• Desiree (8/5): Convenient accommodation with everything one may need, close to Hermanus. - Location. Very comfortable bed. Well equipped down to plasters in the bathroom. Fast, free wifi. Frank the Manager was amazing and extremely helpful. The smoke alarm activated twice during the night, for no reason. We did not have the opportunity to mention this to the Manager. This however did not impact negatively on our overall experience.

• Teresa (6/5): We loved the area and the cottage, with great staff! - The accommodation was nice, and well thought out for such a small area. The beds were really comfortable. We loved the place, but perhaps the owner should consider making a small amount of the sunny patio on the bathroom side available to guests of this cottage. The fact it was quite dark in the living area which was reliant on the bathroom door being open for natural light. The patio was large but there were lots of trees. I love trees , but perhaps they need pruning back to allow more light? Didn’t like being bitten by mosquitoes when we tried to have breakfast on the patio, perhaps it would help if the trees were cut back a little.

• Nonhlanhla (10/5): Great retreat at a home away from home! 🥰 - It is a beautiful, peaceful, comfortable and well kept property with fully equipped rooms (toiletries, kitchen ware etc). Everything you would need is provided, even got some bit of fruit cake in my room as a welcome treat ☺️ and I loooove fruit cake! Christine, the host, is thoughtful and very helpful, even shared about what interesting things were happening in town. The staff is great too, Frank occasionally checked to see if I needed anything.

Has most of what you need It would have been useful to be warned about the roosters - they start crowing from 1am and continue at intermittent levels - this was not pleasant at all
• Tony (7/5): - No breakfast venue is self-catering. Our host was welcoming and the bed was comfortable. The self-catering provisions were good. There was safe off-street parking as promised. The venue was convenient for our intended visit but a distance from the town centre in heavy traffic conditions. A mall with a variety of eating venues was not far away. We could not believe that the bathroom, which was otherwise well-appointed, had a bare cement floor with no mat of any kind. Having to stand on the bare floor to use the handbasin or toilet did not appeal to us and we eventually used one of the hand towels on the floor. The breakfast venue a short distance away served a very average breakfast which was not cheap.

• Kristeena (10/5): Great stay! - This accommodation was perfectly situated in the Hemel and Aarde valley close to all wine tasting and restaurants. The host was very friendly and gave us good advice about the region. The room was clean and cosy with all needs catered for.
• Zenita (10/5): Fabulous, Homely and a Great Location! - The facilities are beautifully decorated and homely. The beds are so comfortable. We travelled with an 8 week old puppy and this pet friendly venue is truly pet friendly with a safe gated area for the puppy right by our accommodation. The Kitchen has everything you need for a short stay. The garden is well kept and really makes sitting outside a pleasure. The hostess was also extremely friendly, welcoming and a pleasure to meet! We are definitely going back.

• Heloise (10/5): Ons het n fantastiese lekker paasnaweek gehad by Hemel en Aarde Accomodation. - Baie gerieflik om by die see en die strand,familie,vriende in Sandbaai en die Whale Coast mall uit te kom …sonder om deur verkeer te sukkel . Dit is ook baie stil en ons kon lekker slaap en kuier op die stoep. Ons was tevrede met alles
