• Lisa (4/5): You live on a construction side! - We booked this hotel because we were looking for a quiet place outside the noise of Ubud. We got there in the morning and needed a rest which unfortunately has been impossible. There is a second guest house being built right next to the existing one so it feels like you live on a construction side. It was very noisy and they started early in the morning. We didn’t know about this and when we wanted to file a complaint and leave early we had to contact the manager Carolina via what’s app and she just replied that she was sorry. We left one night early and didn’t get a refund or anything else. The place is very nice, clean & staff is nice, too but under these circumstances we didn’t want to stay.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - ウブドの中心地から20分くらいあるきます。プラマ社のバス停から歩きましたがかなり大変でした。歩きはオススメしません。エクスペディアに載っていた住所をGoogleマップに入れていきましたが、住所が違うようでチェックインの日はゲストハウスが見つけられず焦りました。近くにいたお兄さんに聞いたら快く案内してくれてなんとかなりました。 名刺に書いてあった住所→Jl.Sri Wedari 42 Tegallalang-Ubud-Baliです。小さく看板が出てます。オーナーさんはとても親切でいい方でした。
• M (4/5): - When I booked Tuga I was given 2 options: to pay then or at Tuga. I opted for the latter. When I arrived I was surprised that they didn't have a credit card machine. I double checked the website and my documents but they didn't disclose this. The owner was gracious and said that we would get it sorted the next day. In the morning I called Expedia and they said that they couldn't process the card payment on their end but Tuga could. I sent the manager, Caroline, an email asking her to charge my card and was surprised to receive an aggressive email demanding cash, saying she couldn't take a credit card and telling me to leave my passport at the hotel so that they would know I would come back. I called Expedia again and they assured me that Tuga could process my card and this time they called Caroline. After some back and forth she promised to charge my card that evening. I realized later that she only said this to get off the phone because instead of processing my card she wrote me a message entirely in capital letters threatening to call the police and report me to immigration. The place itself is clean and the gentleman who would clean the rooms was a lovely person. Still, I won't return nor would I recommend Tuga. The price is high for a place that is 30 min from the Ubud centre and my exchanges with Caroline were so unpleasant and unprofessional. I'm still shocked that she would threaten me when she had the power to fix the issue the entire time.
• 12345 (8/5): - 中心地から徒歩20分ほどの住宅地にあるゲストハウス。水回りは綺麗でお湯も充分に出ます。エアコンの効きもいいです。朝食はワヤンさんの奥様お手製でどれも美味しかったです。 ウォーターサーバと共有の簡易キッチンあり。ドライヤーとセーフティボックスはありません。敷地が奥まっており関係者以外は入れないようなので、私はボストンに鍵をかけてパスポート管理をし、問題ありませんでした。 私は手配済みでお願いしませんでしたが空港送迎やバイクでの観光案内もしているようです。中心地へもバイタクシーをしていただけるとのこと。現地で足に困ったらオーナーワヤンさんに尋ねれば、日本語もお分かりなのでたいてい答えてくれると思います。 中心地で買い物三昧！ というよりは、のんびり街巡りするのに合った立地です。
