Я розцінювати двері як шумоізоляцію, але виявилося, що з кухні все було чути, тому важко було виспатися. Біоритми жильців не співпали. На кухні не виявилося ганчірки, довелося мити посуд шкарпеткою.

• David (7/5): Nur zum schlafen okay und für 4 Personen perfekt. - Modern eingerichtet und sauber Lage und die Lautstärke, da die Unterkunft direkt neben den Bahngleisen liegt und da wirklich viele Züge (auch Güterzüge) lang fahren.

• Carlos (10/5): Lovely accommodation - We loved the apartment; it was very cozy, quiet, and just a few meters from the tram stop for easy access to the city center. The apartment had everything we needed and is located in a quiet residential area. The quality-price ratio is good for Amsterdam. The only thing we didn't like was that there was no door to the upstairs room, which reduced our privacy.

• Anne-Sophie (8/5): Bel appartement confort et autonome - Super logement : propre, bien équipé, la grande baie vitrée sur le canal offre une vue agréable, les lits sont très confortables, quartier silencieux malgré le train qui passe juste a côté. Nous étions 4 amis et l'espace du logement est top pour 4. Le système de check in /out indépendant et dématérialisé est très pratique. Petit plus avec les espaces de stockage des valises gratuit et super pratique possible avant et après le check in/out. Dommage de ne pas avoir accès au ponton juste derrière le logement, même si on peut comprendre que c'est par sécurité. Le logement reste un peu loin du centre, mais nous avions loué des vélos et ça se fait facilement en 20/30min selon où vous êtes dans la ville.

• Martina (9/5): - Kleine aber zweckmässige 3 Zi Wohnung. Gute Anbindung an ÖV etc. Sehr unpersönlich, ohne jedwelchen Personenkontakt und wahnsinnig teuer. Ich sehe viele Unterkünfte, und Amsterdam wird langsam zum neuen London. Zu teuer, zu wenig Service für den Preis.

• Chloe (8/5): Overall, it was a nice and comfortable stay with a few issues that could be improved. - I liked how comfortable the beds were, it made the stay really relaxing. The sofa bed was already put out, which was amazing and made things so much easier when we arrived. The space was also really nice and big, with plenty of room for 6 people without it feeling cramped. It was also great that essentials like washing up liquid, dishwasher pods, and body wash were provided. There was no oven as promised, only a microwave which didn’t work. The sliding door to the bedroom didn’t work properly and was really hard to open and close. The curtains were also tangled and difficult to open and close.

Apartment wasn't ready at check in time 3pm. It was nearly 5pm before we were allowed to check in. The apartment wasn't very warm we had the plug in heater on constantly.

YAYS by Numa ist komplett self service und der Check in war schon schwierig, da mein Kollege Probleme hatte via Link oder selbst bei eigenem Einloggen auf den Upload seiner ID zu kommen. Der Service via WhatsApp ist teilautomatisiert und reagiert langsam. Zudem nicht wirklich hilfreich. Als wir nach einer Konferenz nachts ankamen war das Zimmer nicht gereinigt oder vorbereitet. Kein Klopapier, keine Handtücher, benutzte Betten etc. Da die Reaktion zu lange dauerte haben wir uns in ein Motel One eingebucht (nach 23:00 Uhr) Bei der erbetenen Rückerstattung besteht YAYS darauf 75 % des gezahlten Geldes einzubehalten. Leider das schlechteste Erlebnis mit einem Hotel/Apartment dass ich in den letzten 12 Jahren reiseintensiver Arbeit erlebt habe. Die Unterkunft kann ich nicht wirklich bewerten, da die Zimmer dreckig und nicht vorbereitet waren als wir ankamen. Very helpful staff would go back again. - Lovely property, very clean about a 20 minute walk from the old town You can hear the trains just something to know if you’re very light sleeper. The walk back from town at night was okay but maybe I wouldn’t want to do it as a woman on my own so get a cab.

