Yasemin (10/5): Gaziantep Merkezde Çok Güzel Bir Konaklama - Tuğcan Otel merkeze çok yakın, imkanları çok iyi olan bir otel. Çok güzel hizmet aldık. Biz özellikle arkadaş düğünü için geldiğimiz için otel önünde sürekli taksi olması bizi çok rahatlattı. Antep merkeze çok yakın olması itibarıyla da yemek içmek için hep yürüyebildik. Otel odası 2 kişi için çok yeterliydi ve temizdi. Otel içerisinde Starbucks olması da çok iyi bir detaydı. -

Hasan (8/5): Mooi proper kamer, centraal gelegen hotel, goede prijs-kwaliteit - Locatie en hygiene van kamer-hotel, ontbijt was ook goed, personeel was ook top, beleefd en vriendelijk Water van zwembad was niet echt helder. Soms veel lawaai snachts omwille van dancings in de buurt, maar viel nog mee.

Hazhan (9/5): Clean and Comfortable - The hotel is clean and comfortable. The location is wonderful. Respectful staff, if you don’t speak Turkish there a lady Receptionist, her name is Suzan, she speaks English and she is Kind and so helpful to guide you about the area. The price is high for Gaziantep.

Piers (10/5): The best of all the hotels we stayed at in Turkey - This was the best of all the hotels we have stayed at in Turkey. Excellent location, great valet parking, wonderful staff, lovely room. The aircon seemed to fail in the middle of the afternoon, but otherwise it was just a terrific experience, and we would certainly come back. Highly, highly recommended.

Air conditionning is working very badly, whatever the setting of temperature the room stays hot. The hotel would have been a very good hotel in 80's. But today he looks old inside but he is clean.

The room was very clean, I’ve checked nearly every corner of the room and I was surprised how clean it was. You know there some places they oversee usually, but this room has none! I like the little touches they made design-wise. I like their choice of brand, Atelier Rebul for soaps, shampoo and etc…

The shower was not working properly and even though I asked on the first day at reception to take a look at this nothing improved. The gym was never open in the morning (I tried to get in at 0800 before the working day started.) I was only able to use the gym once during my stay.
