• Andrew (7/5): Good - Great spot being right on the beach and you can easily walk into town. Great size as the rooms are large and spacious.
• Mark (5/5): Disappointing property with great view and location - The view and the location The property was pretty tired and run down. While the basic cleanliness had been met (clean linen and bathroom) the floors were dirty, furniture vacuumed around but not under or behind, we found some dirty underwear just behind the bed, and half full drink bottles left behind in cupboards. The drawers and cupboards were grimey. Also the property has no fly wire screens on windows so if you want fresh air - which you do because of the musty aroma, you invite flies and mosquitos along. We were very disappointed overall, and would not recommend the property. Would suggest you look elsewhere for the price.
• James (5/5): A pleasant stay at a large old house with beach views. - Location was excellent beach at front, river and jetties at back and town a 15 minute walk. Property on first level was spacious with large rooms and entertainment (TVs) in every room. Abundance of good lounge suits and beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully equipped with all utensils needed making it easy. Weather was cool making it a pleasant stay for short trips around the town and vicinity. The property is an older home around the 1970s style lacking amenities such as block out blinds in lounge and kitchen making it unbearable on a hot day with old air con rattling and nosey. There were no screens on main windows to allow fresh air and the screen door to deck did not close securely. Property was dirty with cobwebs and spiders on ceilings and corners. Basin taps were dirty with shower drain grates and tiles damaged in main bathroom. Dining seat cushions were stained main bed blanket with cigarette burns and cob webs on walls and ceiling were a turn off. The first floor could not be securely locked from the ground floor entrance to other rentals. Property needs a thorough clean and disinfect to bring up to a clean standard generating a higher rating.

• Tyson (9/5): Top place to stay for any occasions - Couldn’t ask for a better location. Beach right at the back door, boat ramp 200m away and about 5 minutes to walk into town. Great place for a family. Backyard was a little overgrown. No outdoor shower available for after the beach. No vacuum cleaner.
• Strangward (6/5): We had a good time. - I was most impressed with the property managers attending to my issues so promptly, they were so helpful and kind and the cleaners and maintenance people were fabulous. The location fabulous. The living room had a very nice feeling and the couches were very comfortable. t is quite a dated place and had some issues with it due to the age. The mattresses on the queen beds were not the best. It would have been good to have a very short hose (only needs to be 4M long) to make it easy to rinse off our paddle boards, there was a hose on the East side of the house, no nozzles or adaptors to connect it.