Yo lo había reservado con 4 meses de anticipación y un día antes de mi viaje me dicen que me tienen que cambiar o que si no estoy de acuerdo me dan de baja la reserva sin costo. • Ian (6/5): Is a secure flat with good access to public trnasport - The flat was clean apart from some dirty underwear from previous tenant in the second bedroom. The power was off with a circuit breaker tripped when we arrived, this caused the fridge to melt all ice and there were puddles we had to clean ourselves. This circuit breaker tripping happened a few times, The response from the bot was average at best and the team were slow to respond at times. EG When we reported the heating and requested extra blankets this was ignored for 2 days then 1 blanket/quilt was supplied between the 4 of us or the vomit that was in front of the lift was there for at least 12 hours

• Iñigo (9/5): Apartamento cómodo y elegante - El apartamento al que nos cambiaron era bonita, cómoda y agradable. Accedieron a un pequeño reembolso por las molestias causadas con el cambio de hotel. Que el día de la llegada nos comuniquen que nos cambian de hotel, a uno mas lejos, con transporte lejano, sin restauración alrededor y en un noveno piso con una persona que no puede coger el ascensor.

• Daniel (10/5): Encantador departamento con vista a los canales - Es un departamento bellísimo, con ventanas altas y el canal enfrente, cuenta con camas extremadamente cómodas y espacios comunes bastante agradables como el comedor o sala. Dejaron unas pequeñas aguas brandeadas de Numa que eran muy instagrameables y el proceso de entrada fue muy rápido. Las escaleras para la habitación elevada son muy complicadas de subir y de bajar, tómenlo en cuenta en especial si van con niños pequeños o adultos mayores ya que es fácil que se tropiecen o caigan en ellas.

The room was ready for our early check in at 11:00am and there was no trouble getting into the property. The rooms were clean and well presented. Unfortunately throughout our entire stay we had no heating - so as you can imagine it was an extremely uncomfortable. At the peak of winter and the cold, we were unable to sleep the entire night because of how cold it was and we actually returned home to England early. The property management at the time were already aware of the heating not working and had an engineer out, however they were unable to fix the heating.

• Boyle (10/5): Great, would return. - Loved the open plan layout. Perfect for groups of friends looking to stay all together! Great location - tram stop and bus stop 2 mins away which took you into the centre. Maybe not the most spacious! We had three suitcases for six people and we struggled for space to put them. There’s no room in any of the two bedrooms for cases so we had no choice but to leave them lying about in the living room. We did put them in the cupboard when they were shut to start with but this ended up a hassle having to take them in and put when we needed something out our case! So yeah space was a little bit of a problem, and with the sofa bed out there wasn’t any room for 6 people moving about.
• Daniel (9/5): A great stay, in a great city. - Excellent app and communication. Cool location outside of the centre and close to tram stops. Clean, tidy, well heated space. There could have been a few more kitchen utensils, a toaster etc.
• Sophie (5/5): - j'ai bien aimé l'emplacement et le confort des lits. il faisait très froid en arrivant dans l'appartement. Lorsque nous avons vu que le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas j'ai écrit sur le whatsapp de YAYS et c'est une IA qui m'a répondu que le chauffage ne fonctionnait que sur les mois d'hiver alors qu'il faisait 5° dehors.. Il a été très difficile d'avoir un agent humain dans la conversation qui tournait en boucle. Résultat: nous n'avons pas réussi à avoir le chauffage et nous devions garder nos manteaux dans l'appartement. Il faut aussi savoir qu'il y a très peu de vaisselle dans cet appartement, seulement 4 assiettes à laver après chaque repas. Pas d'assiette pour le petit déjeuner. Le ménage est également fait un peu trop rapidement..

• Elaine (2/5): For the money they charge it’s not worth it! - Comfy beds and nice and modern Apartment 04 is very cold with no clear instructions for the heating and it’s obviously centrally controlled meaning you can’t put it on too high or for too long. Not ideal when you return wet from the rain with children. Contacting Numa means going round in circles with a chatbot. Rats in the internal courtyard. Arrived and found used chewing gum on the shelf above the headboard and hair ties on the stairs. Drunks sleeping in the communal hallway at 4am. No toaster, no corkscrew.

