• Heather (10/5): I loved this more than I expected - I will return - The view was incredible and the set up enabled us to appreciate the views from both day and night. The seating was very low, having knees above hips as a mature women isn't comfortable.
• Jacinta Diem (10/5): It’s an absolutely incredible breathtaking view with the comfort and convenient right at the door. - This villa was absolutely incredible. The most breathtaking feature is the spectacular, unobstructed ocean view — you can see and hear the sea directly from the property, which makes the entire experience feel peaceful and luxurious. Waking up to that view each morning was unforgettable. The location is also extremely convenient. It’s just a short walk to shops and restaurants, making everything easily accessible while still feeling private and tranquil. Inside, the villa is beautifully designed with a very open and spacious layout. The house style feels airy and relaxing, with a lovely, calming color scheme that adds to the overall sense of comfort. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring restful nights after long days enjoying the surroundings. Overall, this villa offers the perfect combination of stunning views, comfort, style, and convenience. I would highly recommend it and would gladly stay here again. The fly screen door in the master bedroom need fixing it felt off when I open it. The glass door window in the master bedroom need replace as it scratched it block part of the amazing view when you wake up and look outside.

• Joanne (8/5): Uninterrupted Sea Views - Beautiful spot with great water views, everything you need is there. Bed was not comfy. It would be nicer if a topper on was on it. When the fireplace got too hot, the fan would kick in, but as it was not centred properly, it kept hitting and making too much noise. Had to turn the fire off as it was not nice to listen to.

• Lynette (9/5): Beautiful outlook by the sea. - The location and outlook was beautiful. The unit was very comfortable. The owner and manager were very responsive when we called to request missing items and additional linen. My husband was ill, and I ended up needing to sleep in the lounge room. Fortunately, we found a couple of fold out beds in one of the bedrooms, so I used one of them to sleep on. It was surprisingly comfortable as I used both the single mattresses provided. There is only one bathroom and toilet shared between 4 people. Given the current times with being sensitive to illnesses, providing a disinfectant spray or wipe could be appropriate to clean in between each of us using the bathroom facilities. We used what we had in the car. The beds were a bit on the firm side, and personally I prefer something a bit softer. ( I suggest perhaps to store a matress topper in one of the cupboards?) Some facilities were missing, eg not enough cleaning rags/sponges and no spray to use on bench tops , therefore we had to use our own tissues to clean the barbecue and the table on the back porch . Only one chux for cleaning in the kitchen was insufficient especially considering we were there for 4 nights and had to clean the bbq after using it and of course to keep the kitchen clean. 3 lots of detergent for 5 days of dishwasher use was also insufficient , i suggest leaving one per day. There was no clothes washing detergent, bread knife , salad bowl etc… but when we called and requested these they were brought over very quickly. Unfortunately these inconveniences were a slight niggle at an otherwise wonderful stay.

Not enough power points. Kitchen/cooking light switch was across the room. No light above except for the fan. No instructions for gas heater.

• Shelley (6/5): Excellent Views - More attention to detail is needed - The views from the villa were amazing! The outdoor deck was great to take in the views and the footpath directly off the deck down to the beach was excellent. Location was great, not too far from town. The fireplace was magical and came in handy as the weather was not ideal. Great to sit around and enjoy some wine, take in the view and enjoy the coziness of the fireplace. I feel the hosts are lacking attention to detail with this property considering the price per night paid. We were 4 adults staying the weekend during winter. We were given a total of 3 black teabags (we had to go out and buy our own), there were Moccona coffee sachets that were all out of date by 6 months (surely with the price per night better coffee could be provided?) and a small UHT milk in the fridge which was to be used the next day according to the use by date on the box. For 4 adults staying in this villa, there were 3 wine glasses, 2 champagne glasses (so not all of us could enjoy our wine in the correct glasses) and when we arrived home with takeaway, there were only 3 large dinner plates so we had to use a bowl instead for the 4th person. There was no soap supplied for the basin in the bathroom, we had to take the shower gel out of the shower so that we had soap to use. The blind in the main room overlooking the beach is mouldy. The wooden chairs on the deck look ready to fall apart and I didn't even try to sit in them as they don't look safe. Deck needs attention as on the edge of it where it is mostly exposed to the weather it is mouldy and slippery. Shower head needs replacing, it's quite old and sprays everywhere else but down on you. Received way too many texts and emails advising me of the check in process and what was classified and not classified as an emergency in order for you to contact them after hours. All in all, we really enjoyed staying here for the view and beach access, but when you are charging a high rate per night then you need to deliver.

• Faye (8/5): Beautiful villa, but bedrooms a bit sunny in morning - Loved the view, spaciousness, ambience, fire place, TV in master, lovely villa The one issue we had was the brightness coming in the bedrooms before we were ready to wake up - if possible to make the bedrooms have block out blinds or something that would be perfect!

The Villa #7 was modern and spacious had everything you needed and more and the view was just beautiful. Lovely little deck so we chose to have our meals at the Villa even grabbing takeout from town and taking it back hence why the location from town did not bother us. nothing
• Truong (6/5): Great location but villa could do with a refurbishment - Great location close to the beach and a short 3 minute drive into the town centre. Great views of the ocean from our villa. The villa is getting a bit tired. The couch is old and dirty and needs replacing. Same with the carpets. Spiderwebs all over the ceilings and outdoor furniture. Showerhead broken, two burners not working on the BBQ.

• Renata (9/5): Spectacular ocean views - The views of the ocean are spectacular.Near by beach was awesome and pet friendly.Gas log fireplace was very nice.Kitchen was well equipped with workable appliances.Bed was very comfortable and property is very nice and quite. The property looks little tired and needs a overhaul especially lounge furniture which is quite uncomfortable and worn out.Also TV in both rooms were very old,bathroom needs a uplifting too.Coffee machine would have been great to haveAt the property.Having said that didn’t affect our stay it was still enjoyable.
