• FREDERIC (5/5): - . Les lits grincent, c'est mal isolé. J'ai rarement dormis dans un endroit aussi mal isolé au japon. Du coup je n'ai pas dormi beaucoup. Les rideaux etaient cassés et ne fermaient pas completement. Il y a un locker mais dans le couloir et il faut prevoir 100 yen. Hotel loin de la gare. Le processus de check in tout seul via fichier excel est un peu derourant quand on a pas l'habitude et que l'on a des questions. On entends facilement les personnes qui font leur toilette et utilisent le seche cheveux.

• Jouannet (1/5): - A fuir - L'une pires guest house jamais vue - Staff déboussolé / complètement absent - Le check-in est incompréhensible - Aucune organisation, aucun management, certains mobiliers étaient réparés à la va-vite - La disposition des chambres et des lits ne fait aucun sens, c'est catastrophique - Une mauvaise odeur ambiante partout - Dans les douches, les bouteilles de shampooing/savon étaient vides, les autres clients devaient les remplir d'eau - Les lavabos étaient sales - Les matelas étaient sales - Ils osent demander de l'argent pour le prêt de serviette, qui sont toujours mouillées de surcroît Avoid at all costs - One of the worst guesthouses I’ve ever seen ​Clueless / Completely absent staff: They have no idea what’s going on. ​Incomprehensible check-in: The process makes no sense. ​No organization or management: Some furniture was poorly repaired with "quick-fix" DIY. ​Catastrophic layout: The room and bed arrangements make no sense at all. ​Bad smell: There is an ambient foul odor everywhere. ​Shower issues: Shampoo and soap bottles were empty; other guests had to fill them with water just to have something. ​Filthy sinks: The washing areas were dirty. ​Dirty mattresses: The beds were unhygienic. ​Towel scam: They dare to charge for towel rentals, and to make matters worse, they are always damp. 絶対におすすめしません。今までで最低のゲストハウスです。 ​スタッフが不慣れ、または不在: 対応が全くできておらず、スタッフがいないことも多いです。 ​チェックインが意味不明: 手順が非常に分かりにくいです。 ​管理不足: 経営体制が皆無で、家具の修理もその場しのぎで雑です。 ​ひどいレイアウト: 部屋やベッドの配置がめちゃくちゃで、使い勝手が最悪です。 ​悪臭: 館内全体に嫌な臭いが漂っています。 ​シャワー室の備品不足: シャンプーやソープが空で、他の客が水で薄めて使っている始末でした。 ​洗面台が不潔: 掃除が行き届いておらず汚いです。 ​マットレスが汚い: 衛生面で非常に問題があります。 ​タオルの貸出が有料: その上、貸し出されるタオルは常に湿っています。

Only reason we stayed here because every hotel is fully booked - Its close if you're going to sakurajima and aquarium The manager made us pay for the "extra" person even though that person was already paid on this site. Technically we paid twice for one child (12 yrs old). He wanted to speak to someone in english even though my aunt is fluent in nihongo then he can't speak fluent english, I don't think he understood what we are trying to say and he just keep laughing at us. They have an option in that in dorm room you can stay with a child then you choose the age. You pay the price of 2 in one bed (thats the only available room) so we did pay it. But then on site he said by child he meant like a toddler and made us pay again the same rate as we paid online for the 12 yrs old since she's considered an extra person. It was very cheap but its not about the price its about the manager being rude about the whole situation and laughing at your face.

• yohei (8/5): アクセスや立地はよいが… - 市電からのアクセスがよく、大通りからも一本入っているため静かで過ごしやすい。 部屋によっては、プライバシーの確保が微妙なベッドがある。 幸い他の宿泊者が少なかったので問題はなかったが、通路とベッドの間にカーテンやパーテーションを設置するなど、もう少し配慮があってもよい箇所がある。

• takuya (7/5): 安価で必要十分な宿 - 場所がいい トイレのウォシュレットはあったほうがいい　洗浄機否定派の張り紙は読んだが　それは一つの解釈であり　私個人の快適性を考えても　あってほしかったと感じる　あああと　シャワーの水量と温度がけっこう困るレベルで不安定だった　部屋のシャワー　シャワーヘッド→水の出る穴が限定的で　水がかなり水圧が強く狭かった　また特に困ったのは温度で　2分くらいお湯が出た後10分くらい冷水　という繰り返しとなり　洗いきるのに相当な時間がかかった

• Pars (3/5): Nightmare-ish Check-in - Location was decent as it is easy to access with the tramway. There wasn’t a single soul when I arrived. Not one. I know that it was self check in but the process was a nightmare. You have to go to your floor by yourself. Open a laptop, find a specific file with your name etc. on top of that since there wasn’t ANYONE ANYWHERE nothing could be explained to me. Need towels? Let me go all over the facilities to maybe find it… Guys, check in personnel are not just to allow guests to check in, they are also for explaining to the guests about the facilities and where everything is. I was supposed to have another night’s stay here but I cancelled after such a bad experience.

