• Jason (8/5): Perfect weather and overall beautiful stay. - The proximity to the beach is most wonderful and the staff is very pleasant. The owner is a cool shid. Good neighbors always make the stay and we always get pretty lucky. Parking is tight and it’s a bit of a walk to amenities but far from a deal breaker.

Walking distance to the Pier for restaurants, shops and amusement park. Didn’t have to pay extra for dedicated Parking space. Room included microwave, refrigerator, plates, cups, silverware. Everything was great.
• Lafountain (6/5): It was a bit rough as a family stay especially with no tv but i would definitely visit again bringing my own stuff to st - The owner is very nice & generous- she had nothing but good vibes throughout our stay, there are toys available for children to use over on the beach. The grills available for use was convenient for a lil family bbq moment & the room was beautifully cleaned aside from some waffles being left in the freezer from previous guests (saying this as a housekeeper at a 5 star inn), the pool was a decent temperature & really clean, communication was well addressed The bathroom was very small, hard to change or move around in it especially with the door closed, no tub in the room we stayed in. Theres only x7 tv channels none involving cartoons for the kids, wifi was a bit slow at times (we did experience some rain during our stay and that could be why), the maintenance guy seemed over caffeinated and had an attitude every other time we spoke with one another, the pillows were quite flat & the bed was comfortable but really squishy so if your a side sleeper id suggest putting a pillow underneath your ribcage area to prevent back pain.
• Roxanne (5/5): Served it's purpose but probably would not stay here again - Room was very clean. Housekeeping and grounds staff very friendly. Pool was very clean. 15 minute walk to pier. Right on the beach. Designated parking space for room. Towels very clean and fluffy. Sheets very clean. Room was extremely small, difficult for a family of 3 to stay in comfortably for a week with appropriate needed belongings. Had to leave a lot of stuff in car. Parking lot is extremely tight. Almost impossible for a truck. Difficult to maneuver, especially if people are walking in driveway (there isn't much of a choice but to walk there). Front desk person not overly friendly. Doesn't like it when you use this site. Kitchenette does not have a sink, so stuck trying to wash dishes in the very small bathroom sink. No complementary toiletries other than 2 small bars of soap. Not even tissues in room. Bathtub is very slippery and no non slip bath mat provided. Bathroom is so small that you can basically side step and take one step forward or backwards in it. Outdoor carpet on balcony needs to be seriously vacuumed. Pool is on the smaller side, not a lot of deck space and only has chairs on one side of deck (picture is deceiving). Feel it is a little overpriced for what you get. Bed is very uncomfortable. Uses keys for rooms. Lock and keys desperately need replacing. Lock would stick and had to fiddle with it to open the door. We had to help the people next to us because their lock was so bad.

The pool was beautiful 😍 such a great weekend! And ..a great price ,especially for the location. Couldn't have done any better. My friend couldn't believe the location and the room for the price. The TV wasn't great..which i know isn't important on a beach trip but I like it for white noise at bed time.

• Carrie (8/5): Right on the beach, but could use some upgrades - The Atlantis is right on the beach and the convenience is everything about this place. The pier is only about a half mile walk and their pool was heated. We had a fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker so we could save some money on buying our own snacks and sandwich fixings. The room was a bit smaller than I had expected based on the photos. The bathroom stayed damp and the towel holder fell off the wall, but they promptly fixed it. Maid service came early each day (9:30 am). A couple days we were still in bed. I'm more accustomed to them coming in the afternoon. Overall we had a nice time visiting the beach, which is what we were there for.

Room was cozy and a little dated, but was very clean and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. Awoke to fireworks at 1am Sunday morning...parking was a little tight.

My husband and I stayed at the month before that was in front of the train tracks. A full-size bed is never going to be big enough when you are used to a king size bed

Lisa the owner was super accomadating to my family and remembered me by name throughout my stay. Quick walk to pier but enough distance to keep it quiet both on the street and the beach. • Linda (8/5): Very good - Location was great. Staff was friendly. Parking was tight if you have a larger vehicle, (but staff did help with that). Second day there cleaning staff brought towels and emptied trash, but neglected to make beds or clean anything.
• Laura (4/5): - The property is cute, however the bathroom is so tiny. A toilet, a little sink, and a small shower. The door slides but there was no lock. For a last minute booking I wasn’t exactly complaining. However, my son attempted to swim in the pool, but he had an asthma attack. No fault of the property, but off to urgent care we went. We decided to rest and check out the next morning to return to NY. At first, the owner offered a small credit for a future stay. Then she decided she was going to refund me one full nights stay. She typed and realized I booked through Expedia and not direct so she stated there is nothing she can do. I felt that was so disheartening. She said they pay fees or whatever. I said could you possibly deduct the fee and perhaps just refund me something. She said no, sorry but call her next year and she what she can do. It left a terrible feeling with me. I left because my sons asthma was flared and obviously he wouldn’t be able to do much. The TV only has about 10 channels and none are kid friendly. I am nurse and single mom so I just feel that was so slightly rude and selfish behavior. Needless to say, I will not be returning there.
