Mugarza (5/5): Excelente ubicación, estacionamiento no disponible y el pago no es a traves de la app - La ubicación del alojamiento es excelente, con acceso muy fácil y conveniente. Además, el contacto con el dueño fue bueno y la comunicación fue fluida, lo cual se agradece. Sin embargo, la información al momento de reservar no estaba completamente clara y varios detalles importantes solo se explican después de confirmar la reserva. Por ejemplo, el estacionamiento debe reservarse con anticipación y no siempre está disponible, algo que debería indicarse claramente desde el inicio. Otro punto que no me dio confianza fue el sistema de pago. El pago no se realiza directamente a través de la app de Booking, sino mediante otro método externo, lo que resulta poco transparente. En cuanto al departamento, la cama principal era extremadamente incómoda, lo que afectó bastante el descanso. Además, el lugar tiene muy poca ventilación e iluminación natural: solo hay una sola ventana y está en la habitación principal. También se escucha bastante ruido desde el exterior. Finalmente, las toallas y la ropa de cama se veían bastante antiguas y desgastadas. Creo que con más transparencia en la información y renovando algunos aspectos básicos del alojamiento, la experiencia podría mejorar bastante.

El depto es adecuado para 2 personas y tiene lo que yo necesitaba. El sector: un café al frente Cakao maravilloso Y un negocio a 1/2 cuadra tienen de todo Mi experiencia 10/10 Excepcional Detalles ! Que para mi ojo no pasan desapercibidos Como las toallas mal dobladas. La cama mal tendida Los espejos sucios. Detalles que son nuestra primera impresión. Patrik (8/5): Boa opção para viagem de curto ou médio prazo com excelente localização - A localização é excelente e o acesso através de senhas é bem cômodo. Como dividimos os gastos da hospedaria entre três, o custo-benefício excelente, mas mesmo entre dois continua sendo vantajoso comparado aos preços da região. Além disso, o proprietário é bem profissional e compreensível. Falta de janelas dando para rua e que possam ser abertas, permitindo melhor ventilação, claridade, etc. A outra questão não é necessariamente negativa, mas aproveito o momento para informar os hóspedes mais ansiosos: o tempo entre as mensagens com o proprietário costuma ser longo, portanto retire duvidas com antecedência. Como mencionei em outro campo, foram prestativos e profissionais com tudo.
Gloria (7/5): Sin comentario - Buena ubicación, céntrico, tranquilo etc. Enchufe de la cocina, calefactor eléctricos, en mal estado, desagüe del lavamanos tapado, faltan utensilios de cocina, limpieza del departamento en general regular.
Caroline (1/5): Péssima experiência para nossa lua de mel - A cama, o chuveiro e a localização são boas, somente isso! De resto, péssimo! Não me hospedo nunca mais nesse lugar. Encontramos 3 aranhas grandes e venenosas, saímos na hora para outra hospedagem, cheiro de esgoto no quarto, péssimo atendimento por parte do proprietário. Não recomendamos a ninguém! Fujam desse lugar.

La descripción y las fotos del "departamento" son engañosas, el espacio es reducidísimo, hay luz natural en sólo una habitación, las paredes son demasiado delgadas y la bulla de los demás "departamentos" es terrible, una de las supuestas habitaciones es en realidad un pasillo. Terrible experiencia, quisimos cancelar, pero no nos dejaron.

Francisca (7/5): - La ubicación es genial, todo cerca y el barrio es tranquilo, los anfitriones siempre otorgando respuestas Cuando llegue el apartamento olía como a comida, tabaco, incienso y ese olor no se le fue en los días que estuve (llegue un lunes me fui un jueves ), el soporte de la ducha estaba roto por lo cual no se podía colgar para bañarse, y el baño estaba sucio cuando llegué habían pelos en el lavamanos y excusado

Renato (8/5): Buen precio calidad - Amplio, bien mantenido, contaba con lo mínimo requerido para poder estar tiempos largos o cortos. Microondas, refri, hervidor, etc Respuestas rápidas en todo momento, calle tranquila Tenía mucho olor a cigarro, entiendo que hay gente que no respeta las reglas que tienen pero inicialmente el olor era muy malo. Sábanas un poco viejas y bajadas de cama ya no tan limpias (como para andar a pata pelada)

El mal olor del primer piso, apenas entre había un olor insoportable, pensé que fue solo ese día, pero al final era el mismo mal olor todos los días. Lo otro que no hay ascensor y llevaba una maleta grande, tuve problemas para subirla.

Makarova (6/5): The flat has a potential with proper care and attention. - The location was good, very nice quite area. The flat was not clean. The window in the main room was not possible to close. The air conditioner was not working properly. The pillows at the main room had some very unpleasant smell. All the kitchen appliances were very old and dirty as well as plates, cups etc. The only one frying pan was broken and scratched. All pans were scratched as well. It Was not possible to use as it is harmful. The kitchen was dirty as well as the bathroom. Some of the swichers were very dirty as well. The flat itself is quite nice, but it is maintained very poor.