• Kathleen (6/5): Tolle Lage - Tolle Zentrale Lage, nur etwa 30 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Einige Kostenfreie Parkplätze direkt vor der Haustür. Modern und hell ausgestattet Leider funktionierte die Heizung in unserem Apartment nicht. Die Kommunikation über die App gestaltete sich schwierig.
• Kathleen (8/5): Schöner Familienurlaub in bester Lage - Die Wohnungen sind hell und modern gestaltet. Die Lage ist super , in 30 Gehminuten ist man im Stadtzentrum. Bushaltestelle und Straßenbahn in unmittelbarer Nähe. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite. Zugängliche Putzutensilien wären super gewesen. Bei einem Aufenthalt von einer Woche , wäre es super gewesen selbst mal durchfegen zu können. Ich musste während unseren Aufenthalts sowohl die Waschmaschine als auch die Spülmaschine reinigen, da diese (nicht durch uns ) verstopft waren.

• Martin (1/5): Nie wieder! - Die Unterkunft ist weder schön noch funktional. Der vom Vermieter angebotene und vom uns bezahlte Parkplatz existiert nicht und konnte nicht genutzt werden. Die Wohnung ist in unmittelbarer Nähe zur ICE und Bahntrasse. Die Fenster in den Schlafräumen können nicht geöffnet werden. Die Couch in dieser Nichtraucher Wohnung hat ein Brandloch. In dieser vier Personen Wohnung gab es nur drei Stühle am Esstisch, hiervon ist einer so defekt das man ihn nicht sicher benutzen kann. Es haben sich also nur zwei Stühle am Esstisch befunden. Ein weiterer Sessel hat eine defekte Sitzfläche. Die Küche ist nicht so ausgestattet das man dort speisen zubereiten kann. Es fehlt an Zubehör, es gibt z.b. nur einen Topf. Es gibt entgegen der Beschreibung keinen Backofen sondern nur eine Kombimokrowelle. Das schränkt die Nutzung sehr ein. Die Kaffeemaschine ist eine Kapselmaschine, wenn man das nicht vorher weiß ist es nicht möglich sich darauf einzustellen. Die Temperatur in der Wohnung ist schwierig zu regulieren. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist nur online und leider auch nicht hilfreich. Es war Beispielsweise nicht möglich den defekten Stuhl zu ersetzen. Oder uns den bereits bezahlten Parkplatz zur Verfügung zu stellen.

• Tanya (6/5): It was ok but not great - Everything functioned in the space We asked for an early check in which was approved subject to availability. When we arrived early we knew the room had been cleaned and was available upon our arrival as the cleaners onsite told us. When we checked with head office they refused to give us early entry until the manager inspected the property. We therefore had to wait in the hallway for over 45 minutes. No manager ever arrived to inspect the property. At 5 minutes before check in the door code unlocked. It was a very disappointing start to our stay in Amsterdam. Also the property is not as central as advertised and it a 50 minute walk into the city.

• Steffi (7/5): Nettes kleines Apartment - Die Matratzen waren sehr bequem. Das Apartment ist recht hellhörig. Die Ausstattung ist etwas abgenutzt.

• LECHELLE (6/5): - Clean and modern apartment with nice outlook over the river. Easy access with lift. Felt a long way out of the centre. Was too small a space for 5 adults. We needed to have the sofa bed in the living room for our fifth guest but this meant we hardly had any space in the kitchen/living areas and you couldn't lay suitcases down in the bedrooms as no space. Area looks way bigger in photos

• Maram (6/5): - The apartment is close to a train station, located in a good building and a safe area. Some of the furniture was not clean, and the iron didn’t work properly. The apartment was very small and didn’t match the photos. My booking was for 4 people, but I was given a much smaller apartment
