Duncan (10/5): Highlight of our Japan trip. Would definitely stay again! - Absolutely wonderful hotel. The room was comfortable and spacious. The beds were fantastic. We slept so well here. The city centre location is brilliant. The staff were very friendly and polite. We also loved the complimentary drinks and snacks, including the free alcohol between 5 and 7, and the free rice and toppings between 8 and 10. We stayed in lots of hotels during our 1 month travelling in Japan, including some expensive 5 star hotels, and overall this was our favourite. Would be delighted to return. I would have liked if the staff had told us we could check in an 2pm if we signed up to their membership program when we tried to check in an hour before the stipulated check in time. Instead we had to hang around in the hotel lobby until 3pm to get our keys. The streets around the hotel are a bit tight and busy with a stroller but not really an issue.

Vithursan (10/5): Einfach nur Top - Wirklich das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, und man kann sich Essen direkt ins Hotel liefern lassen. Im Zimmer stehen YouTube, Netflix und Disney+ zur Verfügung. Die Zimmer sind groß, die Betten sehr bequem, und abends ist es angenehm ruhig. Luísa (10/5): Melhor hotel que me hospedei no Japão. - Os quartos são amplos e muito confortáveis. O chuveiro é ótimo, travesseiro macio e edredom na medida. Tem sempre máquina de café e bebidas varias a disposição dos hóspedes. Fim do dia tinha snacks e drinks deliciosos também, incluindo cascata de chocolate (amamos!!). A cadeira de massagem é um plus que adoramos: excelente para relaxar depois de andar muuuito! O Olsen é simplesmente incrível. Gostei de tudo; recomendo muito!

Natalia (9/5): Центральное расположение, комфортный отдых в Киото, отличное соотношение цена и качество - Номера достаточно просторные, даже для двух чемоданов и кучи покупок. Удобный диван и столик, очень понравились ставни из бумаги, это придавало колорит номеру. В лобби отеля симпатичные зоны для отдыха с видом на сад. В лаунже в течение дня чай, кофе, автомат с водой, в том числе газированной, всегда пополняли запас перед прогулками по городу. С 17 до 19.00 в лаунже подавались закуски, красное, белое и игристое вино, коктейль. Мест всем хватало, не было проблем разместиться. Туристы из совершенно разных стран, было классно наблюдать такую общую атмосферу. Отель расположен в 7 минутах ходьбы от станции метро, ветка напрямую идет от вокзала Киото. Также в пешей доступности Нишики Маркет и район для шоппинга (Сидзё-Каварамати). Завтрак без излишеств, есть блюда и японской, и европейской кухни, выбор достаточный. Свежие фрукты, вкусные десерты и прекрасная свежая выпечка. По выходным - игристое вино. В отеле есть онсен - один бассейн в помещении, можно отдохнуть расслабиться после пеших прогулок. Посетительниц там было немного. Все комфортно и чисто. Персонал прекрасный, на ресепшн быстро сориентировали нас, куда пойти поужинать в поздний час, помогли оформить доставку багажа в отель в аэропорту. В ресторане также очень вежливые и внимательные сотрудники. Хочу поблагодарить всех за прекрасный отдых в Киото Интергейт. Несколько комментариев для улучшения. Подушки или жесткие, или очень мягкие. Хотелось бы еще средний вариант. На happy hour помимо вина можно было бы еще предложить гостям саке - мой муж бы очень оценил такую возможность.

Brian (9/5): I would stay again - The onsen and vibrating chairs were very relaxful and the staff was very accomodating. The hotel's location is central to Kyoto. Coffee available at 6am in the lobby. breakfast, but I don't care to pay a lot of money for a Japanese breakfast. There are lots of breakfast options but I preferred to go down the street and eat in local diner.

For everyone else: run. The "Ambiance" The first thing that hits you—and never leaves—is the overwhelming, 24/7 stench of fish. It’s not a hint; it’s a full-on assault on your nostrils that permeates every corner of this aging building. The Room & Housekeeping (Or Lack Thereof) The facilities are ancient. While the bed was surprisingly comfortable (the only reason this isn't a zero-star review), the "service" was a joke: • The Hygiene Horror: Housekeeping is a disaster. They actually left used cotton swabs in the bathroom. They didn't clean them up; they just let them sit there. • The Towel Struggle: It took them three days to realize there were four human beings in the room. Day 1: one towel. Day 2: two towels. Only on Day 3 did they finally master basic math and provide four. • The Amenities: We had to beg the lobby for shampoo because nobody bothered to refill the dispensers. The Only "Pros" • The staff are clearly trying their best to polish a sinking ship, but they’re fighting a losing battle. • The parking is cheap (500 Yen), but probably because nobody wants to linger near the smell. Bottom Line: Kyoto is a beautiful city with incredible hotels. Do yourself a favor and pick literally any of them except this one. I am never coming back. תרגם

YOSHIKO (6/5): 可もなく不可もなく - おやつタイムやフリードリンクタイムがありましたが。時間の関係で十分利用できず残念。施設はホテルにしては簡素な造りでゴージャスとは言えませんが可もなく不可もなく普通のビジネスホテルでした。お食事は美味しかったです。又ホテル内の中庭の日本式坪庭もきれいで楽しめました。スタッフの人員不足？で電話が通じにくかったのは不便。ホテルのお部屋(他のいくつかの)のドアのキズや汚れが気になりました。極シンプルな作りです。