• shingo (5/5): どんなにうるさい所でもいびきをかいて寝れる人には最高の宿！ - 鹿児島マラソンのために宿泊しました。マラソンでは荷物預けの締め切り時間が7:45と速いために近くの場所なのはとても助かりました。あと、鹿児島マラソンに出場ですか？とメールで聞いていただいて朝食サービスで応援を検討しています（残念ながら朝食でなく近くの温泉の無料券でしたが、それでも嬉しかったです）と気を使っていただいたり、無人受付でしたが受付に携帯番号ですぐに連絡が取れるようにしていただいていたのでとてもよかったです。 二段ベットが最悪でした。私は上の段でしたが、ベットの丁度真ん中の辺りがギシギシ「今時こんなベットある？」と驚くようなきしむ音がして、下の段も同じように音が大きかったです。 鹿児島マラソンに出場するために泊まったので、この寝るときのストレスはかなりのマイナスになってしまいました。もちろん大会の前日に安い宿をとる私が悪いのですが、ロケーションや受付の電話対応やおもてなし精神が大きかっただけに惜しいポイントだと思います。

• Michael (8/5): Perfect place to arrive in the evening, have dinner elsewhere and catch the ferry to spectacular Yakushima Island. Very - Pretty close to the ferry to Yakushima Ferry. Very cheap and basic as it was a quick overnight stay before the early ferry. Private room for two. Place seemed oddly empty of staff. Check-in was sort of self regulated but a staff member appeared briefly to help us get registered. Bed was uncomfortable. But again, it was just a brief overnight pit stop.

• FUSA (8/5): やっぱり快適104 - 天文館山形屋まで徒歩2分。名山町の雰囲気のある店まで30秒。易居（やすい）町のかごっま温泉♨️まで6分の抜群のロケーション。 私が利用したのは4人定員の女子専用ルームでした。たまたま、宿泊者は私一人だったので超快適に過ごせました。しかし、新しく取り付けられた出入り口の電子キーの使い方に慣れなくて、何回もアラーム音を出してしまいました。注意⚠️の貼り紙もあったのですが、失敗して意味が分かると言った調子で、他室の宿泊者にご迷惑をかけてしまいました。
• Yoko (4/5): - BBQするための椅子や準備をしてくれていた クーラーの効きがよかった 床に釘が出ていて、1人負傷者がでた。 キッチンを借りたが、不清潔だった。 皿を洗った後の乾燥場所のタオルや手拭きタオルが出しっぱなしのものだったので、臭い・濡れてる・変色してるでとても使えなかった。 せめて毎回変えるべき。新しいものを提供しないとお金はとれないとおもいます。 炊飯器もコンセントの不具合か、炊飯器の故障か接続が悪く、BBQする時間になってもお米が炊けてない。 そのせいでちゃんと炊けずに1升の米を無駄にした。 キッチンに割れたガラスが剥き出しで放置してあった。 怪我するし、あれは配慮が足らなすぎる。

• TAE HYUNG (1/5): Be fully warned before booking. - Good location. Low price, but not for what it offered. Free wi-fi access. Common room. The dormitory rooms should NOT be, and are in absolutely no condition to be, used for lodging. The rooms were frigid cold, offered absolutely no protection against noise from other guests, and offered no room or comfort level to move around at basic necessity. The divider next to my bed collapsed for no reason, and the door opened and shut with too much noise. I couldn't sleep at all, and left at 2:30 am, looking for a hotel room -- which i eventually found for 3 times what I paid M104. I will never come again, and hope the guesthouse fundamentally changes its operation from the core and shut down its business.

• Ryo (2/5): お金がなくて寝るだけで良いなら◎！ - 思ったよりは綺麗だったけど、普通に泊まるにはちょっと…という感じだった。学生なので楽しめたが、夜中の騒音がダイレクトに室内に聞こえてくるのはこたえた。 部屋のドアが自動ドアだったのが意味がわからなかった。窓の障子の破れ方がホラー映画のようでした。ある意味たのしかったですが、お金があるなら泊まらないかなと思いました。