• chika (10/5): 素敵☆すばらしい - 初めての女一人旅で利用しました。 オーナーのワヤンさんは日本語が出来、私のやりたい事、困っていること、希望と何でも聞いてくれてすべて助けてくれました。 部屋はとても清潔で、シャワーのお湯もバッチリ！ 毎日のハウスクリーニングもしてくれます。 Wifiもスムーズに繋がります。 奥様が作ってくれている朝食はバナナパンケーキ、ナシゴレン、オムレツと選べますが、どれも美味しく大満足でした。 レンタルバイクもあります（一日60,000/IDR) カーチャーターもしてくれます（距離によって値段が違います） 空港送迎もあります（350,000/IDR) 私がウブド王宮（ホテルからバイクで５分位）の“バリ舞踊を見たい”と言ったら送り迎えもしてくれて、チケットの購入も助けてくれスムーズに見ることが出来ました。 ウブド中心エリヤまではバイクで５分位かかりますが一本道なので迷いません。 少し繁華街から離れているおかげで夜はとても静かで快適です。 近くに日本人の方が働いているおいしい飲食店もあります。 （写真　緑・オレンジ・黄色のライトのお店） こちらもワヤンさんのお友達らしく色々お話が聞け楽しかったです。 とにかく観光、穴場、食事等なんでも気になったり、思ったことがあれば とりあえずワヤンさんに聞いてみる！ってゆーのもありだと思います。 私はこのホテルのおかげでとても素晴らしい旅行になったと思っています。 そしてまたバリに行くときには絶対に泊まりたいホテルです。 本当に皆様にお勧めできます。
• Marisa (2/5): Pesadelo - Relativamente à estadia, o hotel não era como aparecia nas fotografias, a porta não fechava, tendo comunicado à dona que caso não resolvesse a situação não poderia ser lá alojada, devido ao perigo de ser picada por mosquitos e estando grávida, quando a dona não resolveu a situação pedi o reembolso o qual me foi negado, então decidi abandonar o hotel, não tendo lá ficado. Foi feito um pedido de reembolso o qual me foi negado. Muito insatisfeita e não recomendo nem volto ao mesmo hotel.
• Lawvin (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Ubud. - The place was great. Friendly staff who helped us navigate the area, we got to rent bikes from them which was easy, the breakfast banana pancakes are AMAZING. It was super clean, spacious and a very quiet area. It’s only five mins from the main core part of Ubud so it’s not a big deal to bike there. They were always available if we needed them. Only thing is laundry service was expensive so I would maybe not get it done there. Other than that it was perfect.
• ゆりな (10/5): 日本語対応可能なスタッフあり - ウブドの中心からは少し離れた20分ほどの徒歩で到着します。（タクシーで行くとほんの5分です。）中心の観光客の人混みからは離れた神聖なウブドの森や人々の雰囲気を感じられる素敵な立地です。 朝はウブドの静かな雰囲気を感じながらウブドの中心まで散歩をする経験もここに泊まるならではではないかと思います。 オーナーのワヤンさんは英語と特に日本語がとても達者で親切で優しく周辺の観光についても必要であれば真摯に相談に乗ってくれます。お部屋はとても清潔感があり、周辺の治安も良いので日本人でも安心して宿泊できるかと思います。朝ごはんは3種類から選べますが、パンケーキはとても美味しいです。 ウブド中心の雑多さから離れて泊まりたい方、特に日本語対応可な点においてはおススメです。もちろん日本人以外の方でも十分にくつろいで過ごせるのではと思います。
• Youngmin (10/5): - 새 건물이라 객실 컨디션 및 스탭 서비스는 매우 만족스러웠음. 현지마을과 우붓 환경을 체험하기 아주 좋았음. 하지만 오토바이 없이는 가기 힘든 거리. 오토바이 운전만 할 수 있으면 매우 좋음!
• Adrien (10/5): Great place - Wonderful stay at this guesthouse. It's quite remote, even from the street and that makes it really quiet and perfect. Real people and real rice fields in the area around. The room was big and the bathroom very nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast.
• Dorine (10/5): New and quiet rooms built with care - Although the entrance does not look like much, when you walk all the way to the back, the rooms are set in a nice garden. The rooms are well built, bright and clean. There are no foreign channels on the TV and the location is 2 km from the town. I rented the motorbike of the owner of the first house to be able to travel into town easily. There is a lovely cafe/restaurant Muse 250 meters from the guesthouse.

• Jay (10/5): Beautiful. - My wife and I stayed for 3 nights and we couldn't fault it. Great room. Great service. They even organized a scooter for us as the place is not so close to the center of Ubud.
• ヒロシ (10/5): 新築で美しいウブドの格安穴場ホテル - 去年の12月にオープンした美しくセンスの良い宿で、オーナーが元ガイドという事もあり、日本語がばっちりなので、ウブドの穴場も聞けてとっても助かります。 朝食のバナナパンケーキは必死食です。
