my coeliac partner which was much appreciated. Being right in the centre of town was a real plus. La zona è servita da ristoranti, bar ed è in pieno centro vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. Aria condizionata ben posizionata e calibrata. All'arrivo acqua e frutta fresca. Abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli prima che la camera fosse pronta. La colazione è solo di emergenza. Tutti prodotti confezionati. Peccato. Il contatto con l'host è stato pronto anche se solo per messaggi, forse per l'arrivo anticipato e la partenza notturna. Per mia abitudine avrei preferito un'accoglienza tradizionale.

• Howard (8/5): Very good - Great location, many restaurants within walking distance, great atmosphere and very vibrant outside the building, nice small balcony, but you could sit out and enjoy the surroundings,if you wanted. Just a couple of croissants, and a few biscuits for breakfast, no signage,for a fire escape, and could not locate how to leave the building, if we had to in an emergency.
