Panie z obsługi nie mogły naprawić pieca, co w pełni rozumiem. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo trudny, gdy w końcu odebrał, był niemiły nie do opisania, nigdy nie spotkałam kogoś tak wyniosłego i zupełnie lekceważącego klientów. Wyśmiał uwagi i zaprosił do sądu. W łazience smród kanalizacji, trudny do zniesienia. Zapchana umywalka. Kontakty w pokoju nie działały. Klimatyzacja też odmawiała pracy, a powinna służyć za ogrzewanie. Trudno spędzić 3 dni nie mając ciepłej wody. Zepsuło to cały pobyt.

• Hannah (10/5): A well earned rest in luxury! - The property is gorgeous, we stayed in apartment 4 with the jacuzzi! Lovely room and in a great location, only ten mins from Old Town and lots of little cafes and restaurants nearby . The staff are amazing , we had a clear WhatsApp chat with clear communication and they kept in touch to check if we were ok and if we needed anything. Can’t wait to stay again! Thank you ☺️ All was amazing …little suggestion that bath robes would be useful as we were in and out of the jacuzzi and we couldn’t pack our own due to luggage allowance.
• Pavlo (1/5): Po tej nocy musiałem dochodzić do siebie przez kilka dni. - 1. Idealna czystość - osoba odpowiedzialna za sprzątanie wykonuje świetną pracę. 2. Łazienka dość świeża i przyjemna. 3. Obsługa: szybka odpowiedź i uprzejma komunikacja. Miałem problem z otwarciem skrytki na klucze - po telefonie od razu uzyskałem pomoc. 1. Ogrzewanie wyłącznie klimatyzacją: bardzo suche powietrze, ciężko się oddycha; po wietrzeniu robi się szybko zimno. To dla mnie poważny minus - gdybym wiedział wcześniej, wybrałbym inne miejsce. 2. Okno nad łóżkiem: wyraźny chłód/przeciąg (możliwe, że nie ustawione na tryb zimowy). W nocy „przewiało” mi ucho i szyję - radzę od razu przełożyć poduszki dalej od okna. 3. Poduszki bardzo wysokie - niewygodne do spania. 4. Wi‑Fi nie działało w telewizorze. 5. Ciepła woda: leci ciepła, po chwili nagle zimna; po ponownym odkręceniu znów na krótko ciepła i znowu zimna. 6. Słaba izolacja akustyczna: słychać było psa na klatce, muzykę i rozmowy sąsiadów (na szczęście około 23:00 zrobiło się cicho)

Перше на що хочу зауважити ,щоб ви були готові до того,що коли бронюєте апартаменти в Leo Apartment вказуюючи,щоб було джакузі,то вас заселять в звичайний номер з душовою кабіною ,а потім будуть вам розказувати ,що це не їх вина ,що ваші очікування не співпадають з реальністю і номера з джакузі не можуть бути за таку ціну і порадять вирішувати цю проблему безпосередньо з Booking і неважливо ,що ваш запит був ведений коректно,єдине ,що вам можуть запропонувати це замінити номер на номер з джакузі з доплатою 300 злотих👍🏻 Для мене наприклад не є зрозуміло тоді ,чому вони не уточнюють ,що апартаменти будуть без джакузі заздалегідь. Друге на що хочу звернути увагу ,якщо ви плануєте відпочити в Leo Apartament зимою ,то вам обов’язково з собою потрібно брати теплі носки ,теплі речі і обовʼязково тапочки тому,що в номер холодно так ,що можна дуже легко захворіти ,до того ж в номері є кондиціонер,який живе своїм життям і його налаштування на нормальну температуру забере велику кількість часу та нервів. Підлога дуже холодна ,від стін віє холодом з вікна дуже сквозить,а ще коли о 5 години вечора ви захочете звʼязатись з адміністрацією будьте готові ,що всі телефони будуть вимкнені.

• Terry (6/5): Not the best - We asked to move rooms as the 1st one was far too small and uncomfortable and the staff organised another room with no further charge The 1st room was too small, also the bed was up to the walls so we had to climb out of the bed from top to bottom, there was a constant blocked drain smell from the bathroom area, no kitchen facilities apart from a kettle and coffee machine but no sink etc, no tea spoon !

And in November its freezing. ..soon as you walk in the apartment block you can smell drains. Both our rooms in the bathroom stunk. Nocked me sick. Id stay there again if they sorted that out. But being in 2 rooms separate floors . I think it must be a massive problem they cba to fix .

• Nicole (4/5): - Ciężko ocenić pobyt jak się nie było w tym pokoju. 3 dni przed wyjazdem dostaliśmy telefon że z przyczyn niezależnych od właścicieli poszukają nam nowego pokoju o tym samym standardzie. Dostaliśmy nowy apartament Komorowski Luxury Guest Rooms. Niestety czystość pozostawiała wiele do życzenia, brudne prześcieradło, dziurawe firanki, ręcznik jakby nie był wyprany (miejscami brązowe plamy). Sam w sobie pokój nie był zły ale za te pieniądze to trochę słabo. Bywałam w różnych pokojach o różnym standardzie i pierwszy raz trafiła mi się taka sytuacja. Lokalizacja dla nas idealna.

Я зав'язалася з помешканням, пояснивши ситуацію, мені відповіли, що це не їхня проблема і кошти мені ніхто повертати не збирається

Måtte selv vaske de to koppene på rommet i vasket på baderommet. Fikk et lite rom og ingen «apartment». Ble behandlet som en apartment. Ingen roomservice, ingen resepsjon - kun et telefonnummer.

Beautiful apartment that was clean and comfortable, I really liked the decor( Room 3 ) and the room is spacious. Very happy with our stay I have no complaints at all.

Przyjechaliśmy dość późno, więc dostaliśmy klarowny komunikat, jak dostać się do pokoju. Bardzo ładne miejsce, aby spędzić jedną dobę lub tydzień. Niedaleko od głównego rynky i od dworca kolejowego. Woda pod przysznicem trochę się wylewa na łazienkę. Raczej jest to wina nowoczesnej konstrukcji. Sam przysznic działa bez zarzutu. Mogłaby być jakaś póleczka pod przysznicem.

• Milo (8/5): Een fijne plek in Krakau om te verblijven. - De locatie was goed, de bedden waren prima en de keuken had alles wat we nodig hadden. Ook het contact met de host was goed. Er was een lekkage in de badkamer, twee keer. Hier werd wel snel gehandeld. Ook was er een deur van een kast kapot en de wifi deed het niet overal in het appartement.

• Chiara (9/5): Appartamento confortevole - Appartamento nuovo, camera e bagno spaziosi, pulito. Staff gentile. Posizione non centrale ma il centro è raggiungibile a piedi in 20 minuti o con l'autobus (fermata a pochi passi). L'autobus ti porta agevolmente anche in aeroporto.

• traveller (3/5): Almost stranded by Leo, never again - They did not give me the necessary instructions for checkin. Beware - recep is non existent and the number given is not answered. They missed giving me PIN number to access the property and to retrieve room key and wifi. Luckily cleaning lady came by and attempted to help. Even then when I whatsapped their number they ghosted me. And they did not clean the room at all. Btw, the sink leaked. See above. Think carefully beforw booking. And no lifts, so carry your baggage up flights of stairs
