• Vincent (8/5): - It was in a great location. The house was clean and had a great closed in back and front yard for our dog. A great size tv and comfortable warm beds. No WI FI or internet was definitely a big negative and would stop us from staying again. We couldn't watch Netflix, Prime or any other streaming service. Lucky we had data on our phone so we could at least watch sometime apart from frree to air TV.

• Ryno (10/5): We had a fantastic stay at Ginabella — the home was spotless, well-equipped, perfectly located near the beach and town, - Ginabella was spotless on arrival – very clean and well maintained. The location is fantastic, within easy walking distance to town, the beach, and local attractions. Booking was straightforward and hassle-free, and the property was well-equipped with plenty of amenities that made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing time in Port Fairy. There wasn’t quite enough cupboard or wardrobe space, so we had to live out of our suitcases, which made things a bit less comfortable during our stay. While the property does explain the reasons for not having Wi‑Fi, having access would have been helpful for planning local activities instead of having to go to a cafe. Overall it was nothing major, but worth noting for future stays.

• Lucia (9/5): Warm and welcoming cottage in the heart of town. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. - Welcoming & well-appointed cottage in central location. Close to beach, shops, places of interest. Great ambience wrapped in country charm. So happy to find a family & pet-friendly cottage. Noise from refrigeration unit from nearby shops/businesses

• Celia (6/5): Dog Friendly accommodation - The location is fantastic, walking distance to shops and beach. Dog friendly accommodation. The place feels a little run down, no dishwasher, no wifi. The beds squeak, excess line scale on the shower head which was so bad. The aircon was out of order but they did offer to fix it but needed access for 6 hours which we decided not to have done during our stay. The property is also on a laneway which has produce trucks servicing the IGA. Trucks are constant from around 7am.

• Kerri (7/5): Overall a good few days away at Ginabella but won’t stay there again for the reasons mentioned - Great location & very warm & cozy & heater was on when we arrived. Needs a new kettle that switches itself off, and it is noisy in the morning due to the alley beside the house that adjoins the supermarket so trucks coming for deliveries early each morning. Needs new mattresses on 2 beds, not overly comfortable!

• William (4/5): Like trying to relax in a truck depot - Conveniently located. Walking distance to most of what Port fairy has to offer. Bed linen was nice and clean. Located right on a lane way which services the supermarket and several other businesses in the main street. The deliveries start from very early morning and go all day. The trucks reverse down so close to the side of the house they can't even open the passenger doors. The house at a glance is clean but the cups -dirty, bath- dirty, cutlery-dirty, breadboard- dirty. There was a dust bunny under the bed the size and shape of a sausage. I had to change my clothes after sitting on the outdoor furniture having a morning coffee as the whole back porch is filthy. After poor sleep, not being able to sleep in, sit out and have a coffee and relax and not being able to get a refund for our last night we decided to blow our money and leave early.

• Thomas (7/5): Good - Comfy and beautiful interior, location was perfect, fully fenced backyard for dogs. Noise level in the house (every step was very noisy), disgusting tap water, bathroom wood looked rotten.
