- Louise (6/5): - Great location! It is quite dated, definitely needs a refurbishment. Like people mentioned previously the water is either hot or cold. The AC didn’t work properly in our room, it just blew air, but didn’t regulate the temperature so it got very hot and stuffy in there. It’s quite pricy for what you get honestly.

- Neha (10/5): Perfect location for exploring Almaty - I had a very clean and spacious room. The staff was helpful too. The location is perfect! The breakfast wasn't to my liking, but that's a personal choice. I think they could benefit from a tour desk or tie-up with experienced tour guides.

Большое количество точек общепита на любой вкус и кошелек. В номере просторно, все работает как надо, комфортная кровать. Хороший выбор в меню на завтрак. Вечером работает терасса. Есть бассейн и СПА, но в этот раз не получилось посетить. Вежливый и гостеприимный персонал -

- Robert (5/5): Nice hotel in a great location. Stay ruined by noisy guests. - The hotel itself was good, my issues here were with the other guests. The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of the parts of the city I most wanted to see. Staff were friendly and helpful and arranged several tours for me. Room was very big, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped and everything worked well. Breakfast was okay . The restaurant served top quality food. Noise! Three nights running I was woken in the night by noisy guests. The first time was at 5 am when a large group were checking out. When I complained I was advised that as they were checking out it wouldn't happen again. The next night I was woken at 1am by guests in the next room singing and dancing in the corridor. I had to deal with this myself. Again on complaining I was advised that they had since checked out and it wouldn't happen. The next night I was woken again at 2am by drunken guests coming home. The manager was in the corridor but he was making as much noise banging on their door shouting at them and talking to staff on his walkie-talkie radio. Again I was advised that the guests were checking out and it wouldn't happen again. On top of this it was impossible to catch up on sleep during the day as the room was located next to the cleaning cupboard and once the staff started work there was constant door slamming talking and again the dreaded crackle of the walkie-talkies. Whilst noisy guests are not the hotels fault I do think the walls here are paper thin and noise echos through the corridrs It all proved too much in the end and I checked out halfway through my stay.

В номере пахло свежестью и все было уютно, хотя номер требует уже ремонта. Завтрак был разнообразным и вкусным, понравилось все - от горячего до выпечки. Несомненно приеду в этот отель снова. Спасибо всему персоналу за предоставленный сервис, мне все понравилось 🫶

Завтраки вкусные, есть что выбрать Персонал вежливый. В люксе не мыли стаканы в номере во время уборки. И слабый сигнал вай фая в комнате. Часто отваливался. Кофе машина на завтраке не делала капучино и латте :( только американо и эспрессо)

- Наталья (10/5): - Люблю писать подробные отзывы: это тот случай! Останавливались с подругой в Renion Park Hotel на один день, и впечатления остались исключительно положительные. Отель очень понравился: прекрасное расположение, всё находится рядом, что делает пребывание особенно удобным как для отдыха, так и для деловой поездки. Наш номер располагался на 3 этаже, вид из номера превосходный, дух захватывает (для любителей гор просто восторг!). Всё рядом, удобно добираться, и не нужно тратить полдня на дорогу. Для короткого проживания это вообще идеальный вариант. Сотрудники ресепшн с радостью предложат варианты экскурсий по городу и за пределами города. Отдельно хочется отметить завтраки (шведский стол) — очень вкусные, разнообразные и свежие. Был хороший выбор блюд, всё приготовлено качественно и с заботой о гостях. На выбор было: два вида молочных каш, омлет, яичница, яйца отварные, колбаса и сыр по 2-3 вида, сосиски, зелень, помидоры, огурцы, салат из баклажанов, свекла отварная с орехами, капусты, оливки, маслины, стручковая фасоль, выпечка сладкая 3-4 наименования, блинчики, пирожки с картошкой, самса с сыром, соки (апельсиновый и яблочный), вода, сухофрукты, орехи 2-3 вида, фрукты (яблоки, апельсины, виноград). Чай в ассортименте, кофемашина, где можно приготовить вкусный кофе.....Это действительно приятное начало дня Также хочется выразить особую благодарность администратору Станиславу за профессионализм, внимательное отношение и доброжелательность. Благодаря его помощи и гостеприимству пребывание в отеле стало ещё более комфортным. Любая ваша просьба была выслушана, и оперативно решались вопросы по проживанию. Вежливый, внимательный, с отличным чувством сервиса, благодаря которому чувствуешь себя не просто постояльцем, а дорогим гостем Спасибо за отличный сервис и прекрасный прием! Обязательно будем рекомендовать ваш отель и с удовольствием остановимся снова. После такого даже один день запоминается как маленький отпуск ❤️ в наличии в отеле имеется только гель для душа и шампунь, отсутствует кондиционер/бальзам для волос, если у вас длинные волосы или волосы, требующие определенного ухода рекомендую иметь при себе эти средства

- Anna (9/5): Das perfekte Hotel, zentral und ruhig - Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Fussläufig zum Arbat und grünen Basar. Der Park der 28 Panfilowzy ist direkt nebenan, hier findet man auch die Christi-Himmelfahrt-Kathedrale. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Sind auch sehr zufrieden mit der Sauberkeit. Es gibt einen eigenen privaten Parkplatz direkt vor dem Eingang, dies ist in Almaty Goldwert. Wir waren mit allem zufrieden.

- Malikova (10/5): превосходно - Отдыхала с внуками 9 и 4 года, выбрала отель по отзывам и местоположению. Отличная гостиница. Дружелюбный персонал, комфортабельный номер, бассейн, сауна, хамам, все принадлежности, очень чисто и уютно. Завтрак включен. Обязательно вернемся.
