Marisa (9/5): - Mit dem inkludierten Frühstück gab es ein Problem - es konnte Ostersonntag und Ostermontag kein Buffet angeboten werden. Anstatt dessen bekam ich das Frühstück am Abend vorher auf's Zimmer geliefert. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und die freundliche Dame hat am Vorabend an die Zimmertüre geklopft und es geliefert. Das einzig unangenehme dabei war, dass ich eigentlich Duschen wollte und immer warten musste, bis das Frühstück kam, was dann relativ spät am Abend war.

De wasbakkraan werkte onvoldoende en het water werd niet warm. Ook niet na poos wachten. De kamer zat op 3e verdieping. Daarom 2e overnachting gecancelled.

Das Frühstück war gut und ansprechend angerichtet. Trotz wenig Hotelgästen wurde sich um eine große Auswahl bemüht. Leider sind die Matratzen zu weich, Decke zu dünn und die Kopfkissen nicht von guter Qualität.

There is a state-run charging station in the bank parking lot across the street if you are an EV owner. The room and bathroom were big enough, and the bed was comfortable. At the time, no breakfast was available. And not much is open in the area early morning on the weekends (I was travelling for work)

Terence (1/5): Not located near Kaiserslaurtern, hassle to get there - Not much other than the fact that we were able to check in through a lockbox because we arrived so late due to the location being not as described. We had a big problem with the Hotel Ari in Kaiserslaurtern. Your booking info shows that it is 1600 feet from "the train station." That is why we chose that hotel. When we arrived at the Kaiserslaurtern train station, we called the Hotel Ari and they said they are near the train station in Hohecken which is a 10 minute drive from the Kaiserslautern train station. We had to spend another 22 euros to get there at 8 at night. It was a hassle and should have been clear in the listing that it is NOT in Kaiserslautern. We never saw a live person in the office during our stay so I hope they know we checked out.

Elizabeth (6/5): This hotel was a very clean place to sleep comfortably for a few nights. - The hotel was very clean. It was disappointing that there was no breakfast. The room door was very difficult to close, and very difficult to open. The bed was very comfortable. It’s not possible to rate the staff because the front desk is never manned. Nice to have a refrigerator in the room, but it occupied the place for a suitcase, and no suitcase stand was provided. The room door didn’t fit the frame correctly. All hotels should offer breakfast—this one does not.

Cassandra (9/5): Exactly what we needed for our purpose. - The property was quiet and clean. Although the room was non smoking, guests are allowed to smoke on the balconies which allows the rooms to still smell like smoke.
