Fun idea for guests to come and stay The inside of pink flamingo was kinda tacky⊠you have the main ac facing the damn wall instead where folks sleep to get good air quality. Should of explained how to use that.. first night we got super hot. Had to YouTube had to use the ac thing.. not have a bathroom sink was bizarre.. weâve seen the inside of a lot of the tiny homes and they seemed up to date.. this one was just falling apart the more you looked closely at it⊠online photos didnât match the expectations.. we had margarita first.. host thought she was helpful by immediately switching it to flamingo, after telling her to hold on.. a lot of the online is misleading to the actual app deal.. from photos to booking. Online had more options and then the app oneself had something different..

The tiny house was as advertised nice place to use as a place to sleep and get changed. Not that it mattered for us, but the beds are upstairs so you had to climb and duck down to get into the beds. Might be an issue for older couples.

Todo lo bueno que tiene la casa se opaca por la nula atenciĂłn. Hay una recepciĂłn que nunca hay nadie. Un timbre y un cartel que tenes que llamar por telĂ©fono. Muy difĂcil comunicarse y muy impersonal. En el timbre te atiende alguien que solo sabe decir monosĂlabos en inglĂ©s, y por telĂ©fono es muy difĂcil si tu ingles es muy bĂĄsico como el mio. Le pondrĂa un 10 al lugar pero la mala o nula atenciĂłn personal le baja mucho.

- Miguelon (8/5): Good for a new experience and for a short stay - The location was convenient for a short stay, and Crescent Beach was within walking distance, about 15 minutes away. Communication was also very good, as messages were answered quickly. The tiny house was fine for a couple of days, but it felt too small for a longer stay. It is also located directly on the street rather than in a more private enclosed area. In addition, the air conditioning was very close to the bed, quite noisy, and could become uncomfortable.

- Julie (8/5): I experienced a quiet and relaxing trip & would most definitely stay at Tiny House Siesta again. - Clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully located. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the space was easy to find, and everything I needed was close by. The check-in process was seamless, making for a smooth and enjoyable stay. The toilet handle was not attached as it should have been, I was however able to make it work throughout my stay.
- Tracey (3/5): Dirty room with terrible check in. - The place is filthy and broken. I mean the floors are soft. There is easily $40k in deferred maintenance just in our room. There was trash in the shower at check in. The unit is filthy and has numerous fire violations. Outlets without covers, etc. The dishwasher is falling out of the cabinet. The washing machine and toilets half work. Check in was miserable. The door key didnât work and they kept insisting I watch a 20 second video which was seriously unhelpful because it opens with the person hitting # which is not part of the process. First she pretended she couldnât reset the code âthat is your code for the tripâ. Then she could magically reset it after wasting 15 minutes on the video.

La quantitĂ© de vaisselle est trĂšs limitĂ©e et ne permet pas de faire beaucoup de cuisine. Mais pour un petit dej ou rĂ©chauffer un plat, cela peut convenir. Nous souhaitions un mode atypique et nous avons Ă©tĂ© servi. Nous avions en fait louĂ© 2 tiny pour nous et nos enfants (adultes) Literie trĂšs correcte. Linge de toilette moelleux Tout d'abord : le lieu des tiny-houses. Nous pensions ĂȘtre dans un camping ou en tous cas dans un espace sĂ©curisĂ©, et en fait, nous sommes sur un bord de route passante (et donc bruyante). Mais c'est surtout, que nous ne sommes pas dans un terrain clos et surveillĂ©, et que, juste en face, se trouve un campement de caravanes, mobil-homes oĂč logent des personnes Ă trĂšs faibles ressources, probablement, et dont les logements sont en Ă©tat de dĂ©crĂ©pitude avancĂ©e. Cela n'est Ă©videmment pas de la responsabilitĂ© des propriĂ©taires des tiny-houses, mais l'environnement, n'est pas des plus agrĂ©ables (mĂȘme s'il ne nous est rien arrivĂ© de particulier). Les tiny sont alignĂ©es cĂŽte Ă cĂŽte sur ce bord de route et nous vivons les uns sur les autres (attention avec de jeuens enfants, car pas de clĂŽture du tout ) Ensuite le mobilier de jardin (tables et chaises en mĂ©tal) ne sont pas du tout en bon Ă©tat , rouillĂ© et peinture Ă©caillĂ©e. Dommage, car cela donne une mauvaise impression de vĂ©tustĂ© et manque d'entretien flagrant, et ce , sur les 2 que nous avions louĂ©es. C'est dommage... Quant Ă la climatisation, elle ne fonctionnait pas du tout, ni dans l'une , ni dans l'autre, seule la ventilation fonctionnait (mĂȘme Ă 68° F / 29°C). Heureusement , nous avions un ventilateur qui Ă©tait en marche dĂšs notre arrivĂ©e dans la partie couchage sous le toit, car je pense que nous n'aurions pu y dormir convenablement toute la nuit. Mais je pense que cela ne suffirait pas en pleine chaude pĂ©riode. Au demeurant, l'expĂ©rience est trĂšs originale, mais le prix pratiquĂ© est prohibitif par rapport Ă la prestation rĂ©elle sur place.

- Manon (5/5): Disappointed, high price for run down units - The location is great, a short drive to the beach and the tiny house concept makes for a unique and fun stay. We would not choose to stay here again. While the idea is appealing, the houses are very run-down. We booked two different houses and noticed the same issues in both: damaged and stained furniture, dirty shower curtains (which would be an easy and inexpensive fix), and kitchen dishes and utensils were not properly cleaned. Small details like a broken toilet paper holder also added to the overall lack of maintenance. The hot water is inconsistent, and very low water pressure. Houses are all located right along the roadside, not on a private property. In our house, thereâs no bathroom sink, need to use kitchen sink. For the price, we expected a much better level of upkeep and cleanliness. The units clearly need to be refreshed and updated. The current condition does not justify the high price point, we were disappointed and we wouldnât recommend staying here.

- Kenneth (4/5): Not the greatest - They had to bust down the door, key code did not work. Lock was broke. They told us they would reimburse us for the first night. Which they did. But they also told us to go out to dinner and they would pay for it, so we did. I gave them the receipt. I have not seen a reimbursement. Shower worked terribly, on demand water system do not work with a darn, hardly any water coming out.

- MariĆĄ (8/5): - We enjoyed walks to Siesta. Quiet neighborhood, various shops, icecream and McDonallds in a walking distance. Sleeping was confortable enough and there was enough place for everybody. Kitchen was not so well equiped as we would need. There were not enough plates, only the plastic ones. Not enough silverware.

- Cheri (10/5): Love it, will stay again next time we go to Sarasota. - I had wanted to rent a tiny house. It did not disappoint! Had every thing we needed. A nice patio to sit outside, a little love seat in side. Everything was really clean. About 3 miles from siesta keys beach (gorgeous sand). There several little businesses close by. Really there was nothing I didnât like, it was small but I knew that so make sure you know what a tiny is like before booking.

- Evan (10/5): Met all my expectations and was very clean. - the tiny house genuinely had everything a normal house would, like kitchen appliances, room for hanging clothes, and bed space. the AC was very good and the house smelled very fresh too. No complaints.

- Joshua (10/5): - The house was great, central to just about everything. The beds were better than some hotels in the area, has a fenced patio area for privacy. The couch smelled like dog pee unfortunately, and the reservation didn't show the house number, there are multiple houses. The main bed is in the loft and zero head room. Pro tip don't sit up in bed.
